Abstract

Effectiveness of portfolio learning on Trigonometry courses at the mathematics study program of STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru. The research subjects were 37 semester 2 students in the 2017/2018 academic year. This research was designed in the form of the Pretest-Posttest One Group. Data retrieval is done by using learning outcomes tests, portfolios, and observations. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results achieved after applying portfolio-based learning are: (1) The pretest obtained an average score of mathematics learning outcomes of 6.5 students from the ideal score of 10 with a standard deviation of 1.5 while in Postest the average score of mathematics learning outcomes of students is 7.5 of the ideal score of 10 with a standard deviation of 1.4; (2) the average score of the portfolio results at pretest is 6.2 from the ideal score of 10 with a standard deviation of 1.1 while in the posttest the average score of the portfolio results is 7.0 from the ideal score of 10 with the standard deviation of 1.0; (3) there is a change in attitude that is better for each student by observing the indicators observed, namely the presence and activeness of students in asking questions to both the lecturer and friends, offering ideas / answering questions from lecturers and friends and helping friends in learning to improve over time to time; (4) there is progress in the level of students' ability to understand trigonometry material based on the monitoring of researchers when students complete the portfolio and the contents of the student portfolio. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that portfolio-based learning can influence the results of second semester student mathematics learning, especially in trigonometry subjects. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of Polya phase that can improve student learning outcomes in solving word problems a matter of geometry about determine the distance between two straight lines g1 and g2 Semester IV Mathematics Education Study Program STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru. This type of research is a classroom action Data collection techniques that were presented in this study. Based on the result of the research learning to use Polya phase can increase the student’s learning outcomes to solving the word problem about determine the distance between two straight lines g1 and g2 Semester IV Mathematics Education Study Program STKIP Paris Barantai Kotabaru, those are: 1) understanding the proble; 2) devising plan, 3) carrying out the plan;and 4) looking back at a complete solution. Abstract

Tujuan umum penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana relevansi penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran fisika dan hubungan dengan kinerja individual pengguna. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode deskriptif  kualitatif  melalui analisis data deskriptif persentase dengan tahapan pengembangan angket/kuisioner respon kepala sekolah, guru fisika dan peserta didik terhadap penerapan kurikulum 2013. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru fisika dan peserta didik SMA Se-Kabupaten Kotabaru. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1) Kesiapan siswa dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 tidakberjalan dengan baik melihat dari hasil persentase yang rendah yaitu 29,45%. 2) Kesiapan guru dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 sudah berjalan dengan cukup baik melihat dari hasil persentase yaitu 59,05%. 4) Kesiapan kepala sekolah dalam melaksanakan kurikulum 2013 sudah berjalan dengan baik melihat dari hasil persentase yang tinggi yaitu 73,27%.  Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan kurikulum 2013 pada mata pelajaran fisika dalam hubungan kinerja individual masih cukup relevan.The general purpose of this research is to find out the relevance of implementing the 2013 curriculum in physics subjects and the relationship with individual user performance. This research method is a qualitative descriptive method through descriptive percentage data analysis with the stages of developing a questionnaire/questionnaire for the response of school principals, physics teachers and students to the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. The subjects of this study were school principals, physics teachers and high school students throughout Kotabaru Regency. The results of this study are 1) The readiness of students in implementing the 2013 curriculum is not going well, seeing from the results of a low percentage of 29.45%. 2) The readiness of teachers in implementing the 2013 curriculum has gone quite well, judging from the percentage results, which is 59.05%. 4) The readiness of the principal in implementing the 2013 curriculum has been going well, judging from the high percentage of 73.27%. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in physics subjects in relation to individual performance is still quite relevant.
