Economic Rentability depend on the factor of the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover (Khoyri, 2014; Vidiyastutik, 2013). This paper investigatesthe impact of cost control effectiveness and working capital turnover on Economic Rentability. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements. Using panel data for 14companiesthat is all manufacturing companies of metal sub sector and the like that listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange and the observation period from 2012to 2016, we tested the relationships between the efficiency of cost control and working capital turnover by building panel model. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Meanwhile, the statistical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Our findings showed that the efficiency of cost control does not have a significant effect on Economic Rentability. The results of this paperis indicated by the significance value of the efficiency of cost control greater than alpha (0.869> 0.05). This study also reveals that Working Capital Turnover has a significant effect on Economic Profitability. The statistical test shows that the significance value of Working Capital Turnover is smaller than alpha (0.000 <0.05).

The contribution of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative to the development of the community's economy is very large considering that most of the people whose business scale belongs to this home business group are widely found in the environment, especially in Pandai Sikek Sepuluh Koto (X Koto) District, Tanah Datar Regency, West Sumatra. The purpose of this activity is to make the product packaging more attractive and durable and can avoid product damage, but it also aims to market products using digital marketing. The implementation of this service begins with a pre-survey of the location. Furthermore, entrepreneurship training and cooperative marketing and financial management programs were carried out. The method of implementing the activities to be carried out in the community services program is in accordance with the field of problems handled in the cooperative. The community services activities carried out produced several outputs, namely the availability of unique product packaging to be the hallmark of products produced by Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperatives, as well as the existence of marketing and promotional media based on digital marketing so that the market share of weaving craftsmen's products becomes wider. The other hand, activities can also improve the expertise of the Pandai Sikek Weaving Cooperative in skills and marketing products.

PROFITABILITY, FIRM AGE, AND LEVERAGE: ESTIMATION OF PANEL DATA MODELS IN THE EMERGING INDONESIAN MARKET Rizka Hadya

The purpose of this research is to test the influence of profitability and age, to the leverage. The type of data used was quantitative data taken from the company's annual financial statements and the company’s annual report summary. The population is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the last periods 2017. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using purposive sampling, 96 companies have been selected as samples. The data of the financial statement of the companies has been obtained from the official website of IDX. We tested the relationships between the profitability and firm age to leverage with the statistical method used is regression analysis in panel data. The result of the research shows, with partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage. And then, estimation results show the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This research have been found that profitability and firm age affect leverage. The selected objects is all companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during period 2013-2017. We select the samples use the data panel regression model. There are 96 companies have been selected as samples whit technique purposive sampling. The result by partial test profitability and firm age, has a negative significant influence to the leverage, shows that the r-square value of 91,76% which means the profitability and age of the company have the ability to explain leverage of 91,76% and while remaining 8,24% is explained by other variables which are not studied. This is relevant to the capital structure theory. Capital structure is something that is very important for the company which involves funding that carries out the company's operations so that it produces profits. Another factor is the firm age, a long-standing and reputable company will be able to overcome creditworthiness issues when it decides to use debt funding sources.

This study intends to investigate the impact of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on profitability, as well as to demonstrate the differences in working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after Covid-19. The study was carried out at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The causality effect is estimated using panel data regression estimation in the EViews 10 program, while the comparative objective is analyzed using various tests in the SPSS 26 program. The research variable causality test results show that partial working capital turnover affects profitability while inventory turnover does not. Working capital turnover and inventory turnover, on the other hand, have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the comparative test results.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui perbedaan kinerja keuangan perusahaan sebelum dan sesudah akuisisi pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang diproksikan dengan rasio keuangan Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Assets Turn Over (TATO) dan Earning Per Share (EPS). Periode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tahun 2014-2016. Populasi penelitian meliputi seluruh perusahaan publik yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang melakukan aktivitas akuisisi periode 2014-2016. Sampel ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh 10 perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif komparatif. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji paired sample t-test. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel penelitian yaitu, Currrent Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), Total Asset Turn Over (TATO) dan Earning Per Share (EPS) tidak mengalami perubahan yang signifikan pada 3 tahun setelah melakukan akuisisi.

The aim of providing assistance to the community is to improve the skills of craftsmen in making products from fabric waste as well as preparing the cost of production of handicraft products. The method of community service is education with a lecture, discussion and practical work approach. The results obtained from this outreach activity are an increase in the digital knowledge and skills of KWT Salimah members regarding calculating the cost of production and the selling price of the production they produce. It is also hoped that this service will help them to care more about and protect the environment from pollution, especially from fabric waste and can also improve their skills by utilizing fabric scraps that are no longer usedabric waste and can also improve their skills by utilizing fabric scraps that are no longer used.
