Abstract

This article aims to discuss sacrilegious aspect of Javanese Gamelan in the past and what will happen in the future if it is mistreated. The most important, this article will observe the religious aspect that Gamelan has as its main function. It also explores a background history of Indonesia as a religious nation, an explanation on Gamelan music structures, and its influence toward the Western composers such as Claude Debussy and Lou Harrison in composing their musical works that are emphasizing the sacrilegious aspect of Gamelan. It gives some detail studies on their musical works that are influenced by Gamelan music in which those composers still gave a highly and rightful respect in their approach toward Gamelan music. Lastly, this article also explores the electronic Gamelan Music and its effects toward tradition. Meanwhile, it is necessary to preserve the religious aspect of Gamelan because it will define Indonesian as religious culture. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk melihat kesakralan aspek dari Gamelan Jawa di masa lampau dan melihat kepada masa yang akan datang sehingga bisa dilihat apakah ada unsur kesakralan yang telah diselewengkan ataupun pudar. Hal yang terpenting di dalam ulasan artikel ini adalah pengamatan tentang unsur religi yang Gamelan miliki sebagai fungsi yang terutama. Artikel ini juga akan menjelaskan tentang sejarah Indonesia sebagai negara yang berbasis agama sejak awal mula berdirinya sampai saat ini, menjelaskan tentang struktur musik dari Gamelan, dan pengaruh Gamelan bagi komposer musik barat seperti Claude Debussy dan Lou Harrison dalam mengkomposisi musik mereka di mana mereka masih memperhatikan unsur dan fungsi kesakralan dari Gamelan. Analisa tentang komposisi musik mereka juga akan diulas di sini sehingga kita bisa melihat bagaimana komposer-komposer ini masih memberikan apresiasi dan respek yang benar dalam penyajian musik mereka yang terinspirasi oleh Gamelan musik. Pada akhirnya, artikel ini juga akan menjelaskan mengenai Gamelan elektronik yang sedang berkembang saat ini dan efeknya terhadap tradisi budaya Indonesia. Selanjutnya, sangatlah perlu bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk mempertahankan unsur kesakralan dari Gamelen karena akan dapat mengidentifikasikan Indonesia sebagai suatu budaya yang beragama.

Analisa tentang komposisi musik mereka juga akan diulas di sini sehingga kita bisa melihat bagaimana komposer-komposer ini masih memberikan apresiasi dan respek yang benar dalam penyajian musik mereka yang terinspirasi oleh Gamelan musik. Pada akhirnya, artikel ini juga akan menjelaskan mengenai Gamelan elektronik yang sedang berkembang saat ini dan efeknya terhadap tradisi budaya Indonesia. Selanjutnya, sangatlah perlu bagi masyarakat Indonesia untuk mempertahankan unsur kesakralan dari Gamelen karena akan dapat mengidentifikasikan Indonesia sebagai suatu budaya yang beragama.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 mengubah pola persaingan bisnis secara dramatis yang menuntut pelaku UMKM untuk kreatif dan inovatif. Salah satu sektor yang terkena dampak cukup signifikan adalah sektor usaha makanan dan minuman. Hal ini disebabkan oleh adanya kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar dan kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat yang melarang setiap rumah makan, depot, atau warung untuk melayani konsumennya untuk makan di tempat (dine-in). Salah satu sentra kuliner yang cukup berkembang di Surabaya adalah Sentra Wisata Kuliner Wiyung yang berlokasi di Jalan Wiyung Pondok Indah, Kelurahan Wiyung, Kecamatan Wiyung, Kota Surabaya. Sebagai solusi dari pemasalahan tersebut adalah akselerasi pengadopsian teknologi. Kemampuan digitalisasi ini secara khusus adalah pada aspek pemasaran, yakni pemasaran produknya secara online melalui teknik pemasaran digital yang terpadu untuk dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan memperluas jangkauan pasar dari para UMKM Sentra Wisata Kuliner Wiyung. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Sentra Wisata Kuliner Wiyung berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respons yang positif dari para UMKM peserta pelatihan di Sentra Wisata Kuliner Wiyung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan tingginya antusiasme dari para UMKM Sentra Wisata Kuliner Wiyung untuk mempelajari dan mempraktikkan digitalisasi pada usahanya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Social Media Marketing, E-commerce, and Product Quality on increasing offline store sale of ninth batch Universitas Ciputra family business. This research uses quantitative approach with the number of 119 population , the samples that is taken as many as 92 with Slovin formula. Sampling uses non-probability sampling technique with the criteria of having offline business and using social media and e-commerce. This research is processed using SPSS software, data collection method uses questionnaire that is distributed online through google form. The result of this research indicates that Social Media Marketing does not affect significant on increasing sale, e-commerce can increase sale significantly, and Product Quality does not affect significant on increasing sale.

Abstract

Every company certainly needs employees to work for. Thus, the employees’ performance is an important aspect that help create a successful company. The employees’ performances may include discipline, working adaptation environment ability, and working effectivity. The length of working experiences will also increase working productivity of the employees. Employees’ performance productivity is the key that effects the production of goods and positively influence the effective working activities. The purposes of this research, (1) to find any significant relationship between working effectiveness of the employees and the employees’ performance productivity at AsbaM ina company, based on job satisfaction, the readiness to work, and work motivation. (2) to find any significant relationship between individual performance and working productivity of the employees at Asba Mina company. This research applies quantitative research method with a total number of 25 respondents. The correspondents result is calculated through SPSS analysis tool. All respondents are employees who still actively work at Asba Mina company. The results of this Research are : (1) working effectiveness show a significant affects on employees’ performance productivity, referring to the factors of job satisfaction, work readiness, and motivation, (2) individual performance show a significant affects on employees’ performance productivity, referring to the factor of individual performance, that is, ability, expertise, and attitude.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Product Quality, Sales Promotion, and Brand Image towards Repurchase Intention of Chatime at Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. This research uses descriptive quantitative research method. Sampling in this research uses non probability sampling technique. Data collection in this research uses google form questionnaires with measurement scale using Likert Scale. The questionnaires are distributed to 235 consumers of Chatime Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Analysis method in this research uses multiple linear regression analysis and is processed using SPSS 25. The result of this researchindicates that product quality, sales promotion, and brand image variables partially affect significant on repurchase intention. In this research, it is also obtained the result that product quality, sales promotion, and brand image variables simultaneously affectsignificant on repurchase intention.
