Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the benefits of COVID-19 protection on preventive satisfaction and behavioral intentions; the effect of preventive satisfaction on behavioral intentions; and the role of trust in moderating the effect of benefits of COVID-19 protection on behavioral intentions. This research is a correlational study using 100 respondents who visited Awal Bros Hospital in Pekanbaru for the last 6 months. The data were then analyzed through partial least square (PLS). The results of the analysis prove that: (1) Benefits of COVID-19 Protection have a significant effect on Preventive Satisfaction; (2) Benefits of COVID-19 Protection have no significant effect on Behavioral Intentions; (3) Preventive Satisfaction has a significant effect on Behavioral Intentions; (4) Trust does not moderate the effect of Benefits of COVID-19 Protection on Behavioral Intentions.

Abstract

STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu Sosialisasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan RI Nomor menurut Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 dan Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011. Sesuai Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional, BPJS merupakan badan hukum nirlaba. Berdasarkan Undang-undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011, BPJS akan menggantikan sejumlah lembaga jaminan sosial yang ada di Indonesia yaitu lembaga asuransi jaminan kesehatan PT Askes Indonesia menjadi BPJS Kesehatan dan lembaga jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan PT Jamsostek menjadi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Hasil observasi kami pada kegiatan pengabmas masyarakat, terhitung mulai tanggal 1 Januari 2014 Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) telah resmi diluncurkan oleh pemerintah melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) kesehatan. Berdasarkan data Kementrian Kesehatan tentang Kepemilikan Jaminan Kesehatan, pada tahun 2014 masih ada sekitar 30,1 % atau sejumlah 73.847.239 jiwa belum memiliki jaminan kesehatan, dari total jumlah penduduk Indonesia sekitar 245.021.700 jiwa. Walaupun BPJS sudah berupaya untuk melakukan sosialisasi melalui iklan di media massa cetak maupun elektronik, namun informasi tersebut ternyata belum mampu menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat di berbagai daerah. Sehingga belum semua masyarakat memiliki pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang program JKN, termasuk masyarakat di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru. Oleh karena hal tersebut, Program Studi Adminitrasi Rumah Sakit STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul " Sosialisasi Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) Melalui Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan Di daerah Sialang Mungu Pekanbaru". Dengan dilaksanakan pengabmas ini diharapkan masyarakat dapat mengerti tentang program jaminan Kesehatan Nasional.

Abstract

STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi menyelenggarakan kegiatan pengabdian di SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru. Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan kegiatan yaitu pelatihan tata kelola koperasi bagi siswa di SMAN 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru. Kebijakan pengelolaan tata koperasi bagi siswa saat ini sangat baik di terapkan guna untuk meningkatkan jiwa kewirausahaan. Koperasi merupakan suatu badan usaha yang dibangun dengan tujuan untuk kesejahteraan anggota terkhusus dan masyarakat pada umumnya. SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti telah memiliki badan koperasi sekolah yang anggotanya terdiri dari guru serta siswa sekolah itu sendiri. Guna meningkatkan mutu manajemen koperasi SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti, Program Studi Adminitrasi Rumah Sakit STIKes Awal Bros Pekanbaru melaksanakan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul "Pelatihan Tata Kelola Koperasi Bagi Siswa di SMAN 12 Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru”. Dengan dilaksanakan pengabmas ini diharapkan manajemen koperasi SMA N 12 Garuda Sakti bisa menjadi percontohan koperasi sekolah yang baik.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of complaint handling on patient trust through Satisfaction Complaint Handling at the BPJS Yogyakarta Hospital. This type of research is a causal research using a quantitative approach. The population and samples used were 80 patients at the BPJS hospital in Yogyakarta. The internal analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The findings in this study proved that Interactional Justice had a significant effect on Satisfaction Complaint Handling while Procedural Justice and Distributive Justice had no significant effect on Satisfaction Complaint Handling. Then it was also proven that Satisfaction Complaint Handling had a significant effect on Patient Loyalty.

