Abstract

Introduction: Outreach to the community with the title Plastic Waste Management in Layeni Village, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency.Purposes of Devotion: Provide understanding to the community regarding plastic waste management and it is hoped that the people of Layeni Village, TNS District, Central Maluku Regency can carry out waste management in an effective, integrated and sustainable manner.Method of Devotion: Performed with the lecture method by each of the presenters. The lecturer is given time to deliver the material, after which the participants are invited to ask a problem or question, which is then answered in turn by the speaker according to the problem being asked.Results of the Devotion: This community service activity is a form of tridarma activity for educators to play a role in solving problems that occur in the community, especially regarding the management of plastic waste. Through community service by conducting counseling on this plastic waste management, the community will know good, integrated, effective and sustainable waste management.

Abstract

Introduction: Community service through counseling in Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency regarding public understanding of consumer rights on October 21, 2021.Purposes of Devotion: This activity aims to increase public understanding of consumer rights so that the people of Rumberu village not only know but also understand their rights as consumers which are protected by law. Method of Devotion: The service is carried out using the lecture method by each presenter in turn. Then the public will be invited to ask questions and they will be answered in turn by the presenters.Results of the Devotion: Through service activities with the title "Increasing Public Understanding of Consumer Rights", the people of Rumberu Village, Inamosol District, West Seram Regency became more aware of consumer protection laws and more specifically, this activity resulted in an understanding of community rights as consumer.

Abstract

Introduction: The importance of understanding international business contract law is because international business will involve more than one country so that the laws in these countries will also differ from one another. This will cause problems if there is a business dispute between two parties from different countries.Purposes of the Research: Thus, this study aims to analyze dispute resolution, especially alternative dispute resolution in international business.Methods of the Research: The research method used is normative juridical or what is known as legal research which is carried out by reviewing and analyzing the substance of the legislation on the subject matter or legal issue in its consistency with existing legal principles.Results of the Research: Choice of law is a consequence in an international business contract as a result of different legal rules in each country. Alternative dispute resolution is a method of dispute resolution that can be used in international business disputes. Arbitration, Mediation, Conciliation, Negotiation and Consultation can be used as initial options so that a solution can be obtained from the disputes faced before going through the litigation route which of course will be more time consuming and costly.

Abstract

Husband and wife are obliged to love each other, respect, be loyal and provide spiritual and physical assistance to each other. However, sometimes husbands and wives who live the ark of the household often experience complicated conflicts so that divorce is considered the best solution. The purpose of this study is to analyze the peace deed No. 7/Pdt.G/2020/PN Drh. The method for this research is descriptive analytical with normative juridical research using primary, secondary and tertiary data through literature and document studies. The results showed that the divorce lawsuit was processed at the Highlands District Court of Honipopu in West Seram Regency, Maluku Province. The divorce lawsuit finally ended with an agreement between the parties to end the divorce dispute which was resolved through mediation. The peace is stated in the Deed of Peace Number 7/Pdt.G/2020/PN Drh which applies as befits an agreement and has legal consequences if it is not obeyed.

Abstract

The study is aimed at identifying and analyzing covid-19 as a form of relative overmacht and as a result of the overmacht law in the credit agreement and the policy of ending the credit agreement as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. The study method used in this study was normatif juridical, a doctrinal law study method by examining and studying the regulations of legislation that served asa basis for then analyzing the issues discussed. The study is analytical by using primary and secondary legal materials through the study of related documents and literature. The analysis used in the study is qualitative analysis to address the issues discussed. According to research, the covid-19 is a non-natural disaster that can therefore be categorized as overmacht measurement. As a form of overmacht relative, the result of the law of the spread of covid-19 as the overmacht relative to the credit agreement is that the debtor still has to fulfill his obligations to the debtor after the covid-19 is over. In its implementation based on POJK 11/2020, the debtor is given credit relief through restructuring in accordance with the form of restructuring issued by the bank in the form of lowering interest rates, extension of term, reduction of principal arrears, reduction of interest arrears and other forms according to verification and analysis of the bank on affected debtors covid-19.

Abstract

Introduction: In running their business, business actors, especially business actors engaged in the culinary field, try to make the food or drinks they serve attract consumers' intentions to buy. Not infrequently, in order to beautify the appearance of food, they use food additives (BTP).Purposes of Devotion: This service aims to make the Toisapu village community better understand their rights as consumers, especially for the use of food additives (BTP) in the food and beverage products they consume. Method of Devotion: This counseling is carried out by presenting material by resource persons and followed by discussion and question and answer from the community.Results of the Devotion: The Toisapu village community, the majority of which work as fishermen, farmers and motorcycle taxi drivers, are consumers who consume food and beverage products that contain BTP, so it is necessary to understand the residents of Toisapu village as consumers who have rights guaranteed by law. In addition, as consumers, the residents of Toisapu village must be careful and selective in choosing the food and beverage products they consume.
