Abstract

This article discusses the concept of zakat funds in the fii sabilillah type based on the views of the mufassir, in which this type is not specified which groups are entitled to receive zakat in this type. So from all the gaps of opinion between mufassir, this article is made to analyze the meaning of fii sabilillah and interpret it to the contemporary era. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive type approach with an analytical method, which is the main reference book is the book of tafsir al-Manar by Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rasyid Rida. So from the results of the views of Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rasyid Rida in their tafsir, it can be concluded that the zakat group type fii sabilillah can be interpreted in a broad sense, namely fii sabilillah can be used for the general benefit. In their tafsir, Muhammad Abduh and Muhammad Rayid Rida shifted their understanding of the provision of zakat funds for the fii sabilillah group which had been carried out so far, was given for the public interest, not for people in need due to disaster

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between monetary operations on inflation in Indonesia. This research was also conducted to find out how monetary policy in Indonesia resolves the inflationary problems that occur. The independent variable in this study is monetary operations. Monetary operations in this study include conventional and sharia monetary operations. The dependent variable in this study is inflation. The research design used is quantitative research design using simple linear regression analysis techniques supported by the classical assumption test and statistical test with the help of SPSS v22 program. The sample of this study was monetary operations and Inflation from January 2017 to Mei 2020. The result of this research showed that the data are normally distributed, and free from multicollinearity. Then this research also shows that monetary operations have significant effect on inflation. Based on the research that has been carried out, it is known that this research is very important to be carried out as a reference for the government in solving the problem of inflation in Indonesia, considering that monetary operations are policies issued by the government in minimizing inflation.

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan waktu semakin meningkat kebutuhan masyarakat akan akses informasi yang akurat, praktis, dan instan, begitu pula dengan kebutuhan akan fasilitas perbankan. Sehingga bank berusaha menciptakan hal-hal baru yang dapat mempermudah transaksi nasabah. Namun, sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia masih belum mengetahui dan menggunakan layanan perbankan dan layanan keuangan lainnya dari sistem yang lebih kompleks yang diterapkan di industri perbankan. Perusahaan tentunya berharap dapat mengatasi hal tersebut dan berharap dapat memperluas jaringannya hingga ke pelosok. Hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan inklusikeuangan salah satunya yaitu melalui LinkAja Syariah, Sebagai Uang Elektronik Syariah satusatunya di indonesia dari PT Fintek Karya Nusantara (Finarya). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Tentang Kepercayaan dan Persepsi Konsumen dalam meningkatkan layanan LinkAja Syariah di Desa Mompang Jae Kecamatan Panyabungan Utara Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Penelitian menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan studi lapangan ( field research). data ini dibuktikan dengan wawancara kepada responden yang menggunakan dan tidak menggunakan layanan LinkAja Syariah . Sumber data primer dan sekunder , metode pengumpulan data mlalui wawancara, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Dan analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada kesepakatan dan perbedaan penadapat pada layanan LinkAja Syariah. Untuk perbedaannya terletak pada indikator kepercayaan dan persepsi konsumen seperti Minat Beli, Promosi, Kualitas,Harga,Segi Kemanfaatan, Segi Kemudahan dan Tingkat Keamanan.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of e-commerce and knowledge on the interest in entrepreneurship for fresh graduates with capital as a moderating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data was collected using a questionnaire with a simple random sampling technique which was distributed to fresh graduates at state campuses in Medan City, namely (USU, UNIMED, and UINSU) with a sample of 99 people. The research results here show that E-Commerce has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interests, Entrepreneurship Knowledge has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interests, Capital can moderate the effect of E-Commerce on Entrepreneurial Interests and Capital can moderate the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Entrepreneurial Interests. and based on the E-Commerce F test and Entrepreneurial Knowledge have a simultaneous and significant effect on Interest in Entrepreneurship with the magnitude of the influence based on the coefficient of determination test that is equal to 41.6%. Keywords: E-commerce, Entrepreneurial Knowledge, Asset, Entrepreneurial Interest, Fresh Graduate.
