Abstract

Technology is used as a tool in everyday life to accelerate the resolution of a problem one ofwhich is the design of Geographic Information Systems (GIS).The purpose of this study is tohelp collect and store data and analyze objects and geographical data to support decisionmaking in planning a mapping of the route search location to the nearest clinic that can helpthe community in Tabanan Regency. Using a Geographic Information System (GIS) allows itwill help the community in solving the problem of finding the location of the nearest clinicbecause in the presence of a GIS it will illustrate the location of the Clinic where the actualconditions are. The system built can display map data and data from the map can also bechanged dynamically. Here you will get a visualization of the location of the location in a webform so that it can be accessed anywhere and the information can be used as a reference fordecision makers, especially in the search for transportation routes that can be traversed to theclinic location is located. In addition, the information contained in the GeographicInformation System can be processed to provide a new discourse in the presentation ofgeographic information online that is equipped with data analysis in the form of images,descriptions and other attribute analysis. This research resulted in a program for Web-BasedGeographic Information System for Clinical Location Search in Tabanan Regency, which isable to display maps effectively with information. This process makes use of existing librarieson Google Maps combined with the Web Mapping process.

Abstract

Computer networks are now part of every human activity. The use of computer networks is currently experiencing a significant increase due to the Covid-19 pandemic, however, there are still many problems with computer networks, such as what often happens is the slow pace of computer networks in transferring data caused by limited bandwidth or maximum limits. owned by the computer network. For that, we need a computer network bandwidth management method called the QoS (Quality of Service) method. In this method, a tool called the Mikrotik Router-board RB951Ui-2HnD is used to conduct this research. In implementing this system the steps are taken starting from data collection, requirements analysis, system design with flowcharts and system depiction using a star topology, then implementation and unit testing on the user or Client, and testing the computer network system on the Mikrotik Router-board. The results of this study will be explained using statistical tables obtained from testing using the Wireshark application

Abstract

Pemerintah desa saat ini sudah dituntut untuk dapat memberikan pelayanan ataupun informasi kepada masyarakat dengan cepat. Hal ini menjadi penting menimbang selama ini desa diposisikan sebagai fokus pelaksanaan pembangunan yang oleh Pemerintah Pusat. Desa Kenderan adalah salah satu dari 716 desa di wilayah Provinsi Bali dan 83.820 desa di seluruh Indonesia. Pemerintah Desa Kenderan, tentunya juga mengalami tantangan yang sama dengan seluruh desa yang ada di Indonesia. Salah satu bentuk pemanfaatan teknologi adalah aplikasi Sistem Informasi Desa (SID) yang melayani administrasi persuratan di lingkungan Pemerintahan Desa Kenderan dan juga pemanfaat web sebagai media promosi potensi yang ada di desa. Penerapan dan pelatihan Sistem Informasi Desa serta web profil desa diharapkan dapat mewujudkan pelayanan prima khususnya bagi seluruh masyarakat Desa Kenderan dan juga dapat memperkenalkan potensi wisata yang ada melalui web profile. Hal menarik yang juga menjadi perhatian Tim Pengabdian STIKOM adalah bahwa Desa Kenderan telah ditetapkan oleh Bupati Gianyar menjadi salah satu desa wisata di daerah Kabupaten Gianyar. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah perangkat desa mampu mengoperasikan sistem administrasi surat dengan baik serta mampu mengelola web profile desa untuk memberikan informasi mengenai desa wisata Kenderan ke masyakarat luas melalui internet. Diharapkan nantinya ada penambahan fasilitas internet desa sehinga cepat mengakses webnya.
