Abstract

In the development of an increasingly advanced business world, all companies are required to increase employee productivity considering the role of human resources is very important for the development of the company. The company must be able to build and improve from providing gainsharing and good motivation in PT. Catur Tunggal Bahana Sidoarjo. This study aims to determine the test results of the effect of gainsharing and motivation partially and simultaneously on productivity at PT. Catur Tunggal Bahana Sidoarjo. This study uses a quantitative research method using the SPSS test to measure the results of gain sharing and motivation as independent and productivity as the dependent variable. This study uses multiple regression analysis with 50 respondents with a full sampling technique of the total population. The results showed that the influence of gain sharing and motivation had a partial and simultaneous effect on productivity. So it can be concluded that gain sharing has a more dominant effect on productivity than motivation.

Abstract

Ada Grill is a business engaged in the culinary field. The purpose of this research is to find out the internal and external factors, understand the strategies used and find out the right strategy that Ada Grill can use in the coming 2023 after covid 19. Data obtained from this research through observation and interviews. While the analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal strength factor was at a value of 2.33 and the weakness factor was 0.63. Thus the difference obtained is 1.7. Furthermore, the external factor opportunity is 2.00 and the external factor threat is 1.08 so that the difference obtained from opportunities and threats is 1.33. According to the results of the SWOT matrix 4K is in quadrant I position which means that Ada Grill can take advantage of existing opportunities by using strengths. According to the IE matrix, the results of internal factors are 2.97 and the results of external factors are 3.08, indicating that the position is in cell no.2. The marketing mix strategy used by Ada Grill is considered to be able to increase product sales and make a profit. Alternative strategies suggested to Ada Grill are market penetration, market development, development of goods and services. Ada Grill merupakan usaha yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal, memahami strategi yang digunakan dan mengetahui strategi yang tepat yang dapat digunakan Ada Grill pada tahun 2023 yang akan datang pasca covid 19. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal kekuatannya pada nilai 2,33 dan faktor kelemahan di angka 0,63. Dengan demikian selisih yang diperoleh ialah 1,7. Selanjutnya Peluang faktor eksternal yaitu 2,00 dan ancaman faktor ekternal ancaman di angka 1,08 sehingga selisih yang diperoleh dari peluang dan ancaman adalah 1,33. Menurut hasil matriks SWOT 4K berada pada posisi kuadran I yang artinya Ada Grill dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan menggunakan kekuatan. Menurut matriks IE hasil faktor internal yaitu 2,97 dan hasil faktor ekternal 3,08 menunjukkan bahwa posisinya berada pada sel no.2. Strategi bauran pemasaran yang digunakan Ada Grill dinilai dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dan memperoleh keuntungan. Strategi alternatif yang disarankan kepada Ada Grill adalah penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, pengembangan barang dan jasa.

Abstract

There are indications of predatory pricing carried out by tiktok shop as an e-commerce. The action is practiced through flash sales, live streaming and discounts that continue to be carried out at any time. This study aims to analyse the indications of predatory pricing on tiktok shop and its impact on MSME players in Sidoardo Regency. The method used in this research is qualitative by conducting literature studies and interviews. The results showed that tiktok shop had a negative impact on MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency.

Abstract

In the modern era, there are many digital food delivery services, some of which can deliver almost any type of item, including food and fresh produce. This research aims to further explore whether there is an influence between the free shipping program and dining experience on repurchase intention among Online Food Delivery users. The basis for this objective determination is because Shopee is in line with millennial needs. The method used is a quantitative method by applying purposive sampling based on one's own judgment based on certain criteria or characteristics, it is hoped that it can provide relevant information and answer all research questions. The respondents of this research are Shopeefood service users who have made purchases at Shopeefood services ranging from ages 15 to 23 years. The results of this research are 100 people who used the shopeefood delivery service in this study with the characteristics of age, gender, occupation, order history, type of order. The conclusion from this study was that respondents from gender were 67% women and 33% men. Second, the largest number of vulnerable respondents were aged 21-23 years. Third, most of the respondents were students compared to workers.

Abstract

The culinary industry is one of the assets that is developing nowadays along with changes in lifestyle and consumer preferences. One of the culinary industries that is developing at the moment is geprek Jhon HK which is unique with its geprek chicken. The aim of this research is to determine the level of service quality and comfort that influence customer satisfaction at Geprek John HK. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and the respondents in this research are 45 Jhon HK geprek consumers. The results of this research are that there is a linear relationship between comfort and customer satisfaction, and there are no multicollinearity, autocorrelation or heteroscedasticity problems in the regression model. And the conclusion is that service quality and comfort have a positive influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to assess the influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction at Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong. Data was collected using a survey method from 44 respondents who are loyal customers of Sambal Gami Jet 81. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that Product Quality and Service Quality significantly influence Customer Satisfaction. This research highlights the importance of prioritizing and improving Product Quality and Service Quality to maintain and increase customer satisfaction in food businesses such as Sambal Gami Jet 81 Porong.
