Abstract

AbstrakKyai sebagai pemimpin di lingkungan pondok pesantren menjadi central figure (tokoh sentral) dan merupakan unsur paling esensial dalam pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan pengorganisasian pondok pesantren dan madrasah. Kualitas manajerial kyai sangat menentukan dan memiliki peran penting di lingkungan pondok pesantren dan madrasah aliyah. Sehingga ciri khas atau watak dan keberhasilan lembaga tersebut banyak bergantung pada keahlian dan kedalaman ilmu, kharisma serta keterampilan kyai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dakwah KH Zainuri HB dan peran kepemimpinannya di pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kyai, kepala madrasah, guru (ustadz) dan ketua yayasan di Pondok Pesantren Sabilal Muhtadin. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran KH. Zainuri HB dalam pengembangan Dakwah Islamiyah Mujadalah dilakukan dengan dialog interaktif dan partisipasif antara kyai dan masyarakat sebagai mad’ū (objek dakwah). Partisipatif dilakukan dengan melibatkan secara aktif partisipasi bahkan kontribusi masyarakat dalam proses dakwah. Interaktif yaitu dengan adanya pada peran langsung untuk terjun ke masyarakat melalui kegiatan pembelajaran secara terbuka bagi berbagai aliran dan organisasi terutama masyarakat pelosok. Peran partisipatif juga dilakukan dengan menyebar alumni pondok ke daerah terpencil (remote area), mendidik kemandirian masyarakat, dan melalui politik keagamaan yang proaktif. Abstract Kyai as a leader in Islamic boarding school is truly a central figure who becomes the most essential in the growth, development and organization of boarding schools. The managerial quality of the kyai determines and fills the heart capacity of Islamic boarding schools and madrasah Aliyah (Senior High School). In accordance with the expertise and success of the institution, many rely on expertise and in-depth knowledge, charisma and clerical skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the mission of KH Zainuri HB and his leadership role in the pesantren. This study uses qualitative research, while the research design used in this study is ethnographic. The subjects in this study were the kyai, the headmaster of the senior high school, the teacher (ustadz) and the chairman of the foundation at the Islamic Boarding School Sabilal Muhtadin. The results showed that the role of KH. Zainuri HB in the development of Da'wah Islamiyah Mujadalah was carried out with interactive and participatory dialogue between the kyai and the community as the object of da'wah (mad'ū). Participatory is done by involving most of the community in the process of da'wah. Interactive, namely by participating directly in the community through learning activities open to streams and remote organizations. Participatory roles are also carried out by spreading alumni of pondok pondok to move in areas, educating independence, and through proactive religious politics.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how the concept of Islamic Education contained in Surah Al-Araf Verse 179. The aim of this study was to determine the concept of Islamic Education contained in Surah Al-Araf Verse 179. In Surah Al-Araf verse 179, Allah describes bahwasannya who will be the inhabitants of hell are people neglect and do not use their sense their minds to understand the true nature of things, is unwilling to avail their eyes and ears either to conclude all who knew and took the sciences as well as to know the signs of God that is in his creation, and the signs of his greatness contained in his books that are both a cause and the perfection of faith into the soul urge to enhance one's Islam. Islamic educational values contained in Surah Al-Araf verse 179 includes: Hell Hell supplied For Jin and Man, people who have a sense / brain, people who have eyes, those who have ears, diumpakan like stars even worse again.Keywords: Concepts and caracter, Islamic Education, Surah Al Araf Verse 179
