Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze empirically the influence of job satisfaction and perceived organizational support partially or simultaneously on employee work ethic. The research method used quantitative methods while the data collection techniques were carried out through questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used in this research was purposive sampling technique. Subjects in this study amounted to 75 employees at the Ministry of Industry the Republic of Indonesia. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) software. Based on the research results, the findings are as follows: (1) collectively or simultaneously job satisfaction and perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic, (2) partially job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work ethic; (3) partially perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on work ethic. Thus, work ethic can be increased by increasing job satisfaction and perceived organizational support.

Abstract

One way to increase third party funds is through promotion of bank services and products so that people are interested in saving their money at the bank. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Promotional Costs on TPF. The sample data was taken from the BRI Syariah website for 2016–2020 monthly data analysis methods using statistical analysis of correlation, determination, and regression. The results showed that the relationship formed from two variables had a correlation coefficient of more than one and the direction of the relationship was positive, and the effect of promotion costs on third party funds was 0.038%. This figure was obtained from the results of the determination test. The regression equation formed between promotion costs and third party funds is = 26705681.242 + 203.726X.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of competence of business actors in utilizing the means of Information and Communication Technology. This study was conducted in the district of Bandung, Bogor district Bogor city and the city of Bandung from November 2019 to february 2020. Sampling respondents amounted to 358 Based on the results of the overall selection of population 3479. Data analysis using SPSS version 21. The research results showed based on the test results individually or partially that the competence of business actors in utilizing ICT tools that competence is directly influenced by the profile of business actors, the perceptions of business actors, and the utilization of ICT facilities and 1 variable has little influence on the competence of the perpetrators business. Based on the test results simultaneously that the profile of business actors, support the external environment, the perceptions of business actors and the utilization of ICT facilities. Based on the regression equation model shows that the higher the competence of business actor profile of business actor, the higher the perception of business actors the higher the utilization of ICT facilities will affect the higher competence of UMKM business actors.

Abstract

Foreign exchange trading carries a high level of risk, so risk management is essential. This study aims to determine the risk of foreign exchange trading and to determine the application of risk management in foreign exchange trading. The research was conducted at PT Monex Investindo Futures Jakarta. The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the risk in forex trading is the risk of unexpected changes that cause market conditions to reverse direction, this can be due to economic or political events that affect market movements. The analysis used to determine the volatility of the foreign exchange market is to use technical and fundamental analysis. Fundamental analysis is based on data from economic and political news, while technical analysis is carried out using charts and indicators. There are five risk management implemented at PT Monex Investindo Futures to minimize losses resulting from price movements on the foreign exchange market, namely: moving average, bollinger band, parabolic SAR, Average Directional Movement Index and Robotics

Abstract

Academic procrastination is the behavior of delaying doing or completing academic tasks, reviewing academic procrastination is important to minimize academic procrastination behavior that will affect student learning achievement. This study aims to empirically determine the influence of intelligence and partial and stimultan self-control on academic procrastination. This research was conducted at University X in Jakarta, the research method uses quantitative methods with purposive sampling techniques. Data collection techniques through questionnaires and interviews with a population of 130 respondents, 56 men and 74 women. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis, the following findings were obtained: (1) jointly or simultaneously adversity intelligence and self-control affect academic procrastination, (2) partially adverse intelligence has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination, (3) partially self-control has a negative and significant effect on academic procrastination.

Abstract

This research is motivated by Credit Risk and Profitability that occurs in National Banks, namely Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri, and Bank BNI in 2012 - 2021. This study analyzes the effect of credit risk using Non Performing Loans (NPL) while profitability uses Return On Assets (ROA). ). The research method is descriptive quantitative with observations and analytical techniques used are classical assumption test and simple linear regression test. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial statements of Bank BRI, Bank Mandiri and Bank BNI. The sample used in this study amounted to 30 samples from 3 national banks with a total period of 10 years for each bank. The results showed that there was an influence of the credit risk variable (NPL) on profitability (ROA) with an effect of 0.729 or 72.9%. T test shows that NPL has a significant negative effect on ROA and the hypothesis is accepted. If the NPL rises, it will reduce profitability. The novelty of this research is that there are comparisons from several banks and the latest data observation period is 2012-2021.
