Abstract

Data mining is a series of processes to extract added value in the form of information that has not been known manually from a database. The resulting information is obtained by extracting and recognizing important or interesting patterns from the data contained in the database. One part of the service of an agency is the service to customers, customers or those related to certain services. The quality of service is assessed by what has been done and how to treat from those who serve, some provisions used to ensure service optimization are Confiden, Integrity, Pride and Passion with the main purpose or output is Customer Satisfaction. The process of Forming a Pattern of Satisfaction Level by Utilizing the C4.5 Algorithm Penelitain process is carried out by data collection, testing with applications, exposure of pattern results or Knowledge. Pola yang terbentuk after the extraction is 1.Integrity = low: quite satisfied {very satisfied=0, quite satisfied=3}Integrity = tall, Passion = low: quite satisfied {very satisfied =0, quite satisfied =2}, Passion = tall: very satisfied {very satisfied =11, quite satisfied =0}.

Abstract

Thyroid gland disease or what is called hyperthyroidism is a disease that is often found in the community. The body's need for thyroid hormone is needed to control body growth and process food metabolism into energy. An overactive thyroid gland produces thyroid hormone which causes high levels of thyroid hormone in the blood. This condition is known as hyperthyroidism. In the medical world, to be able to diagnose hyperthyroidism is difficult, because the symptoms of hyperthyroidism vary greatly, depending on the rise and fall of thyroid hormones. From the above problems, a technology utilization is needed to reduce each problem and implement it into an expert system. An expert system is a branch of artificial intelligence that uses special knowledge/knowledge to solve problems at the human expert/expert level. Expert systems have been developed in various sciences, one of which is in the field of medicine to diagnose diseases. The expert system used to determine the diagnosis of the disease will help confirm the diagnosis and provide advice and therapy in the treatment of the disease. The test results "Expert System Diagnosing Hyperthyroid Disease Using the Certainty Factor Method" show that this expert system can diagnose hyperthyroidism according to the answers given by the user with an accuracy value of 100%.

Abstract

City parks are the main resource in improving the quality of the environment, therefore a good and quality city park is needed to improve the quality and quality of health. One of the efforts to get a quality and good park location is to choose the location of the opening of the park properly. The decision support system carried out at the Medan City Park Service is still conventional which is only based on certain elements so that the assessment is still subjective. Based on these problems, in this study a decision support system was developed using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method for determining the location of urban park development. This system uses user-defined criteria and intensity, processed with AHP calculations, and produce a list of assessments for each city park location that will be selected. The results of testing this decision support system state that the system has been running correctly, so this system can be used to assist leaders in making more objective decisions on choosing the location of city parks.

Abstract

Google My Business merupakan sebuah tools pada Google yang diluncurkan untuk mempermudah para wirausaha untuk mengembangkan dan mempromosikan bisnisnya lewat digital. Google bisnisku (Google My Business) merupakan sebuah tools yang disediakan oleh Google untuk mempermudah calon klien mengetahui informasi bisnis kamu. Seperti nama bisnis, alamat perusahaan, nomor telepon perusahaan, alamat email, jam operasional, website perusahaan, foto kantor, hingga review klien. Dengan mendaftarkan bisnis kamu pada Google Bisnis, tentunya akan memberikan manfaat diantaranya. Mempermudah calon klien menemukan informasi mengenai bisnis kamu, media komunikasi calon klien, mempermudah kamu mendapatkan review dari klien, bisnis kamu akan muncul di google maps, dapat melakukan analisis klien dan tentunya google bisnisku bisa tampil pada semua device.

Abstract

The development of the business prompted the company to always strive to improve the quality of products and services to consumers. The service can purchase goods was done electronically and can also be done online or electronic commerce. Implementation of business solutions is a commitment to improve its corporate customers a competitive advantage in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, performance, and business development. The research purpose is to analyze the quality of point of sale (POS) designs to support a purchasing service system that can help Nasi Kapau Unidar restaurants. This creation begins with data collection using the mean squared error (MSE) method with a flowchart approach and Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the result of the accuracy with mean squared error of 0.44.

Abstract

Multimedia berasal dari kata multi dan media. Multimedia berarti banyak media (berbagai macam media), dalam industri elektronika, multimedia adalah kombinasi dari komputer dan video. Untuk mengetahui sejauh manaperkembangan dan penerapan komputer dalam bidang industri. Meningkatkankualitas dan mutu presentasi. Meningkatkan proses presentasi yang ada, agar bisaterlaksana proses presentasi yang menarik. Membuat para karyawan lebih mudahuntuk menjelaskan dan menyampaikan materi presentasi melalui media animasi.Agar para karyawan dapat memiliki gambaran tentang Universitas Battuta yangmerupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi yang berperan aktif dan selalu berinovasidalam pengembangan multimedia interaktif.
