Abstract

M Group is a company engaged in the field of pharmacy, eye health and food. Along with the rapid growth of the company there are problems of how to make use the Information Technology department as optimal as possible and how to build a blue print of it strategy in handling a variety of issues and programs or initiatives to support the company's business strategy? This study aims to produce a strategic plan for information technology M Group. The research method used is John Ward and Joe Peppard’s framework for strategic planning of information technology and Scott A. Bernard’s Enterprise Architecture documentation. This study uses SWOT analysis, IT Balance Scorecard and Cost Benefit Analysis as a strategic tool to analyze the needs of Information System on M Group. After conducting the analysis then the Information System(IS) strategic planning is propose for M Group for next years (2020), which includes business strategies IS, IS / IT Management Strategy, Information System(IS) strategy and future application portfolio. The result of analysis and proposed strategies on M Group documented using the Enterprise Architecture Documentation.

Abstract

Education is one of the important factors to fulfill the needs because education can develop various potential in a person. High school is a process of student development. The selection of major in Buddhi High School still takes a long time and the result are less accurate because of human error factors, and other factors that influence students such as parents’ wishes or follow them, friends. To solve those problems a Decision Support System using the AHP and SAW methods is needed. The AHP and SAW Method require the decision-maker to determine the weight for each attribute. The rating of each attribute must have passed the normalization process of the previous matrix. The result from this system will help students to decide major that suitable with their interest and talents, and also help the school to decide major that suitable according to the appropriate criteria. Calculation with the AHP method has a consistency of 93.96%.

Abstract

the current era, people's interest in using the internet is getting higher, this is because internet media has become an informative tool that can be accessed at any time. In searching for information, internet users usually use search engines. One of them is Google, the most widely used search engine. To find information in the Google search engine, we must use keywords. With SEO technique the website will be easy to find. A website optimization based on keywords, its implementation using On-page SEO and Off-page SEO mechanisms. On-page SEO is changing web pages according to the target keywords. By paying attention to important elements such as meta title, meta description, heading tags, text format, alt text, content, robot.txt, and sitemap.xml. Off-page SEO is a method that is carried out outside the website, creating relevant backlinks to the targeted website. This method can make the website as an organic promotional medium that brings traffic. In this research applying the concept of SEO both On-page and Off-page, the results obtained that there was a significant increase in traffic and based on the results of using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) with five aspects of component quality, this SEO support system can help in analyzing the website and as many as 82.3% of respondents said that the system built was very good
