Abstract

CV. Tirta Sasmita is one of the companies engaged in drinking water in the city of South Tangerang. CV. Tirta Sasmita is a new company that is currently issuing the Tirta Sasmita trademark. It is not an easy thing for a new company to compete first in this industry, so that it will affect CV. Tirta Sasmita in determining competitive strategies to survive and develop its business in all respects, such as simplifying the payment system which will affect the power of the company. buy from the drinking water product itself. CV.Tirta Sasmita is not only limited to producing bottled drinking water products, but this company is also engaged in marketing its products. In marketing CV. Tirta Sasmita is one of the companies that sells on consignment. CV Tirta Sasmita can provide fresh air for the Foundation in particular and the community in general, by contributing to increasing the income of the surrounding community by becoming an agent for mineral water products using a consignment sales system. This study examines and analyzes the influence of sales methods and quality management on sales strategies and their impact on company performance. Data were obtained from customers and agents through questionnaires, the data were then analyzed using descriptive quantitative methods, with the help of SmartPLS 3.0 software. Based on the research results, the sales method variable has a positive and significant effect on sales strategy, the management quality variable has a positive and significant effect on sales strategy, while the sales strategy has no effect on organizational performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi tukar tambah dapat meningkatkan minat konsumen membeli gadget dan hasil penjualan gadget di Tangerang Selatan, serta untuk mengetahui seberapa besar minat konsumen dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan melalui strategi tukar tambah dapat meningkatkan penjualan. Data dikumpulkan kepada para pengunjung toko/outlet yang menjual gadget secara langsung, maupun membeli gadget secara secara online di marketplace dengan metode tukar tambah. Data dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner skala likert melalui google form selama bulan Januari – Mei 2022. Data yang terkumpul diolah dengan menggunakan software SmartPls versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan strategi penjualan dengan tukar tambah tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, akan tetapi strategi penjualan dengan tukar tambah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui minat beli, dan Minat beli berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Lebih lanjut, strategi penjualan dengan tukar tambah berpengaruh terhadap minat beli.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of institutional ownership, independent commissioner, dividend policy, debt policy, and firm size on firm value. The dependent variable used in this study is firm value, while the independent variables are the Effect of Institutional Ownership, Independent Commissioner, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, and Firm Size. The population in this study are manufacturing companies, especially in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2012 - 2017. The sample in this study was selected using the purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 36 samples of observations. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variables of institutional ownership and firm size have a negative effect on firm value, while the variables of independent commissioners, dividend policy, and debt policy have a negative effect on firm value.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Mendeskripsikan analisis rasio profitabilitas dan rasio solvabilitas  dalam menilai kinerja keuangan PT. XYZ, Metode penilaian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan cara menganalisis data. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa analisis rasio profitabilitas dan solvabilitas pada PT. XYZ belum mengalami peningkatan kinerja keuangan. Rata-rata hasil analisis rasio profitabilitas dan solvabilitas setiap tahunnya masih jauh dibawah standar industry.

Abstract

Consumptive financing is the most sought after financing by the community to meet secondary needs. The purpose of this study is to describe consumptive financing at Bank BNI Syariah East Jakarta Branch Office during the covid-19 pandemic. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. The result of this study show that during the covid-19 pandemic, BNI Syariah did not experience a significant decline in profits, even during the pandemic. This has a positive impact on consumer financing. This data is obtained from consumer monitoring on the EFO (Electronic Financing Origination) system

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, transparency of management, and muzakki satisfaction on the decision-making process in selecting the Zakat Collection Unit (UPZ) at Pamulang University. The study was conducted in March 2023, with a sample taken from the faculty members at Pamulang University who had become donors to the UPZ. A probability sampling approach was used with the simple random sampling technique, resulting in a sample size of 30 respondents. Data analysis was performed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The sample size was determined based on the recommendation of Hair & Anderson (2014), which suggests a sample size of 5-10 times the number of indicators or parameters used in the model. The results of the analysis showed that service quality has a positive and significant influence on the decision-making process of the respondents. Study found that transparency of management did not have a significant influence on the decision-making process of the respondents. Muzakki satisfaction was also found to have no significant influence on the decision-making process.
