Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze motivation factors for entrepreneurship in the industrial era 4.0 in Sarajanawiyata Tamansiswa University Yogyakarta students. The population in this study were students of the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a sample of 100 people. The sampling technique uses the Simple Random Sampling method, which is a type of probability sampling, where the researcher selects the sample by giving equal opportunities to all members of the population to be determined as sample members. The type of data used is primary data collected using a questionnaire distributed to employees. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a significant level of 5% (α = 0.05). The results of this study indicate that motivation for entrepreneurship is influenced by interest in entrepreneurship, environmental factors, significant attitudinal factors where Fcount (9,747)> Ftable (2.70). Entrepreneurship motivation is each influenced by the interest in entrepreneurship where t count (3.793)> t table (1.66). Entrepreneurial motivation is influenced by environmental factors where t counts (1.582)> t table (1.66). Entrepreneurial motivation is not influenced by attitude factors where t count (-1.753) <t table (1.66). Based on the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2), it can be explained that entrepreneurship motivation is influenced by independent variables (interest in entrepreneurship, environmental factors, and attitude factors) of 21.1% while the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the study. This study will invite other researchers, in order to analyze the factors outside the research, because it is suggested to the next researcher to examine the reasons why entrepreneurial motivation is influenced by other factors other than the interests of entrepreneurship, environmental factors, and attitude factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture, Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The sample is part of the number and characteristics possessed by the population. Based on the total employee population of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi as many as 34 people, the researchers took the total population to be used as research samples. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi; work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Kotabunan Branch, North Sulawesi and 43.4% job satisfaction of employees of PT. Estadana Venture Branch Kotabunan North Sulawesi can be explained by the variables of compensation and work environment. While the remaining 56.6% the influence of other variables that are not in the study

Abstract

The economic system is a fundamental element that determines the economic performance of a country. Various forms of economic systems that have ever existed, including large economic systems such as capitalism, socialism adopted by various countries have become a guide and foundation for the country's economic policies. Then the emergence of a complementary thought discourse on an economic system based on religious values with theological arguments that Islam is a divine religion based on revelation (the Qur'an) functions to guide human life both socially, politically, and economically. the scarcity of literature that explains the values of philosophy, institutions, principles, norms, and values of Islamic economic law. The author uses a literature study method or literature study by examining the literacy of opinions, ideas from thinkers and experts on classical, contemporary, and sharia modern economic systems such as Adam Smith, Lester Thurow, Max Weber, Adi Warman Karim, Fazlurrahman, Umar Chapra, Syed Nawab Haider Naqvi, Ibn Khaldun, Ibn Taymiyah Mubyarto. Furthermore, notes on the normativism of the Islamic economic system are important because they are related to the desired religious capitalism. Then, some of the arguments for religious capitalism are presented by looking at philosophical factors, historical-aspirational factors, and also factors that can be called futuristic. In the philosophical study, the author concludes that Islamic economic religious capitalism is a form of the dialectical process of the earth system and the sky system. Harmonization of rationalism and spiritualism. The futuristic discussion shows that Islamic economic religious capitalism can be the end of history. But that does not necessarily stop the social challenges that arise. Capitalism itself is still undergoing changes, and shocks. The religious capitalism of Islamic economics is to see how Islamic economics will undergo a metamorphosis for the people of Indonesia, although there is no harm in advancing it as a futuristic study, as a future global economic system because it is claimed to carry universal values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komunikasi lisan terhadap minat karyawan untuk mengajukan kredit, Komunikasi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sangat penting. Dengan komunikasi seseorang dapat mengetahui informasi dari orang-orang di sekitar tentang suatu hal, termasuk kredit perbankan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan PT Angkasa Pura Logistik Kantor Cabang Yogyakarta, yang meliputi pimpinan dan staff yang berjumlah 30 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) volume berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat konsumen mengajukan kredit di Bank BPR Sleman; (2) Dispersion berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat koonsumen mengajukan kredit di Bank BPR Sleman dan (3) komunikasi lisan(volume dan dispersion) secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat nasabah mengajukan kredit di Bank BPR Sleman.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the idea that water is God's creation to meet the needs of human life in the world, therefore the use of water must be based on a sense of responsibility and fully for the welfare of mankind. government policy regarding the right to cultivate water can be said to be not simple with the mandate of article 33 of the 1945 Constitution. The enactment of law number 7 of 2004 concerning water resources was followed by the issuance of a number of regional regulations (perda) related to the right to cultivate water contributed greatly to the clean water crisis. By using field research with an economic and pragmatic approach as well as an approach that is oriented towards Islamic economic values, with a normative juridical approach and an economic approach by examining law and Law No. 7 of 2004.Privatization of water is an attempt to commercially own water resources which eliminates government intervention and the function of social security, on the basis of which Islamic economics through the concept of ownership regulates that water is not an object that is perfectly owned, because there the ownership rights of everyone are attached without exception, Water resources are included in public ownership, with restrictions on the ownership of clean water, the utility of water is an oppression of human rights over water resources because it is contrary to Islamic values.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia kompeten menjadi aspek penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan perusahaan atau organisasi. Produk dalam hal ini yaitu jasa pelayanan yang ditawarkan pihak hotel sehingga mampu memberikan manfaat serta kepuasan pada para pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh sumber daya manusia kompeten dan produk hotel syariah terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Hotel Syariah Jogja. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik, koefisien determinasi, uji t parsial dan uji F simultan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 315 orang. Pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu sumber daya manusia kompeten secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Hotel Syariah Jogja. Produk yang ditawarkan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Hotel Syariah Jogja. Nilai R square sebesar 0,651 atau 65,1%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen sumber daya manusia kompeten dan produk yang ditawarkan Hotel Syariah mampu menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 65,1% dan sisanya 34,9% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.
