Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust, brand awareness and product quality on purchasing decisions for Xiaomi smartphones for all consumers of Xiaomi smartphone users in Yogyakarta. The population used in this study were all consumers who use Xiaomi smartphones in Yogyakarta, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling approach. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that brand trust and product quality partially influence purchasing decisions. Brand trust, brand awareness and product quality simultaneously influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand image, product quality, celebrity endorsements on Instagram on consumer buying interest in MS GLOW skin care products. Using the survey method, the sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were consumers of MS GLOW skin care products. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS program. Based on the results of multiple linear regression, brand image has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying interest, and celebrity endorsements on Instagram have no significant effect on consumer buying interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi lisan, kepedulian karyawan dan kualitas layanan terhadap minat beli pelanggan di Akur Optik Bantul. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner kepada 80 pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung ke Akur Optik Bantul. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi liner berganda, uji signifikansi simultan (uji F), uji signifikansi parsial (uji t), dan uji koefesien determinasi (uji R2). Penelitian menghasilkan temuan bahwa komunikasi lisan (X1), kepedulian karyawan (X2) dan kuailtas layanan (X3) secara parsial (uji t) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli. Kemudian secara simultan komunikasi lisan, kepedulian karyawan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh secara simultan terhadapterhadap minat beli dengan nilai Fhitung (13,253) > Ftabel (2,92). Hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukan komunikasi lisan, kepedulian karyawan dan kualitas layanan yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel minat beli sebesar 34,3%, sedangkan sisanya yaitu 75,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lainnya yang tidak dikaji dalam penelitian ini. Adapun koefisien variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap minat beli adalah variabel komunikasi lisan/X1 sebesar 4,142.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the financial performance of Bunda Laundry before and during the Covid-19. This research is a quantitative research using observation and interview methods as data collection. Financial performance in this study was measured using Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, ROI, and Total Asset Turn Over. The results of this study show that there are differences in the financial performance of Bunda Laundry before and during the Covid-19 pandemic when viewed from the Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, ROI, and Total Asset Turn Over.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of DER, LDR, and NIM on stock returns of service companies in the IDX for the period of 2018-2021. Secondary data was obtained purposively for company financial reporting or via the website www.idx.com. Data analysis is done through multiple regression testing, F-test, and t-test. The results obtained show that only DER and LDR partially have a significant effect on stock returns of service companies in the study period, while NIM has proven to have no significant effect on stock returns. Simultaneously, the three independent variables proved to have a significant effect on service company stock returns in the study period. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to providing deeper insight into the various factors that can influence stock returns in the Indonesian capital market and serve as a reference for investors and financial managers in making investment decisions.

Abstract

This research aims to know: (1) the influence of brand image toward buying interest, (2) the influence of product quality toward buying interest, (3) the influence of promotion toward buying interest, (4) the influence of brand image, products quality, and promotion toward buying interest. This research applied a quantitative approach by collecting data through survey methods. The population of this research is women aged 20-30 years in Yogyakarta. The sample consisted of 30 respondents by collected data through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research showed that: (1) brand image has a positive impact on buying interest, and (2) product quality has a positive impact on buying interest. (3) promotion gives positive impact on buying interest, (4) brand image, products quality, and promotion simultaneously give positive impact on buying interest.

Abstract

Penulisan karya ilmiah merupakan aspek penting dalam dunia akademik yang membutuhkan keakuratan, keberlanjutan, dan kualitas referensi yang digunakan. Dalam era digital ini, alat manajemen referensi seperti Mendeley dapat memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan efektivitas penulisan tugas akhir dan karya ilmiah, dengan menyederhanakan proses pengelolaan dan penggunaan referensi. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan peserta keterampilan praktis dalam menggunakan Mendeley untuk menulis daftar pustaka yang efisien dan teratur. Dengan menggunakan Mendeley, peserta akan dapat menghemat waktu dan upaya dalam merujuk dan mengorganisir referensi mereka, serta memastikan keakuratan dan konsistensi dalam penulisan daftar pustaka. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh 35 mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen, Universitas Cokroaminoto Yogyakarta yang sedang mempersiapkan penulisan tugas akhir. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Mendeley dalam penulisan karya ilmiah dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan. Dengan Mendeley, penulis karya ilmiah dapat dengan mudah mengatur, mengakses, dan menyimpan referensi yang relevan. Selain itu, Mendeley juga membantu meningkatkan kualitas referensi dengan memastikan keakuratan dan kebaruan informasi. Kesimpulannya, artikel ini menekankan pentingnya penggunaan Mendeley sebagai alat manajemen referensi dalam penulisan karya ilmiah. Dengan memanfaatkan fitur-fitur Mendeley, penulis karya ilmiah dapat meningkatkan efektivitas penulisan dan memastikan keberlanjutan serta kualitas referensi yang digunakan
