Abstract

The Footsteps of the Purwakarta Religious Court, This research is motivated by the author's concern about the lack of references used in teaching the Religious Courts course in Indonesia. This research is an implementation of one of the models used in the study of the Religious Courts in Indonesia. The model for the study of the Religious Courts in Indonesia is the Socio-Historical Assessment Model. This study focuses on the chronology of the growth and development of the judiciary including the judiciary within a certain period of time or in a certain (local) cultural area. In this case the researcher took the object of his research at the Purwakarta Religious Court. This study aims to determine the elements of changes that occur in the development of the Purwakarta Religious Court and the basis for consideration of changes in the Purwakarta Religious Court. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Based on the results of the research, it shows that the elements of changes that have occurred in the development of the Purwakarta Religious Court are the facilities for the reform of the birography and the number of cases resolved. The basis for considering the changes in the Purwakarta Religious Court is the socio-cultural conditions of the community and the optimization of services to the community.

Abstract

The background of the problem: The working mother / career woman first meets the economic needs of the family, the two wives have a bachelor's degree to develop knowledge, the third can share time. The importance of this research is to know and analyze how the role of women according to their nature, Islamic views of housewives career outside the home and the role of career women in children's education. The research method uses qualitative where the data primary and secondary obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Respondents were female teachers at SDIT Al Bina Purwakarta. The results showed that career women / teachers of SDIT Al Bina can help families in the field of economy / money income. Carry out his nature fitroh properly and correctly. Carry out its functions as a housewife, wife and teacher well, and can raise children at home properly. Can practice science, can pursue a career as a professional teacher and can play a dual role as a mother Wife and Teacher. Keywords: Career woman, Al Bina SDIT teacher

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi dari hasil observasi penulis mengenai banyaknya ibu rumah tangga yang menjadi buruh pabrik untuk memenuhi ekonomi keluarga di desa Bunder, Kecamatan Jatiluhur, Kabupaten Purwakarta. Tentunya peran ganda buruh perempuan ini akan berdampak terhadap kehidupan rumah tangga mereka. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi tentang dampak peran ganda perempuan terhadap kehidupan rumah tangga dan upaya keluarga buruh perempuan untuk mengatasi dampak peran ganda tersebut dengan melakukan pendampingan terhadap beberapa keluarga di desa Bunder Kecamatan Jatiluhur Kabupaten Purwakarta. Hasil dari kegiatan ini diperoleh bahwa peran ganda buruh perempuan dapat menimbulkan dampak positif dan negatif terhadap kehidupan rumah tangga,  di antaranya yaitu : (1) Dampak positif : menambah penghasilan dan terbangun rasa saling pengertian antar anggota keluarga; (2) Dampak negatif : waktu untuk berkumpul dengan keluarga terbatas dan adanya beban kerja ganda yang ditanggung oleh buruh perempuan. Upaya yang dilakukan keluarga buruh perempuan dalam mengatasi dampak dari peran gandanya yaitu : (1) manajemen waktu yang baik dan (2) memberikan motivasi pada diri sendiri dan suami selalu menyemangati isteri.
