Abstract

Image is a combination of points, lines, fields, and colors to create an imitation of a physical or human object. Digital imagery consists of square elements called pixels. An example of an image is an image. However, sometimes the image can also experience a decrease in quality (degradation). Images or pixels that have decreased image quality in image processing are called noise. This research discusses the enhancement of digital image quality using the Median filter technique to reduce noise. In this study using color image data (RGB) as test data and then converted into grayscale images to determine the gray degree of the image. The Grayscale image is stored in the database. Then noise is generated by using random numbers. The type of noise used is Salt & Pepper. Noise salt & pepper is a type of noise that has a value of 0 and 255 spread. To reduce noise salt & Pepper, an Arithmetic Mean Filter method or technique is used.

Abstract

The application of Run Length Encoding (RLE) algorithm in image compression cannot always reduce the size of the image compression results. Giving a Run sign or the number of pixels that have repeated succession can certainly change the size of the image file to be smaller, but very different from the repetitive image pixels but not sequential or not at all will certainly give a large size change in the file compression Image compression files that use Algorithm RLE in applications that are often used by users in general on computers can read image matrices. Thus RLE has a special ability to reduce image files from the others if there is a composition of the value of repetitive image pixels. And to decompress RLE to digital images is also very simple because the file type .rle has information on the order of matrix values ​​consisting of two parts, the odd order is the pixel value for the image and while the even order is the value of the number of repeaters in the previous odd pixel value.

Abstract

Lobster in Indonesia consists of various types of colors, shapes, and habitats. Documentation results from several studies in the field of fisheries show the dynamics and richness of this type of shrimp species that have a hard and large skeleton. It is necessary to apply this knowledge to the field of information technology and computerization. The application that is right on target for the community is the application that is felt to be useful in the activities of the community itself. The application of information on lobster diversity found in Indonesia in the form of computer technology is to create a knowledge-based lobster recognition computer. This computer technology is designed as a computer vision identification of species, sex, and age of Indonesian water lobsters. Lobster identification is built with three levels of structure, namely the introduction of the type of lobster, the introduction of the sex of the lobster, and the introduction of the age of the lobster. The identification of lobster species here uses color recognition and edge detection techniques from lobster body image data that has been stored in a python-based value library file. For gender recognition using edge detection and pattern recognition techniques from image data of the bottom of the lobster such as the image of the legs. Meanwhile, for the introduction of lobster age, the technique of measuring the length of the lobster carapace distance was used. All these objects can be identified by the features provided by OpenCV in Python language

Abstract

The influence of the development of information and communication technology has an impact on the educational aspect. One implementation of the development of information and communication technology (ICT) is web based learning (WBL). In addition, conventional and classical learning methods require teachers to use media that are relevant to the demands of the times so that students are motivated in learning Batak culture. interesting and to learn according to the behavior or characteristics of students. Referring to its dynamic nature, learning content can be updated and does not close the possibility of being developed for subjects in the future. In this study, the research and development model of the dick and carey teaching system design model. The model has the following steps: identifying learning objectives, analyzing teaching, recognizing student behavior and characteristics, formulating information objectives developing benchmark points of reference, selecting and developing teaching materials, designing and conducting formative assessments, revising teaching.

Abstract

Expert system is a system that seeks to adopt human knowledge into computers, so that computers can solve problems like experts do. ENT (ears, nose, and throat) are organs that are closely interconnected. Abnormalities in these organs are diagnosed and treated by a specialist doctor. One of the functions of these organs such as the ear. The ear is an organ for hearing and balance consisting of the outer ear, middle ear and inner ear. The function of the nose, the nose is the olfactory organ and the main way in and out of air, the nose also provides additional sound resonance and is a place for paranasal sinuses and tear ducts. While the function of the throat is a muscular duct where the food goes to the esophagus and where the air travels to the lungs. In this study, an expert system was built to detect and be equipped with a certainty value of the diagnosis. The certainty value is obtained using the Certainty Factor (CF) method.

Abstract

Komputer genggam yang canggih yaitu Android telah digunakan oleh siapa pun diseluruh dunia. Tersedia berbagai jenis apilkasi-aplikasigratis untuk membantu pe-kerjaan dan fitur layanan hiburan seperti tontonan yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna smartphone atau tablet android. Selain itu, aplikasi desain grafis android juga sangat baik dan mampu menghasilkan karya yang berkualitas tinggi layaknya komputer multimedia. Upaya yang dilakukan dengan menyelenggarakan implementasi desain grafis berbasis android untuk promosi produk di medsos sangat penting guna menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat yang memiliki usaha untuk dapat memanfaatkan perangkat android sebagai alat membuat karya promosi produk mereka. Abstract

Considering the dangers that may arise from damage to the hositing crane machine, damage can load which happens to fall so that it can cause damage not only to the load but also to the human soul associated with it. Because this is me who submitted an approved application for software that has been specifically designed to be able to diagnose damage to a hositing crane machine. Through several studies on one of the hoisting crane machinery companies namely PT. Engineer Budi. There is on the construction of an expert system to assist experts in carrying out their routine tasks in analyzing the damage to machines that lift cranes.

Abstract

According to statistics in 2013 there were 535 cases and in 2014 there were 723 cases, and based on the data there was an increase of ± 1.35%. The cause of this crime is caused by many factors, but if the factors that cause this crime are known to be earlier by the parents (community), perhaps parents can educate their children and can reduce the number of juvenile perpetrators of physical criminal offenses. The physical crimes referred to in this study are: Robbery, Public order theft and murder. Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) is a quantitative method that uses a "weighting system". In multifactorial decision making, decision makers are subjectively and intuitively weighing various factors that have an important influence on their alternative choices. For decisions that have a strategic influence, it is advisable to use a quantitative approach such as MFEP. In MFEP, all criteria are first, which are important factors in making consideration given appropriate weighting. The same steps are also taken for the alternatives to be chosen, which can then be evaluated in relation to these consideration factors. The MFEP method determines that the alternative with the highest value is the best solution based on the selected criteria.

Abstract

Contraception is an action to prevent pregnancy. Where currently there are enough tools, methods and types of contraceptives for men or women, implementation can be done in two ways, namely using contraceptive aids or without contraception. The problem that occurs in BKKBN and women's empowerment is the selection of good contraceptives used which still uses a simple computerized system that is using Microsoft Excel applications in the processing process. In solving this problem, the author uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process method to describe the weights that fit the criteria that are appropriate for the selection of family planning tools that are well used in BKKBN and women's empowerment. Analytical Hierarchy Process or often called AHP is a technique for decision making in determining the best choice from several alternatives. AHP is a mathematical model procedure that is well suited for the evaluation of qualitative attributes. These attributes are mathematically quantified in a set of comparisons in pairs. The advantages of the AHP method when compared to other decision-making methods is to have a hierarchical structure as an impact of the criteria taken, to the very detailed and detailed sub criteria

Abstract

Shellfish is a type of seafood consumed by consumers. In selecting the right type of shellfish, it must be adjusted to the wishes of consumers. To get optimal results a system is needed that can help in determining the type of shellfish so that consumers feel satisfied. Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution or TOPSIS is a method with the concept that each alternative is chosen and the best is not only to have the shortest distance of each positive ideal solution, but also to have the longest distance of any existing ideal negative solution . The criteria in this system vary, each tailored to the preferences of consumers or prospective buyers of shellfish provided by the producer. Based on the results of the sample selection shows that the calculation results using the same system with manual calculations. This system is able to provide an election for purchasing shellfish.
