Abstract

Banteran village especially Danalaya halmet is located at the foot of Slamet mountain with the contours of the hilly villages so that the location of residential areas is higher than in the river around the village, as well as their water source. With these conditions, the pump installation built hidram that is the water pump hydropower that serves to pump the water to burst higher than the waterfall, so the clean water needs at Danalaya halmet can be met. Network hidram pump clean water from the new turns up at one point and has not spread to the rest of the villagers so that not all villagers can enjoy it and it is a problem that must be solved. Given the problems we plan to help villagers Danalaya in the water distribution network by making clean water and we want to raise the water higher so water can be channeled to the whole house of the villagers. We use additional solar-powered pump (Green Infrastructure), so that the location of the water tank and the higher availability of clean water dealer network along with the water meter, it is expected the entire village can enjoy the clean water has been channeled later. PDAM of village also formed to regulate water usage recorded by the water meter so that the operational costs of water usage can be adjusted by the amount of water consumption per home residents. Keywords : water, solar power, hydram pump, water hammer,Banteran,green infrastucture.

Abstract

The Honda Abadi Cibiru Car Dealer was unable to achieve the sales target of the Honda BRV. This causes various problems at the dealer. Therefore, research needs to be done to overcome it. This research aims to determine the effect of product quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions statistically analysis (F-test and t-test). The methods used are AHP and statistics. Based on the AHP data processing of the five alternatives that have a big influence on the decision to purchase a Honda BRV car are price and promotion. Based on the results of respondents to product quality, price, promotion, and purchasing decisions are high. Simultaneously the results of the F test state that the variables of product quality, price and promotion have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the partial test (T test), the quality of the product does not have a real influence on purchasing decisions. The price variable has a real influence on the Purchase Decision. The promotion variable has an influence on purchasing decisions. For further researchers to add other variables that can affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The bunches snake fruit has an unique form that become a typical appeal for the customerand also improve the marketing that rarely available, because of the limited form of packaging. It needs to be supported by primary and secondary packaging. The aim of this research was to obtain the primary and secondary packaging designs of the bunches snake fruit with the additional of the net foam. The corrugated cardboard C flute (RSC type) and BC flute (PTD type) were used as the material for the primary and secondary packagings. The ventilation holes was given for air circulation. The steps of this research were to design the dimension of primary and secondary packaging for the bunches snake fruit,to measure the compressive strength and maximum number of packaging stacks, and to analyze the efficiency of packaging arragement on the pallet and in a pickup. The dimensions of primary packaging was15.98 × 15.98 × 18.48 cm that has a maximum compressive strength of 65 kgf to stacks 23-43 packs. The dimensions of secondary packaging were50.04 × 34.06 × 28.54 cm (body), and 52.84 × 36.86 × 14.97 cm (cover) that has the maximum compressive strength of 132.2 kgf was capable to hold 3-4 stacks. The dimensions of secondarypackaging were included in good fit efficiency in pick-up and average fit on pallet (size 1200 × 800 and 1140 × 1140 mm), so it can supplied for local and export distribution needs to some European contries, Singapore, and China.Keywords: snake fruit, bunch, packaging design, corrugated box, transportation packaging

Abstract

Upaya untuk membantu manajemen dalam merencanakan dan melakukan pengambilan keputusan mengenai pengalokasian yang optimal dalam memproduksi serat putih menggunakan limbah padat sabut kelapa sawit (palm press fibre) dibutuhkan formulasi analisis desain dan sistem agar biaya produksi yang digunakan dapat ditekan minimum sehingga mendapatkan produksi yang optimum. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut dibutuhkan analisis dan perencanaan mengenai sistem produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membuat desain dan sistem untuk memproduksi serat putih menggunakan limbah padat sabut kelapa sawit (palm press fibre) dan mengoptimalkan produktivitas serat putih dengan minimasi biaya. Metode yang dilakukan dalam membuat desain dan sistem adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan sistem yaitu analisis sistem, desain sistem, implementasi sistem menggunakan software sybase power designer versi 16.5 dan teknik penentuan solusi optimal yang digunakan adalah metode simpleks yang diolah menggunakan software WinQSB. Hasil dari desain sistem berhasil diimplementasikan dan hasil verifikasi logika model adalah benar. Pada formulasi minimasi biaya telah didapatkan minimasi biaya produksi dengan perendaman 90 menit untuk produktivitas yang optimal. Sehingga dari hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan produksi dan memaksimalkan pendapatan perusahaan dilakukan proses produksi selama 630 menit dengan biaya produksi Rp 59.610.000,- dengan kapasitas produksi 1000 kg.

