Abstract

The existence of gas turbines has an important role in generating energy, this tool utilizes gas and oil fuels to produce energy that is ready for use. Gas turbines continue to experience modifications and developments from year to year so that they can be used effectively and efficiently in their operation. Various technologies are developed to be able to generate electrical energy to the maximum by modifying and combining one working principle with other work principles. Whatever the facts are as sophisticated as any technology that is developed still has weaknesses and shortcomings so it requires more time to be able to produce a quality product. Therefore we need a process of innovation and problem solving in order to overcome this problem by providing alternative solutions to the shortcomings that exist so that the technology used can generate various benefits and minimize the risk of loss. In this report there are several alternative solutions for technology and generator components that are expected to provide little input and solutions so that among some of the shortcomings can be minimized. Abstract

Sistem pengelolaan data Lembaga Penyiaran Publik Lokal (LPPL) Radio Wibawamukti sebelumnya masih dilakukan secara manual dan tidak terkomputerisasi dengan baik. Pengolahan data karyawan, cuti, serta penggajian dibuat hanya menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dan Microsoft Word. Proses yang berjalan memiliki kekurangan seperti membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dalam proses penginputan, rentan terjadinya kesahalan oleh karyawan bahkan kehilangan data perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang sistem informasi penggajian yang terkomputerisasi berbasis desktop untuk LPPL Radio Wibawamukti dan mengetahui hasil coba sistem informasi penggajian yang diimplementasikan Penelitian ini dimulai dengan studi pustaka dari berbagai buku dan jurnal serta studi lapangan melalui pengamatan langsung, menyebarkan kuisioner dan melakukan wawancara dengan pihak LPPL Radio Wibawamukti. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem ini adalah metode waterfall. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan adalah peneliti dapat merancang sistem informasi penggajian yang terkomputerisasi berbasis desktop untuk LPPL Radio Wibawamukti. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik dan mudah dipahami oleh karyawan LPPL. Kata kunci: Sistem pengolahan data, LPPL Radio Wibawamukti, waterfall, sistem informasi.

Abstract

Letters are one of the most important communication media in an agency, company or organization that can be used internally and externally as needed. Correspondence activities carried out by North Cikarang sub-district employees still use the conventional method, namely storing data in the form of sheets of paper that are stacked in a storage cupboard. Data storage by stacking the letter sheets has several weaknesses that result in data being lost. The purpose of this study is to facilitate the work of the sub-district head or staff for the disposition process and data management, in the form of incoming and outgoing letters that run at the North Cikarang District Office. The research started from literature studies from various books and journals, and field studies through direct observation. The research method used in the development of this system is the waterfall method. The results obtained are that the researchers succeeded in implementing the designed system with a success rate of 80% as evidenced by blackbox testing. There are five features in the incoming and outgoing mail information system, namely incoming mail management, outgoing mail management, mail disposition management, section data management and user data management.
