Abstract

Public services in the health sector can be carried out in hospitals and health centers throughout Indonesia. Community Health Center is a service facility that organizes public health efforts and first-level individual health efforts, by prioritizing promotive and preventive efforts, to achieve the highest public health degree in its working area. The purpose of the study was to influence service quality on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Lasusua Public Health Center, North Kolaka Regency in 2021. The type of research used was an analytical survey research with a "cross-sectional" design, where all observed variables were measured simultaneously. when the research took place. The results show that physical evidence affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) Reliability affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) Responsiveness affects the level of hospitalization satisfaction with a value of value (0.001), Guarantee affects the level of satisfaction patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.013) Empathy affects the level of patient satisfaction with a value of value (0.000) and the most dominant variable on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the Lapai Health Center, North Kolaka Regency is physical evidence with an Exp (B) or OR value of 107,823. Suggestions in research are to become information and input for the health office to improve the quality of health services at the puskesmas, can be input for the puskesmas to always continue to improve the quality of services provided to patients in order to achieve patient satisfaction and become reference material and information for research. The next is related to the quality of service to patient satisfaction

Abstract

Introduction; Tetanus Toxoid (TT) immunization is a way to actively generate/enhance a person's immunity against tetanus infection during or after childbirth. The coverage of TT immunization is still quite low, this is caused by various factors. Aim; determine the factors that influence the adherence to tetanus toxoid immunization of pregnant women. Method; quantitative method with a Cross-Sectional study approach using the shi-square test involving 130 samples. Sampling was done by purposive sampling technique using a questionnaire as a research instrument. Results; that mothers who comply with tetanus toxoid immunization are 74.6% while those who are not compliant are 25.4%. The results showed that there was a relationship between access (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000), husband's support (p = 0.000), and the role of health workers (p = 0.016) with tetanus toxoid immunization compliance. There was no relationship between knowledge (p=0,285) and adherence to tetanus toxoid immunization. Conclusion; there is a relationship between access, attitude, husband's support, the role of health workers with tetanus toxoid immunization compliance.

Abstract

Community participation in implementing the 5 pillars of community-based total sanitation is very important so that it can be fully implemented so that people can live clean and healthy so as to avoid environmental-based diseases. The aim of the study was to determine Community Participation in Efforts to Implement the 5 Pillars of Community-Based Total Sanitation (STBM) in Cilellang Village, Mallusetasi District, Barru District. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach with a total sample of 60 people taken by simple random sampling technique. The variables studied were participation and implementation of the 5 pillars of community-based total sanitation. The results of this study were based on statistical tests obtained by the Cilelleng Village Community who participated by 60.0% and 40.0% who did not participate. This research suggests the local government to socialize more about the importance of the 5 pillars in everyday life to avoid various kinds of environmental-based diseases.