Abstract

Food packaging technology using plastic continues to experience development towards environmentally friendly packaging, considering that plastic is difficult to degrade. Bioplastic is an alternative developed from natural and environmentally friendly materials such as protein, polysaccharides, and fat. The high carbohydrate content in jackfruit seeds can be used to make plastics that are easily degraded. The composition of the plastic material from a mixture of jackfruit seeds and plasticizers such as glycerol is still not known the exact formula to obtain optimal physical properties and mechanical strength (tensile strength and elongation of break) from bioplastic. This research examines the design and production system and determines the composition of bioplastic materials for the optimization of tensile strength and elongation of break bioplastic from jackfruit seed starch and glycerol. The method used is analysis using BPMN 2.0, system design using the Response Surface Methodology (RSM), as well as verification and validation. The complexity in the bioplastic production system from jackfruit seed starch to maximize the quality of the bioplastics has a relationship between one another which is needed in system analysis and design. The verification results show zero error and zero warning at each modeling step. The best formulation of bioplastics is the composition of starch content to water 6.08% and glycerol content to 30% with a tensile strength value of 0.76 MPa and elongation at break of 6.12%.

Abstract

Margamukti Village is one of the villages located in the northern part of Bandung Regency, precisely in Pangalengan District. This village has great potential in the agricultural and livestock sectors. The population of Margamukti Village in 2017 was 17,437 people with a total of 5,273 Heads of Families (KK). Of this population, 3,078 people are farmers and 1,069 livestock businesses, meaning that 70.5% of the population of Margamukti Village depend on agriculture and animal husbandry for their livelihood. Margamukti Village is one of the villages that has started to initiate the use of renewable energy by using biogas from cow dung. Biogas is an alternative fuel for the future because it can be used as vehicle fuel and to generate electricity, including to meet household energy needs. The data collection method used in this PkM report is a descriptive method which includes: Observations were carried out by direct research into the area to identify community conditions, natural conditions, and people's daily activities. Activities with interviews regarding this matter, we conducted direct interviews with the Village Head, Head of RW, Community Leaders and Livestock Owners who have installed the biogas system. This community service focuses on optimal utilization of cow dung to be treated as waste and to manage the gas that comes out into a fire that is distributed. Distribution via PVC pipe to the gas stove. Also, through the channel, it is channeled to the lamp cover shirt which can be ignited with a lighter so that it lights up like a petromax lamp.Keywords: biogas, cow dung, lamp, stove

Abstract

Cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L.) is a horticultural plant that has high economic value and contains nutrients that the body needs. Cayenne pepper is one of the leading national horticultural commodities, so it is necessary to increase the production of cayenne pepper appropriately. The obstacle that is often faced in the production of cayenne pepper is the disruption of the production of cayenne pepper caused by the attack of anthracnose disease. Anthracnose disease or fruit rot caused by the fungus Colletotrichum capcisi Sydow can result in yield losses ranging from 20-90%. Trichoderma harzianum Rifai. is a soil saprophytic fungus that naturally can be used as a biological agent, because it has antagonism against pathogens in the form of competition for space and nutrients, mycoparasites and antibiosis. The experimental results in the laboratory showed that the biological agent Trichoderma harzianum Rifai was able to suppress the development of anthracnose disease.
