Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : untuk mengetahui pengaruh  Economic Value Added dan Market Value Added terhadap Return Saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di bursa efek indonesia. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah: analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari: uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, serta uji hipotesis yang terdiri dari (Uji R dan uji t). Hasil uji parsial yang telah dilakukan bahwa economic value added   berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap return saham, sedangkan market value added  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap return saham

Abstract

PT. Asuransi Jiwa Manulife adalah salah satu perusahaan jasa yang bergerak dalam bidang asuransi , dimana PT Asuransi Jiwa Manulife ini sudah melebarkan sayapnya di Indonesia dengan bekerja sama dengan beberapa perusahaan khususnya perbankan di Indonesia . Sehingga karyawan – karyawannya terdiri dari orang yang berkompeten sehingga dapat bekerja sesuai dengan visi misi perusahaan sekaligus mempunyai peran sebagai ujung tombak pemasaran asuransi. Untuk itu di butuhkan pemimpin yang mampu untuk mengkoordinir para bawahannya agar mampu mencapai visi dan misi perusahaan . Dimana pemimpin memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab yang sangat besar dalam sebuah organisasi ataupun pekerjaannya . Pemimpin merupakan seorang yang positif dan penuh percaya diri yang memiliki visi, misi dan nilai etika yang tinggi, dengan kemampuan menyampaikan gagasan dan mampu dalam rangka mendorong dan berhubungan baik dengan orang lain. Tanpa adanya seorang pemimpin dalam organisasi , maka suatu organisasi tidak dapat tergorganisir dengan baik dan tidak akan efektif dalam pelaksanaannya . Oleh sebab itu , di butuhkan manajemen resiko yang baik , agar dalam pelaksanaannya dapat berjalan dengan baik dan mampu mengidentifikasi, mengukur, dan mengontrol berbagai risiko yang akan dihadapi.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap return saham pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, metode penarikan sampel menggunakan metode Non Probability sampling, metode pengolahan atau analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengujian asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji t dan uji F, untuk mempermudah pengelolaan data maka penulis menggunakan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa secara parsial (uji t) Current Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Debt to Equity Ratio  berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, Return On Assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham, dan Total Assets Turn Over berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return Saham.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (2) analyzing the effect of product quality on consumer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (3) analyzed the effect of trust on consumer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch, (4) jointly analyze the effect of service quality, product quality and trust on Toyota customer satisfaction at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch. The population of this research is 685 consumers who have bought a car at PT. Hadji Kalla Pinrang Branch. The sample in this study uses the slovin formula, thus the number of samples is 100 consumers. The analytical method used is primary data collected from questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that: service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, trust has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. For the three variables together have an influence on consumer satisfaction, meaning that in building customer satisfaction from the three variables it is very important for companies to do.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the knowledge, beliefs, and skills of Islamic banking human resources in Makassar city at the Well Literate, Sufficient Literate, Less Literate, and Not Literate levels. The research approach uses quantitative research with the data source used is primary data. The research population was Islamic bank employees in Makassar city with a sample of 71 employees. The method used is the structural equation method and measurement model. The analysis methods used are validity and reliability tests, data analysis, descriptive analysis with knowledge (X1), beliefs (X2), and skills (X3) variables. The analytical tool used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) used in analyzing indicators that have been grouped based on their latent variables (constructs) with the variables of knowledge (X1), beliefs (X2), and skills (X3) the data is processed using the Amos 20 program. The conclusion that the level of Islamic financial literacy of Islamic bank HR in Makassar city is obtained on the knowledge variable with an average value of 75% at a moderate level or at the Sufficient Literate level. The belief variable from the analysis results shows that the average value of 82% indicates that Islamic banking human resources have a high level of Islamic financial literacy or at the Well Literate level. The skill variable from the analysis results shows that the average value is 80%, this variable also shows a high level of Islamic financial literacy or at the Well Literate level.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this study is whether there is an effect of discipline and motivation on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the office of the Ministry of Religion in Tana Toraja Regency. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of discipline and motivation on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the ministry of religion office in Tana Toraja district. This research is an associative type of research, and the location of this research is Jln. Pongtiku No.106, Pantan, District, North Makale, Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi. The sample in this study was 32 people, with saturated sampling techniques. The data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection methods include questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis used is quantitative. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression through the SPSS Version 29 application: f test (simultaneous), t test (partial). The test results that have been carried out from this study show that the results of multiple linear regression calculations obtained Y = 6.101 + 0.661 X1 + 0.772 X2. For the t test of the discipline variable (X1), t count (2.89)> t table (2.05), meaning that discipline partially affects performance. The t test of the motivation variable (X2) obtained a t count (2.57) > t table (2.05), meaning that motivation partially affects performance. for the f test, f count (10.78) > f table (3.33), meaning that there is a significant effect of discipline and motivation (simultaneously) on the performance of Catholic religion teachers at the office of the ministry of religion of the Tana Toraja district.
