Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the public's perception of tofu waste management and its utilization in Malang Regency. The type of research used is survey research which is analyzed using descriptive statistics by looking at the percentage. The population used is residents around the Jaya Sari tofu factory, Sari Abadi, UD Lancar Jaya, and LW in Karangploso District, Malang Regency. While the instruments for data collection are interview questionnaires and documentation. Based on the description of the results of public perceptions, the highest percentage of perceptions is the question indicator no. 15 of 93.3%, which is about the need for socialization to the community about the use of water hyacinth plants and fish cultivation as an alternative to the use of tofu liquid waste.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to describe environmental attitudes in the community in the tofu factory area, Karangploso District, Malang Regency. The method of carrying out activities is through the survey method. Data analysis used descriptive statistics by looking at the percentage and average. The population used is residents around the tofu factory, Karangploso District, Malang Regency, with a sampling technique through accidental sampling. The instrument used is an attitude scale questionnaire, interviews. Based on the results of the description, the average environmental attitude indicator shows the following criteria: the 'High' criterion is indicated by the attitude indicator number 1,3,7,15, then the 'Medium' criterion is indicated by the attitude indicator number 5,9,14, the 'Low' criterion is found. on the attitude indicator number 2,8,10, 12,13, then the 'Very Low' criterion is indicated by the attitude indicator number 4 with an average of 1,7. The conclusion of the environmental attitude of the community wants the need for an increase in waste management in the tofu factory area in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisa pengembangan bahan ajar mikrobiologi berbasis inkuiry di IKIP Budi Utomo Malang. Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan model pengembangan 4D dari Thiagarajan (1974). Model 4D memiliki 4 tahapan yaitu define, design, develop, dan dessiminate. Pada penelitian ini hanya terbatas pada tahap develop. analisis data menggunakan statistik Deskriptif untuk menentukan kriteria kelayakan sebuah produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa validasi dari ahli media pembelajaran kategori sangat layak dengan nilai persentase 92,75%, validasi dari ahli materi dengan persentase 89,2% dengan kategori sangat layak dan ahli bahasa dengan persentase 66,6% dengan kategori cukup layak. Dilanjutkan uji keterbacaan oleh mahasiswa dengan nilai persentase 82,2% dengan kategori sangat layak. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwa buku ajar mikrobiologi yang dikembangkan sangat layak untuk dapat dipergunakan.

Abstract

Location of observation results were obtained preliminary data the value of the results obtained from the study of microbiology student class of 2012 a number of 297 students with a range (86-100) of 20% or 60 students, students with a range of values (70-85) by 23% or 68 students, while the value of students under 70 sebasar 57% or 169. The purpose of this research is as follows: Determine the influence learning model Think Pair Share Reciprocal Teaching combined with the learning outcomes of students. The study design is a quasi-experimental design (Quasi experiments). Research data analysis techniques performed by using analysis of covariance (Anacova). The results showed the average value of the lowest corrected is control by the conventional approach of 63 102 followed by 68. 923 polling stations, amounting to 71. 587 the next Reciprocal Teaching and TPS + RT amounted to 81. 644. Test homogeneity of variance between different groups or homogeneous data. An average of 4 models fell from above that showed significant are: the integration of TPS + RT RT significantly different, real different to the polling stations and significantly different to conventional (control). But for TPS and RT models are not significantly different.

Abstract

Main objectives of this research are to analyze the increase in understanding biochemistry concepts comprehensively caused by practice concept modification (Carbohydate-Enzyme) and analysis the efficiency of practical activities caused by practice concept modification (Carbohydate-Enzyme). Research conducted in September through November 2015 are analytical descriptive research, there are 80 students as respondents were devided into 2 groups of treatment, namely group A as group with practice module that has not been modified and group B with practice module that have been modified. Paired t test result showed that group with practice module were modified to get the score of post-test evaluation better and significantly different than group with practice module that has not been modified. The validation result of practice module by students, instucture, material experts and media experts showed that practice module modified is eligible to used as practical module in the future.

Abstract

Community service activities regarding counseling on juvenile delinquency for students of SD Negeri 1 Gadungsari, Tirtoyudo District, Malang Regency aim to reduce the risk of disease in school children (aged 6-10 years), create a supportive learning atmosphere because a clean school environment can increase student enthusiasm and learning achievement at school. They can experience negative impacts if they do not carry out PHBS in the school environment, such as diseases that arise due to unhealthy lifestyles, and the impact of an unclean school environment. The method used in this community service activity is direct counseling in collaboration with several agencies, namely the Gadungsari Village Government and Gadungsari 1 Public Elementary School. The material presented in the counseling activities included various PHBS in the school environment, the negative impact of not doing PHBS in the school environment. The output of this counseling activity is that Grade VI students at SD Negeri 1 Gadungsari will be equipped to be able to apply PHBS in the school environment and to respond to the impact of an environment that does not implement PHBS which has a negative impact on those who are unable to choose actions and behaviors that are not good for health. From this provision, it is hoped that they will be able to realize it in themselves so that they can become the next generation of a nation that is healthy, of superior quality.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of parents is very important in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Online learning forces parents to use technology, sudden changes in the learning process due to the COVID-19 virus often make teachers (educators), students, and parents unable to accept the situation. The purpose of this research is to describe the role of parents in improving the quality of education in online learning for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used is literature and qualitative studies. The results of the research show that based on a literature study, the implementation of online learning in elementary school can be carried out quite well if there is cooperation between teachers, students and parents in studying at home. Meanwhile, based on the results of interviews, there are many obstacles experienced by parents in online learning. One solution is through the implementation of interactive videos in helping online learning activities at home with parents. The conclusion is to increase the role of parents in implementing online learning to improve the quality of learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, there is a need for learning innovations through the implementation of interactive videos.
