Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic is felt at all levels of education, from elementary to higher education. The existence of this pandemic has become a challenge for educators to innovate in developing and implementing lesson plans that have been prepared previously. One of the learning approaches used is the scientific approach. This approach trains students to learn with the scientific method through the process of observing, asking questions, gathering information, experimenting, associating and communicating the material they are learning. This is where the ability of a teacher is required to be creative in integrating the steps of the scientific approach with online methods. During the past year, the implementation of a scientific approach in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has been carried out in basic education institutions with quite good results. Some of the advantages of the scientific approach using online learning include (1) the dependence of students on educators is slightly reduced because learning is carried out more at home through the network (online) (2) the flexibility of time and place to take the steps of the scientific approach to be a separate experience for students (3 ) train students to use learning technology from an early age. The weaknesses of online learning include (1) internet signal/connection is not very stable (2) teacher and student interactions cannot interact directly (3) still lack of facilities and infrastructure in the implementation of online learning (4) inadequate parental supervision This causes students to often lose focus in learning.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to improve student achievement by applying role playing method in civic education education material impact of globalization. There are several problems found in the field observation, among others, the low achievement of students in civic education learning (Civics) with several factors that influence, among others, from students, families, material understanding, teachers and the use of teaching aids. Furthermore, by using the role playing method, the writer found a good learning achievement change that is from the result of data analysis of student's learning skill in class, reaching the average value of cycle class I is 67,50 and on second cycle equal to 77,50 and increase as big as 10.00, with completeness level in cycle I equal to 65,55%. In the second cycle of 95.45% Achievement of power seraf in cycle I 73.82%, the second cycle of 79.52% so that an increase of 5.70%

Abstract

Lingkungan keluarga merupakan dasar pertama dan utama dalam pembentukan kepribadian. Peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak cenderung menggunakan kekerasan baik secara fisik maupun fsikis akan sangat berimplikasi pada kondisi kejiwannya. Anak yang dididik dengan menggunakan kekerasan akan cenderung menerapkan pola prilaku yang mereka terima dalam kesehariaanya baik dilingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan pendidikan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif naturalistik dengan jenis penelitian Kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa lingkungan keluarga merupakan lingkungan pendidikan pertama yang sangat penting dalam membentuk pola kepribadian anak. Karena di dalam keluarga, anak pertama kali mendapat pengetahuan tentang nilai dan norma. Konsepsi Islam tentang lingkungan keluarga sangat positif. Lingkungan yang indah, harmonis, sehat, nyaman dan tentram akan mempengaruhi perasaan dan jiwa anak didik yang dapat membentuk kepribadian mereka menjadi pribadi yang sopan dan patuh terhadap orang tua.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sekolah merupakan sesuatu unit kerja yang merupakan bagian integral dan mempunyai peranan penting bagi sekolah yang dapat mendukung tugas pokok pendidikan dan pengajaran. Bahan pustaka pada perpustakaan pada umumnya selalu memuat bahan pelajaran dan sekumpulan bahan kajian dan bahan pelajaran yang memperkenalkan konsep, pokok bahasa, tema dan nilai ciri khas agama Islam, maka perpustakaan yang ada dilingkunganya pun harus mendukung proses belajar mengajar yang menjadi bidang pengembagannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui peranan perpustakaan sekolah dan upaya petugas perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa di MA Mu'allimat Syaikh Zainuddin NW Anjani Lombok Timur. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian kualitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan memiliki peranan sebagai sarana penunjang pendidikan, sumber penunjang pembinaan kurikulum, pusat kegiatan belajar mengajar, sarana penanaman dan pembinaan minat belajar siswa, pembinaan disiplin dan sebagai tempat rekreasi dan penelitian. Upaya-upaya petugas perpustakaan dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar antara lain perpustakaan harus memiliki pengetahuan dibidang perpustakaan madrasah, dan petugas perpustakaan madrasah harus memiliki minat terhadap penyelenggaraan perpustakaan madrasah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang sudah dilakukan, maka perpustakaan memegang peranan yang cukup penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of tutoring on learning difficulties of students of class XII MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak. The subjects that are the focus of research are Chemistry subjects. This research is a quantitative research with experimental design. The subject of this study was students of class XII IPA MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, documentation, interviews, and observations. The implementation of tutoring given to students who have effective learning difficulties in improving learning outcomes of students of class XII IPA MA Muallimin NW Gunung Rajak in the academic year 2018/2019. This can be seen from the acquisition of values ​​in statistical analysis of 3.991. This value is greater than the value of ttable at the significance level of 5% which is equal to 1.658 and at the 1% significance level of 2.358. Therefore, the implementation of tutoring is effective in overcoming student learning difficulties, especially in Chemistry subjects.

Abstract

The scientific approach is a learning process that is designed in such a way, so that in the learning process students can actively participate. There are five stages in the scientific approach, namely observing, asking questions, gathering information, processing information, and communicating. This study uses qualitative research with direct and indirect field observations in several private kindergartens in Keruak District. Data collection techniques in this study include observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) In observing activities, students are expected to be able to ask questions about information that has not been understood even though the language is quite limited due to language skills that are still limited. (2) Children can collect information from activities carried out by students as well as simple experiments with the guidance and direction of educators. (3) Students are stimulated to be able to think logically and systematically to obtain conclusions in the form of knowledge. (4) Students can communicate what students get from the observations they have made. (5) Scientific learning is able to stimulate children's creativity because children are more independent, confident, dare to have opinions, and have high curiosity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the SAVI Learning Model (Somatic Auditory Visual) learning model for the critical thinking skills of class VI students at MI NW Bagik Nyala in the 2021/2022 Academic Year. Data collection techniques using observation techniques and tests in the form of essays. Observation data on the implementation of learning reached 75% for the experimental class with good criteria and test scores were in the range of 75.005 < K with a very critical thinking category. While the control class is 58.33% with fairly good criteria and test scores are in the range of scores 58.335 < K < 75.005 with the category of critical thinking. Hypothesis testing using the t test and obtained t count = 10.80 and t table 1.6788 with dk 48 and a significant level of 5% so that the null hypothesis is rejected and the alternative hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that it can significantly increase the effectiveness of the SAVI Learning Model (Somatic Auditory Visual) learning model on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

The scientific approach strongly supports children's cognitive and language development. Children's cognitive development is very closely related to reason and thought so that growth in this area has a very wide range. There are various abilities of children in the cognitive field that must be developed, one of which is science. Science is knowledge that is systematically arranged which is obtained from a series of experiments and observations that can be tested further. Science is currently a very important thing to introduce to young children because science can invite children to think logically and critically. This study aims to find out how the relevance of the scientific approach to the concept of science in early childhood. This research is descriptive qualitative. The research results show that there is a very significant relevance between the scientific approach and the concept of early childhood science, with the scientific approach raising children's motivation to learn through play.
