Abstract

The implementation of this research was carried out with the aim of knowing the concept of the application of supervisory by the investigator and the effectiveness of the application of the diversion to the Notary who violated the Notary code of ethics in the Batam city area. This research was carried out by the author using empirical legal research methods because in this study the authors used primary data that the author obtained from the Notary investigator, especially in the Batam City Regional Supervisory Assembly unit through interviews and collecting data relating to cases that occurred in the field then the authors review it using the theory of legal effectiveness that was presented by legal expert Soejono Soekanto on the application of diversions that have been carried out within the Batam City area and the authors also review using secondary data in the form of several literature literature and legal science books relating to the subject matter which the author carefully in this thesis. Based on the results of the research that the author has done, it can be concluded that the application of sanctions by the Supervisory party at the investigation stage is still considered to be not fully effective as reviewed based on the theory of legal effectiveness presented by legal expert Soejono Soekanto

Abstract

Garbage is a part of human life that’s an object/remaining substance that’s no longer useful. Waste should receive attention and serious treatment. However, due to the lack of understanding from the community and the government, insufficient funding and revenue of the majority of community, hence this waste problem has been neglected. Today, most people have already understood the problems that may be caused by the garbage, for instance floods, diseases and smell that can disrupt the daily lives of our community. However, this isn’t accompanied by the action of the people themselves. The purpose of this study is to spread public awareness on how to properly treat waste and how to distinguish types of organic and inorganic waste. This study is also to find out the benefits that can be obtained from waste, build a healthy environment that’s free from pollution, and find a solution to environmental sanitation, specifically rural waste management. This research was conducted at Tanjung Uncang RT 01 RW 15. Research data collection was done based on our observations. The result obtained from the research shows a lack of action from Tanjung Uncang community against waste. From the research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the people of Tanjung Ucang have good knowledge about waste but bad behavior towards garbage management, mostly due to the lack of attention from the local government who are supposed to be able to handle waste problems.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari variabel pengetahuan, reputasi, kualitas informasi, dan risiko yang dirasakan terhadap minat penggunaan P2P lending dengan variabel mediasi persepsi dan kepercayaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode survei penyebaran kuesioner kepada 197 responden dan diuji dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan signifikan positif yang kuat antara variabel kepercayaan terhadap minat untuk menggunakan P2P lending

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing strategy that applied to a mobile shop SME in Batam. The SME had never used digital marketing before, but interested to try after the Covid-19 pandemic affected their sales. The method used in this study involved observation, interview, literature study, and documentation study. The output of the study including: social media account for business on Instagram, Tokopedia account, promotion video, and influencer marketing. This result shows that the uses of social media and influencer marketing actively affected the sales on SME, but the effectiveness of e-commerce marketing was not proven in this study. Thus, we would recommend doing more research on e-commerce marketing effectiveness to increase the sales in related business.

Abstract

The accounting system designed has made for Mugunghwa Batam in order to being able assist Mugunghwa Batam in doing their record by inputing the operational cost transactions. In the past, Mugunghwa Batam has simple accounting system by doing a manual book keeping.Activity on Mugunghwa Batam was implemented from September 2021 to December 2021. The methods used in this system were interviews, observation, design, and implementation. The accounting system is designed by using Microsoft Access. Where the system can display the output of financial reports in the form of balance sheet, income statements, debt reports, account receivable reports, sales reports, purchase reports, and inventory records based on the need of Mugunghwa Batam.The implemented accounting record system can be able to assist business owner in doing their recording of daily transactions so that to prevent inconsistencies or errors that caused by human error and can be identified clear and accurate based on financial reports. The results of financial statements that presented can be able to help business owners of being more selective in making their decisions that are right on target so that the business can develop for the better business. Recommendations for future is to add other features that can help the store and business owners.
