Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of work life (quality of work life) and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique on saturated sampling, so that the total population and sample are combined into one as many as 70 people. The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) the quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.456 > 1.995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), (2) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the value of tcount > ttable (7.272 > 1,995) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) and (3) the quality of work life and organizational culture together have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction, as evidenced by the result of Fcount > Ftable (45,093 > 3.16) with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05) quality of work life ) and organizational culture by influencing employee job satisfaction 57.4% while the remaining 43.6% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research model. With multiple regression equation value Y=3.060 + 0.406 X1 + 0.475 X2 + e.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze how much influence the knowledge of internet technology, company quality and website quality on customer trust, the effect of product quality and customer trust on risk perceptions and their impact on repurchase interests in online shopping customers in Tangerang City. The research sample is 98 online shopping customers in Tangerang City. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data collection distributed questionnaires via email. The method used in this study is the verification method to determine the influence of knowledge of company quality internet technology and website quality on customer trust, the influence of product quality and customer trust on perceived risk and its impact on repurchasing interests in online shopping customers in Tangerang City. The test statistics used are designing structural models, designing measurement models, building flowcharts, testing the appropriate models. Suitability test of structural models and hypotheses using SmartPLS 3.0 software.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Delegative Leadership Style and Work Discipline on employee performance at PT. Clipan Finance Indonesia, Tangerang New-Car Alam Sutera Branch. The approach and type of research with associative quantitative data, obtained a number of samples of 60 respondents from 60 populations using non probability sampling techniques, namely saturated samples. Statistical tests were carried out which included simple regression test, multiple regression test, simple correlation test, multiple correlation test, and determination of determination coefficient. And hypothesis testing is also done which includes partial test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results showed that the influence of the Delegative Leadership Style and Work Discipline on employee performance, with a contribution of determination (R²) of 0.500 or 50%. And the remaining 50% is explained by other variables outside the concept and the resulting regression equation is Y = 6.704 + 0.419 X ₁ + 0.403 X ₂ . Based on the regression equation above, it can be explained that the constant value (bₒ) of 6.704 states that the value of the employee's performance level will still be 6.704 even though the independent variable is not there (0). Value (b ₁ ) of 0.419, this indicates a positive and significant influence of the variable delegative leadership style on employee performance of 0.419. This shows if delegative leadership style 1, then employee performance will increase by 0.419. Value (b ₂ ) of 0.403, this indicates a positive and significant effect of work discipline variables on employee performance 0.403. This shows that if the employee's performance is 1, it will increase by 0.403.Keywords: Delegative Leadership Style, Work Discipline, and Employee Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan determinasi diri terhadap keterikatan kerja karawan pada PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 66 karyawan, dengan objek penelitian di PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dari observasi, interview dan penyebaran kuesioner. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Deskriptif, Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Regresi Linier Berganda, Analisis Korelasi Berganda, Koefisien Determinasi, Uji t dan Uji F. Secara simultan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja (X1) dan determinasi diri (X2) terhadap keterikatan kerja karyawan (Y) di PT. Torabika Eka Semesta Tangerang. Dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,8, % dan sisanya 36,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Health services in the hospital today can be done independently or through BPJS financing in the form of outpatient service activities, inpatient services and emergency care services that include medical services and medical support. The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the influence of reputation and confidence in the satisfaction and loyalty of BPJS patients at Annisa Hospital in Tangerang City. The research plan used is Explanatory Research which describes the causal relationship between research variables through the hypothesis testing the data collection techniques used are observation methods, interviews and questionnaires. Related to reputation, relational quality, customer satisfaction trust and customer loyalty. Where the sample used is an outpatient as many as 100 respondents with a questionnaire containing 48 question items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The results showed that there was a strong relationship between trust in patient satisfaction compared to reputation, where both independent variables, reputation and trust had a positive and significant influence on Patient satisfaction and loyalty.Keywords: Reputation, trust, satisfaction, loyalty, BPJS patients

The research sample was 98 students at the Muhammadiyah University of Tangerang. The sampling technique used convenience sampling. Data collection by distributing questionnaires.
