Abstract

One way to enhance the quality of digital image from gaussian noise disturbance is trough a combined Adaptive Filter and Wiener one. This then called the Adaptive Wi-ener Filter is capable of estimating the noise, first by finding the adaptation parameters mean and variance calculated from the noisy image data.The Adaptive Wiener Filter performs better in a multistage scheme, so that higher resulting signal to noise ratio can be achieved. The associated analysis and evaluation is based on the corresponding MSE (Mean Square Error) and PSNR (Peak to Signal Noise Ratio) for comparing with those obtained the comman Median Filter and Average Filter.With two representative digital images used, which are black and white and color, respec-tively, the results show significant of MSE of 0.0029562 and 0.0010456 for low noise of variance 0.001, 0.0093262 and 0.0022968 for higher noise of variance 0,035 and in-crement of PSNR of 73.4235 and 77.9335 for the same low noise and of 68.4338 and 74.5195 the same higher noise, due to the multistaging scheme.

Abstract

The use of communication tools in some places can be disturb to many people, for example in place of worship and a meeting room. It can be prevented by using a device called a mobile phone jammer. Use of Mobile Phone Jammer can jamming the mobile station signals (CDMA and GSM) both uplink and downlink with the workings of the mobile phone jammer issuing signal with a frequency that is similar to the mobile station, however the power emitted is greater. The research will be discussed on the placement of the mobile phone jammer in the room. With two is the parameter is repeater and without repeater. In primary data capture method does is method of spectrum analyzer and method of walktest. On walktest software used is tems investigation 8.0.3 for retrieval of data with the parameter of quality a signal ( Ec / Io , FFER , RSSI , TxPo , and TxGa ) and MapInfo as logfile processing results of TEMS Investigation which can show the maximum range where the mobile station can be jamming. Based on measurements with the method of spectrum analyzer, power mobile phone jammer has power – 74,6 dB and by using mathematical calculations obtained range 43 m. On measurement method using walktest, the first parameter is the chosen location without repeaters the maximum range the jammer by 17 metres and with power jammer effective registration -62.9 dB. Whereas, in the location parameter contained repeater the maximum range jammer obtained is 10 meters and power jammer effective 60,2 dB.

Abstract

Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) is a technology that is capable of passing voice traffic, in the form of packets through the network Internet Protocol (IP). IP network itself is a data communications network based packet-switch. The voice signal before experiencing bundled voice coding or format conversion of sound into digital form that can be passed over an IP network. Telephony, Internet telephony, or termed VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol.This communication system use VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), ie voice calls over data services (internet). This communication was developed using Android-based devices. Based on characteristics, android devices are open source, so users do not need to have a license to be able to have android-based devices. In addition, the android device that must be connected to a SIP (Session Iniation Protocol) is a data service that can be done with a paid subscription of the user of the operator using a conventional pulse. Telecommunications designed will use a hybrid system, the merger between VoIP communications with data communications GSM network. With basic calculations where Coding standards G 729, is a standard that can be used for voice communication system through data networks with rate of 8 Kbps. The implementation of the G729 codec is effect on communication systems VOIP.

Abstract

The increasing number of short message service which has grown rapidly has bad impact towards its service quality. Delay in the system could increase while message delivered because the network gets burdened. Aplication Comresion text metode ( iD-Code companding algorithm) for predictive text has mode to reduce bits representation for each character. In the other hand by choosing new route like General Packet Radio Service (GPRS) will also significantly help to reduced burden of the network and also may achieve high rate of message delivery process. Based on analysis obtained that iD-Code Algorithm could truncates bit representation of predictive text file until 50% of value, with character average length only 4 bits. The implementation of iD-Code Algorithm also lead to the decreasing of packet holding time that also have impact reducing the packet delay time queue and further it will lead to the channel using efficiency.
