Abstract

Informasi merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat terlebih dalam era digital seperti saat ini. Informasi akan bermanfaat jika informasi yang dibagikan atau disebarkan kepada masyarakat bernilai positif atau sesuai dengan fakta, tetapi sangat merugikan bagi masyarakat jika konten dalam informasi tersebut palsu atau bohong dan terindikasi konten negatif. Di era canggihnya media pemberi informasi saat ini diiringi juga maraknya berita palsu atau hoax. Sebagian besar masyarakat masih banyak yang termakan informasi atau berita hoax diakibatkan kurangnya konfirmasi, verifikasi dan filterisasi, sehingga mudah termakan gosip ataupun hasutan dari sesorang ataupun organisasi yang berniat tidak baik dalam informasi yang diberikan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya wawasan ataupun pengetahuan dalam memfilterisasi berita-berita yang diterima. Berita atau informasi yang beredar bisa berupa foto, artikel, video ataupun audio. Dari studi kasus tersebut kami melakukan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat kelurahan cikampek selatan tentang tips dan trik antisipasi hoax di era digital. Kegiatan yang diselenggarakan berupa penyuluhan dengan dibalut materi terkait bagaimana mengantisipasi hoax di zaman digital. Setelah dilaksanakan pengabdian masyrakat ini ini diharapkannya masyarakat yang terdapat pada kelurahan cikampek selatan mampu memilah mana berita benar dan berita bohong atau palsu dan lebih bijak dalam menerima informasi dari berbagai pihak, tidak langsung meneruskan informasi sebelum ditelaah lebih dahulu konten informasinya.

Abstract

Advances in industrial technology 4.0 provide many changes in today's life. One example attached to the advancement of industrial technology 4.0 is the use of communication, transactions, even to the level of education using the acceleration of information technology. Some sectors have used advances in information technology such as the government sector, the industrial sector and even the world of education. This is because the greater the influence of the use of information technology to accelerate the transformation of each sector that uses it. But on the other hand, advances in information technology, apart from having a positive impact, also have a negative impact. As a real example of the positive impact, namely in the education sector, during the COVID-19 pandemic, the use of technology could be felt, as far as learning could be close to existing learning videos. However, one of the challenges is that advances in information technology also have a negative impact in the field of education, namely the dependence of students or students to spend more time playing online games (e-sports). So that it can affect the results of student learning achievement. Therefore, the research method that will be used is to use the classification of the influence of e-sports on student learning outcomes using the Nave Bayes algorithm which is optimized using particle swarm optimization. In its implementation, it was found that some students experienced decreased learning outcomes and some increased, of course this was influenced by several factors, both internal and external to the students themselves. The implementation of the algorithm used in this study obtained a sufficient level of classification with an AUC (area under classification) value of 0.792 and an accuracy value of 75.95%

Abstract

Breast cancer is the second leading cause of death in female patients in the world. Breast cancer has caused death in more than 100 countries. Early diagnosis of breast cancer patients is important to reduce the possibility of death. Researchers focus on accurate breast cancer detection, automated diagnostic methods and breast cancer diagnosis. This paper proposes Adam's optimization for Deep Learning Algorithm to classify breast cancer detection. This study aims to overcome the problem of data instability and overfitting, as well as update network weights on deep learning training data. In this study, the authors conducted experiments with a combination of three hidden layers and learning speed to improve classification accuracy. The experiment used the breast cancer data set obtained from the UCI Study: the WBCD data set (Original) while the experimental results showed that the proposed scheme achieved 96.3% accuracy for classifying breast cancer.

Abstract

PKH adalah suatu program pemberian bantuan sosial bersyarat kepada Keluarga Penerima Manfaat yang ditetapkan sebagai Keluarga Penerima Manfaat PKH. Program Keluarga Harapan membuka akses untuk Keluarga Miskin untuk mendapatkan fasilitas kesehatan, Pendidikan dan kesejahteraan sosial [1]. Permasalahan yang perlu dibenahi salah satunya yaitu kesulitan dalam menentukan kriteria yang akan digunakan untuk pemberian program PKH dan kesulitan dalam menentukan alternatif terbaik untuk penerima bantuan. SMART merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini ditetapkan 15 kriteria yang digunakan dalam pemberian bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Gempol Kolot, Pemberian pembobotan terhadap kriteria disesuakan dengan tingkat kepentingan pada tiap-tiap kriteria, Penentuan alternatif penerima bantuan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) dilakukan dengan menggunakan populasi dan sampel data yang telah di filterisasi di Desa Gempol Kolot yaitu sebanyak 115 orang, Dan dilakukan ranking untuk mencari alternatif terbaik agar tidak terjadi salah pemberian bantuan, dan hasil akhir dari perangkingan tersebut adalah di peroleh nilai tertinggi 3,492 dan nilai terendah 1,079. Nilai tertinggi tersebut di dapatkan dari hasil perhitungan penelitian pada setiap alternatif. Nilai tertinggi tersebut jatuh kepada alternatif A11 dan nilai tertinggi tersebut dapat di kategorikan layak menerima bantuan karena kriteria nya sudah sesuai dengan kriteria yang telah ditetapkan.
