This research purpose is to know the size of effect of Samsung Galaxy SIV advertising on toward the decision of middle upto high economy class in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Populations in this research are the society of Ujungbatu Subdistrict as the respondent. Respondent selection process as an object of the research is based on society appraisal in their decision to buy Samsung Galaxy SIV which effected by the advertising. By using Purposive Sampling Technique, from the Slovin Equation, thus this research gains 81 people as respondents. Collecting Data Method is by field research using questioner, inquiry and library research. Data Analysis that used is data analysis using software program SPSS version 16 (validation test and reliability test) and apply likert scaling on the questioner. The result of the research shows that from simple regression analysis (r) the relation between TV advertise (r) is 0.830 and r2(r-square) is 0.690 (69%). These values describe that the effect of advertise on television has a strong effect toward buying decision as much as 69%. The effect of advertise on television trough music or jingle, story board, copy or script, endorsement, slogan, logo has affection for consumer. They get a feeling that the Samsung Galaxy SIV advertise is about a good product, competent. Among respondent above, better response comes after the advertise of Samsung Galaxy SIV in Ujungbatu Subdistrict. Whereas buying decision based on AIDDA theory toward Samsung Galaxy Product is affected after watching advertise on television, valuing and learning the information from that quality product and so it produce a high confidence to buy Handphone Samsung Galaxy SIV.Keywords : Influence, Advertise, Samsung Galaxy S4

Residential development at the present grows greater towards the horizontal, as a result of these developments is a change of land-use layout. One of the impacts of land use change order is the occurrence of surface flow (surface run-off), the other impact is the decline in the amount of water recharge into the soil causing ground water table to drop. In response to existing problems, there should be specific conservation techniques. Recharge well is one of the alternatives to minimize the surface flow and ground water conservation. The purpose of this study was to find out how to plan for the conservation of ground water by recharge wells using Sunjoto formula to calculate the debit and dimesion of the well. The resident area of Hibrida I, II, and IV is the place of research, the research activities itself is carried out by the method of interviews and experimenting the absorbtion at the research location. Based on the data and analysis results using the Sunjoto formula, note that the location Hibrida I, II, and IV are planned using the recharge well of circle type with a diameter 0,5 meter and depth1 meter for the recharge well type of individual, and with a diameter 1 meter and depth 1,5 meterfor therecharge well type of communal. Based on the review of total area of the house and yard for recharge well type of communal is planned 21 units with a discharge that can be accommodated in area Hibrida I as much as 0,120 m 3 /s, Hibrida II0,188 m 3 /s, and Hibrida IV 0,335 m 3 /s. Based on a review roof total area of the house the type ofcommunal recharge well planned is 35 units with a discharge that can be accommodated in the area of Hibrida I as much as 0,216 m 3 /s, Hibrida II 0,335 m 3 /s, and Hibrida IV 0,525 m 3 /s

Corncobs by most people still not optimally utilized, even considered as a waste byproduct of the primary production of maize. The content of lignocellulosic on corn cob allows for the manufacture of particle board by testing the thermal conductivity of which is expected later can be used as a heat insulator. The process of manufacture of particle board made with compression heat for 20 minutes with pressure of 160 Pa and temperature of 150 ° C, drying particle board  for 15 days, density particle board 0.6x103 kg / m3 and thickness of particle board  1 cm.The results obtained for the thermal conductivity value of corncob particle board is greater mesh size, the smaller the size of its particles, the greater the thermal conductivity. From the results concluded that good particle board to serve as heat insulator materials are those that have low thermal conductivity values which qualify ukaran 8 mesh sieve amounted to 0.1012 W / m  ° C. Increasingly smaller particle size makes thermal conductivity value increases so that the quality of heat insulator decreases
