Abstract

Abstrak-Pengambilan keputusan adalah suatu pendekatan yang sistematis pada hakekat suatu masalah, pengumpulan fakta-fakta, penentuan yang matang dari alternatif-alternatif yang dihadapi, dan pengambilan tindakan yang menurut perhitungan merupakan tindakan yang paling tepat. Pembuat keputusan kerap dihadapkan pada kerumitan dan lingkup pengambilan keputusan dengan data yang begitu banyak. PO Medan Jaya mengalami permasalahan dimana masih kurangnya efektifitas dan efesiensi dalam pencarian data dan informasi yang di perlukan untuk melakukan evaluasi penentuan loket yang berpotensi. Untuk menangani permasalahan tersebut maka dibuat sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis website. Dalam penerapan ini, dengan menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall, serta menggunakan metode clustering k-mens. Dari data yang diolah dengan sampel data yang diambil PO Medan Jaya, maka menghasilkan dua jenis kelompok data yaitu loket yang berpotensi dan kurang berpotensi, sehingga dengan adanya pengelompokkan data ini pihak PO Medan Jaya dapat mengetahui loket mana yang lebih berpotensi. Dengan adanya sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan k-means, maka sistem dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengelompokan data pada PO Medan Jaya secara efektif dan efisien memberikan kemudahan menganalisis pengelompokan data. Sehingga pimpinan dapat melakukan evaluasi dengan baik terhadap informasi yang di dapat.

Abstract

Shoes are one type of footwear that serves to protect the entire foot. Shoes are a type of footwear that usually consists of parts of the sole, heel, hood, laces, and tongue. Shoes for some people are not an ordinary item, as a favorite. There needs to be special treatment to make shoes look clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. In fact, not everyone is able to take care of their own shoes, this is due to skill and time. Then people choose to submit their shoes to experts or shoe care services, so we need an application that can help in the process of these problems. The method used in making this system is the waterfall method, where the stages of the method consist of analysis, design, testing and maintenance. The application that was built has several facilities, namely ordering shoe service, shoe pick-up and delivery services, transaction services, customer service so that customers can check whether shoe services have been serviced or not, and also transaction report services. The design for this shoe service application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language) while for system testing using the black box method The black box test results show that the system is running according to its functionality. With this application, it can make it easier for customers to order shoe serviceservices online and help increase revenue for shoe serviceservices.

Abstract

Bad governance or poor governance by some economic actors is one of the causes of the economic crisis in Indonesia. So that the emergence of public mistrust of government performance. To restore public confidence to the government, good governance is needed, one of which is the application of e-government. E-government is a form of information and communication technology by the government which can provide information and services to the public, business affairs, and matters relating to government. One of the results of the development of e-government is e-Village Budgeting. E-village budgeting is an online-based village budget management application in order to increase transparency and accountability of the village budget. One of the problems that often arises in the administration of village governance is related to the administrative system of village financial management that is not orderly, so that not a few that cause problems of irregularities in the use of the budget. This research will be designed a web-based application that can help make financial reporting easier. The application was made so that budgeting and development monitoring in remote villages are more transparent.