Abstract

Drug logistics management in hospitals is the most important aspect that must exist in a hospital including the stages of planning, procurement, storage, distribution, elimination, evaluation and monitoring which are interrelated with each other. Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani has several problems, especially in pharmacy installations, namely insufficient budget, insufficient human resources and SIMRS that are not optimal. The purpose of this study was to analyze the existing management system in the Pharmacy Installation of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani.This research uses a qualitative research type, conducted at Prof. Hospital. Tabrani, using in-depth interviews, observation and document review methods with 4 informants, namely the Head of Medical Support, Head of Pharmacy Installation, Person in Charge of Pharmacy Warehouse, and Pharmacy Staff. Data processing is done by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. For data validation used source triangulation, method triangulation, and data triangulation.The results showed that the management of drug logistics in the Pharmacy Installation of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani has not been effective. This can be seen from the input components, namely inadequate human resources, budget costs that have not been understood by all parties responsible for the management of pharmaceutical preparations, pharmaceutical warehouses that still do not meet the standards properly.It is recommended that the Hospital Pharmacy Installation of Prof. Dr. Tabrani pays more attention to the drug logistics management system at the Pharmacy Installation of Prof. Hospital. Dr. Tabrani especially regarding the quantity and quality of human resources and infrastructure.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify and to analyze the implementation of The Internal Quality Assurance System Policy (SPMI), the advantage factors and the obstacles of the systems and to identify the model of implementation which is appropriate for the Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY. This study used qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive format. This study finds some results. They are; (1) The implementation of The Internal Quality Assurance System Policy (SPMI) in Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY are vary. However, most institutions have been implementing the system which is in accordance with the regulation, although there are some shortcomings of completeness of the data. (2) Commitment and good communication between institutions are the advantages while the poor in the implementation of good quality culture, high load of work, and the incompleteness of documents of quality are the obstacles. (3) The appropriate system implementation for the Health Education Institutions in The Province of DIY is the one which is integrated with Controlling Integrated Education System (CIES).

Abstract

The Social Security Administratiion is a legal entity to administer social security programs to ensure that all people can meet the basic needs of a decent life. The suitability of the fulfillment of expectations and reality for the health services of the Social Security Administering Body is a manifestation of the satisfaction of BPJS participants. This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the quality of BPJS Health services on Kijang Island, Reteh District. The method used in this research is the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. This research is a descriptive survey research with a quantitative approach. This research was conducted from January to February 2022 at Kijang Island, Reteh sub-district, Indragiri Hilir. Around Jl. Pasar bom and Jl. Indragiri. From the measurement results of the questionnaire assessment, using the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) analysis method, the dimensions that are in accordance with patient expectations are empathy, assurance, appearance (tangibles) and reliability (reliability). And there are no dimensions that are not in accordance with community expectations. If you look in more detail by looking at the attributes, only 40% of the attributes or 4 out of 10 of the overall attributes that need to be maintained to maintain the quality of BPJS Health Services on Kijang Island, Reteh District. From the Cartesian diagram test, there are no attributes that are in quadrant I. In quadrant II there are 4 attributes, so these four attributes need to be maintained because the service quality attributes is in fact in accordance with community expectations.

Abstract

The hospital is one of the institutions that provide health services, this health service itself cannot be separated from the hospital administration. The administration section is a supporter in terms of decision making, activities in the administration of a hospital have a huge influence on the success or failure of a hospital. The influence of the human resource recruitment system in the Administration Unit greatly affects employee performance. The better the recruited employees, the better the performance provided. To get quality human resources, a good recruitment system is needed in order to produce quality resources as well. This study aims to determine the effect of the existing human resource recruitment system in the initial hospital bros panam. This type of research is qualitative with an analytical descriptive approach. There were 6 informants in this study and this study used the Rapid Assessment Procedures (RAP) model. This research was conducted on September 29 – October 18, 2022 at Awal Bros Panam Hospital. The results of the study found that there was still a lack of human resources in the administrative unit of the early bros panam hospital, there was no special SIMRS training in the administrative unit, besides that compensation also affected the performance of employees. And in recruiting new hospital employees it is in accordance with the SOP that has been set. It is recommended to add employees in the administrative unit, provide special SIMRS training in the administrative unit for employees who graduate from hospital administration and provide a special room for recruitment and provide written tests so that test results can be obtained quickly.
