Abstract

RAMA DONA, Pengaruh Penilaian Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Pegawai di Kantor Badan Pengelolan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh yang positif antara penilaian kerja tehadap produktivitas kerja di Kantor Badan Pengelolan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai yang jumlahnya 141 orang, terdiri dari PNS sebanyak 58 dan TK2D/Honorer sebanyak 83 orang Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, maka penulis mengambil sampel yaitu sebanyak 40 atau 29% populasi yang dijadikan sebagai responden, 20 orang PNS dan 20 orang TK2D.Berdasarkan uraian diatas, maka alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah koefisien korelasi product moment. Dari hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa tidak pengaruh yang signifikan antara penilaian kerja dan produktivitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Badan Pengelolan Keuangan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Hal ini didasarkan pada hasil perhitungan yang menyatakan bahwa rhitung lebih kecil dari rtabel yaitu 0,155< 0,403 untuk nilai kritis pada N=40 dengan taraf signifikansi = 0,01 untuk N=40 mempunyai tingkat hubungan sangat rendah.Setelah rhitungdidapatkan, maka selanjutnya penulis mengajukan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dari hasil pengujian hipotesis ini, nilai thitungsebesar 0,968 sementara itu untuk harga-harga kritis dalam ttabel adalah 2,429 yang berarti bahwa t test<t tabel yaitu 0,968 < 2,429 dengan nilai kritis N - 40 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,01 artinya dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa hipotesis nol/H0 diterima atau tidak terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel penilaian kerja dan variabel produktivitas kerja.

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).Eggplant (Solanum melongena L.) was one of the most popular plants in Indonesia as a daily food ingredient. However, growth was often disrupted by insect pest attacks which caused economic losses. In this case, proper control was needed so that pests did not cause massive losses. One of the controls was using predatory insects. Spiders are predators that could control insect populations. This paper aimed to inventory and identify spiders on eggplant plants in Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra, Indonesia. The sampling method was carried out by using the direct method by hand. The research was in the form of a field survey using the Purposive Random Sampling method. Sampling of spiders in the field was carried out 3 times in each field and in the morning. The results show that there are 5 species belonging to 2 families. The six species are Oxyopes javanus, Oxyopes matiensis (Oxiopidae), Larinioides sclopetarius, Lycosa pseudoannulata, Misumena vatia (Thomisidae). There is a species that is only found in one village, namely M. vatia. The dominant spider species found were O. javanus, O. matiensis, M. vatia and L. sclopetarius. Therefore, the number of species that have been found is 5 species of spiders from the order Coleoptera. The spiders found have the potential as natural enemies for insect pests.

Abstract

Previous research or relevant research is very important in a research or scientific article. This article reviews the effect of dividend policy and company performance on companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The results of this literature review article are: 1) Dividend Policy has a Positive and Significant Impact on Company Performance; 2) Dividend Policy Has a Positive and Significant Impact on Company Performance. 3) Financial Performance Has a Positive and Significant Impact on Company Performance 4) Managerial Ownership Has a Positive and Significant Impact on Dividend Policy. 5) Financial Performance Has a Positive and Significant Effect on Managerial Ownership. Dividend policy is a decision in determining the optimal proportion of profit between the distribution of profits as dividends and retained earnings.
