Abstract

Porpoises or freshwater dolphins (Orcaella brevirostris), of Delphinidae family and is a kind of marine mammals. Porpoises are one of oceanic dolphins biota but this group can live in the sea, brackish or fresh water. This species distributed in the shallow waters of tropical and subtropical Indo-Pacific from northern Australia waters, Papua New Guniea, to the Bengal Bay, especially in Brahmaputra and Ganges of India River waters, mekong in Vietnam, Laos and Cambodia, the Mahakam River in East Kalimantan and Ayeyarwady river in Myanmar. This study is aimed to determine the distribution of the dolphins (Orcaella brevirostris) in the waters kubu raya district and waterways Kayong utara districts. This study uses survey / observation method, population observation method using cruising with a ship. The survey results were the discovery of the dolphins numbered 13 tails and are in three different groups. The first group was found in simpang lidah area. Kubu Raya district 9 tails, the second group was found in Paket 3 (Batu Ping). Kayong Utara District 2 tails and a third group in bumbun estuaries. Kubu Raya District 2 tails. Abstract

Corrosion is a chemical phenomenon that occurs in metal materials in a wide variety of environmental conditions. always good corrosion causing losses losses that are directly or indirectly impacted. one way of corrosion prevention is the addition of corrosion inhibitors. Corrosion inhibitor is a substance that is added to the medium to prevent or reduce the rate of corrosion of metals in the environment . In this study , the authors make use of a corrosion inhibitor cocoa peel extract from the rind of the results of maceration with the variation of the cocoa peel extract concentration was 0 ppm , 500 ppm , 1000 ppm , 1500 ppm and 2000 ppm in sea water media using specimens of carbon steel pipe A53,The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of variations in the concentration of cocoa peel extract against corrosion rate and efficiency of inhibitors that occur in the carbon steel pipe A53 and analysis form macroscopic and microscopic corrosion that occurs in the specimen by using a camera and test equipment microscope with 200x magnification. From the results of this study concluded that there are significant variations in the concentration of the tea leaf extract against corrosion rate of carbon steel pipe A53. At 2000 ppm concentration variation, occurred average value of the lowest rate of corrosion inhibitor that is 0,2384 mdd and highest efficiency 83.37 %.

Abstract

Sebagai salah satu jurusan yang berada di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan, Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto, di dalam Program Studi Ilmu Keperawatan terdapat laboratorium kesehatan yang memiliki peralatan terbanyak dan terlengkap di Fakultas Ilmu Kesehatan. Seluruh peralatan tersebutdi kelola oleh Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) yang menyediakan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana peralatan kesehatan. Sarana dan prasarana perkuliahan yang memadai merupakan faktor penting dalam menunjang proses belajar mengajar. Sarana perkuliahan seperti alat praktik dan alat ukur memiliki resiko besar terhadap kerusakan dan kehilangan, sehingga dibutuhkan sebuah sistem peminjaman alat yang baik agar data peminjam dan keberadaan alat dapat diketahui. Dengan kondisi mahasiswa yang setiap tahunnya mengalami peningkatan, penerapan sistem manual sudah tidak efisien dan tidak efektif lagi untuk diterapkan. Karena dengan meningkatnya jumlah mahasiswa maka semakin meningkat pula intensitas kebutuhan peminjaman alat laboratorium.Penggunaan sistem manual dengan pencatatan pada buku memang kurang efektif serta tidak efisien dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian alat yang rutin dilakukan. Maka pada penelitian ini dibutuhkan suatu sistem informasi berbasis komputer yang dapat membantu pengelolaan peralatan laboratorium sehingga pelayanan peminjaman dan pengembalian bisa lebih efektif. Penerapan sistem informasi ini bertujuan agar dapat membantu pelayanan di laboratorium dalam proses peminjaman dan pengembalian peralatan, serta membuat pelaporan rutin harian, bulanan, dantahunan.
