Abstract

The purpose of health development is to achieve a healthy ability for each resident in order to realize the optimal degree of public health (Budioro, 2001). In the sphere of health care, preventive field is a top priority in implementing the National Health System (NHS) immunization is one form of health intervention that is very effective in reducing the mortality rate of infants and toddlers (Ranuh, 2008). Achievement of Universal Child Immunization (UCI) is the achievement of a complete primary immunization in infants (0-11 months). UCI is a picture of the village or villages with ? 80% (Gavi, 2018). This research is an observational analytic study with case control study design, research that began with mengidentifikasikelompok with certain effects (cases) and without the effects of groups (control). The research sample some babies who have reached the age of 12 months from the population cases. The results showed the above table, it is known that out of 30 respondents in incomplete immunization status, 14 respondents (23.3%) had one child and who had> 1 child as much as 16 respondents (26.7%). Of the 30 respondents to the full immunization status, 8 respondents (13.33%) have one child and 22 respondents (36.7%) had> 1 child. The results of the analysis obtained from the chi square test showed that the p value 0.108 (> ? = 0.05), so that Ha is rejected,

Abstract

Managing labor pain takes care maternal affection which according to the WHO document describes one way to provide care that is dear mother called the Safe Motherhood. Where there are 10 steps to provide the maternal affection care delivery care in the method of pain relief without the use of drugs. TENS nonpharmacological method one can increase the comfort of the mother during labor and have an influence on effective coping to the experience of childbirth This study aims to determine "TENS effect on the first stage of labor pain intensity active phase ". This research is a quantitative research with experimental designs with post test only control group design. The study group was divided into a control group and TENS. The study was conducted in BPM Rahmadina Rosa Pekanbaru in October 2019 s / d in January 2020. Samples 20 to TENS group and 20 for the control group, so the total sample of 40 samples. Research instrument using TENS affixed to (T10-L1) and point(2-S4) on primigravida performed two times at 4 cm cervical dilatation and opening of the cervix 8 cm for 15 minutes. Using pain measurement tool Numerical Rating Scale (NRS). The results of analysis of influence between the intervention group and control the intensity TENS pain in the cervical opening 4 cm, found that most of the pain level in the medium category TENS group, while the control group level of pain mostly in the weight category. However, based on the statistical test obtained by value p> 0.05, it can be concluded there was no difference in the intervention group and the control TENS at 4 cm cervical dilatation. While the results of analysis of the effect of TENS group to the intensity of pain in the cervical opening 8 cm, shows that there is a difference between intervention and control groups, Statistical test results obtained value of p <0.05, it can be concluded that there are significant differences in the intervention group and the control TENS. TENS conclusion may affect the reduction of pain intensity in the first stage of labor is the active phase, where both are used in TENS 8 cm cervical dilatation. This means that there are differences in the perceived reduction in pain intensity respondents in the intervention group with the control

Abstract

Labor occurs when a combination of maternal and fetal factors increases the response to uterine stimulation, precipitating smooth muscle contractions. A perineal tear is a tear that occurs in the perineum during labor and occurs in nearly all first deliveries and not infrequently with subsequent deliveries. Perineal tears are caused by maternal factors (parity, birth spacing and infant weight), incorrect delivery leadership, history of labor, vacuum extraction, device trauma and episiotomy. Perineal rupture needs attention because it can cause dysfunction of the female reproductive organs, as a source of bleeding and a source of entry of infection which can then lead to death due to bleeding or sepsis. The research was conducted in the control and intervention groups and was carried out at the Rahmadina Rosa Independent Midwife Practice. The design in this study was a quasi-experimental study with a post-test method with a control group (postest only control group design). The population in this study were all Primigravida mothers with a gestational age of 36 weeks. The sampling technique was simple random sampling with a sample size of 18 respondents. Data were analyzed univariate and bivariate using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that a P value of 0.023 <0.05, there was an effect of perineal massage on primigravidas on the incidence of perineal rupture at delivery. suggestion The population in this study were all Primigravida mothers with a gestational age of 36 weeks. Abstract

Fulfillment of the nutritional needs of infants 0-6 months is absolutely obtained through breast milk (ASI) for infants with exclusive breastfeeding. Based on this, efforts to improve nutrition for infants 0-6 months are carried out through improving maternal nutrition before and during exclusive breastfeeding. However, exclusive breastfeeding always fails this is caused by less milk production. One of the plants that can increase breast milk production is Moringa leaves. Moringa leaves contain laktogogum which can stimulate the hormones oxytocin and prolactin. This study aims to determine the effect of Moringa Leaves (Moringa Oleifera) on breast milk production in post partum mothers in Nelly's Independent Midwife Practice (PMB) Working Area of ??Tapung II Public Health Center, Kec. Tapung. The study was conducted from January to April 2021 by giving Moringa leaves to post partum mothers. This type of research is pre experimental with one group pretest posttest designs. The number of samples in this study was 13 post partum mothers with total sampling technique. Statistical test Paired sample T-test obtained p value of 0.000. The results of statistical tests showed that before being given Moringa leaf steeping the mean value was 32.15 times and there was an increase in breast milk production after being given Moringa leaf steeping, the mean value was 71.23 times. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of Moringa leaves on breast milk production in post partum mothers with a mean difference of 39.08. It is hoped that Moringa leaves can be an alternative physiological therapy to increase breast milk production in postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Anemia is clinically defined as insufficient mass of red blood cells circulating in the body. The prevalence of iron deficiency anemia in postpartum women accounts for 20% of total maternal deaths worldwide. Iron deficiency anemia that occurs during the puerperium is influenced by the occurrence of anemia during pregnancy and the amount of blood loss during the delivery process. the need for iron during the puerperium increased by an average of 478 mg during the puerperium. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase iron levels during the puerperium by giving green beans. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of green beans on hemoglobin levels in postpartum mothers. This type of pre-experimental research using one group pretest post test designs. The research was carried out in January-April 2022. The research site was in Karya Indah Village, Kec. Tapung, Kab. Kampar. The sample in this study amounted to 20 postpartum mothers. The way of taking samples using purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out univariate and bivariate. Univariate results showed that before giving green beans, the majority of postpartum mothers experienced anemia as much as 50%. After being given green beans, the majority of postpartum mothers were not anemic with a percentage of 80%. Bivariate results using the Wilcoxon Rank Test obtained P value of 0.014 (p <0.05). This means that there is an effect of green beans (Phaseolus radiates L.) on hemoglobin (Hb) levels in postpartum mothers.

Abstract

Massage is a touch therapy that is in direct contact with the baby's body so that it provides a feeling of security and comfort for the baby. The massage that is done will increase the catecholamine hormone which triggers growth and development stimulation, increases appetite, increases body weight, improves sleep quality and stimulates the development of brain structure and function. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of infant massage on the quality of baby sleep. This type of research is quasy experiment with the pretest posttest one group design approach. The research was conducted at PMB Hasna Dewi Pekanbaru. The population was the mother of 30 babies using total sampling. Collecting data by doing massage, observation and questionnaires. The results showed that the effectiveness of infant massage in improving sleep quality. Most of the babies slept better. The Wilcoxon statistical test shows a significant value of p value = 0.036
