Abstract

Purpose: This problem is motivated by the widespread problem of people's desire to use motorbikes because motorbikes have become the most practical means of transportation today. People's decisions to make purchases are influenced by various factors such as social class, economic circumstances, and reference groups. Design/Methodology/Approach: Multiple linear regression analysis was chosen as the data analysis tool. The number of samples in this study were 90 respondents. Findings: The results showed that social class and economic conditions had a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions, while the reference group factors had a negative and significant impact on purchasing decisions. Research implications: Social and economic factors are the determining factors in purchasing decisions, therefore the better the social and economic class of the community, it will affect their decision to purchase a product.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menelaah peran dari kepuasan nasabah dalam memediasi hubungan antara kualitas pelayanan, kepercayaan, dan religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian yaitu nasabah PT. Bank Nagari Cabang Tapan sebanyak 110 orang yang ditentukan dengan metode convenience sampling. Alat analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis jalur dengan bantuan aplikasi SMART PLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan loyalitas nasabah. Sedangkan religiusitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan nasabah maupun loyalitas nasabah. Selain itu juga ditemukan bahwa keberadaan variabel kepuasan nasabah dapat memediasi pengaruh dari kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan terhadap loyalitas nasabah. Sedangkan pada pengaruh antara religiusitas terhadap loyalitas nasabah, kepuasan nasabah tidak menimbulkan efek mediasi.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of workload and compensation on employee productivity at PT.SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia Sungai Penuh branch. Design/Methodology/Research Approach: This study uses a causality quantitative approach. The sample in this study were employees of PT.SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia Branch of Sungai Lilin City, totaling 33 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. Findings: there is an effect of Workload, and Compensation on Work Productivity with the magnitude of the influence of 70.7%. Research Implications: The results of this study prove that a high workload tends to reduce work productivity, whereas high compensation tends to increase employee productivity.
