Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how early childhood curriculum management in Primagama Creative PG Kindergarten in terms of aspects: curriculum planning, curriculum organizing, curriculum implementation at school and class level, and curriculum evaluation. Knowing the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for implementing Full-Day School curriculum. Knowing about the level of customer satisfaction and also the results achieved by graduates of the applied curriculum. This research uses qualitative descriptive research type, with research subjects are teachers, principals, expert staff, and Walagisiwa students of Primagama Creative Kindergarten KB in the academic year 2017/2018. data collection methods using the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity is done by using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques used in this study were data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and testing. The results showed that: 1) curriculum planning was carried out by an academic creative team led by the HR manager. The academic creative team consists of teachers representing each level in each branch. The curriculum is designed based on the development of the curriculum set by the government, namely the 2013 curriculum. 2) Organizing the curriculum is carried out by the HRD manager by selecting HR as seen from the competencies and abilities of each individual. 3) curriculum implementation is done well. The teacher is very creative in implementing the curriculum. Teachers cooperate with each other in implementing the school level curriculum and class level. The implementation is on schedule and in accordance with the curriculum. 4) curriculum evaluation has been done well. From the results of the evaluation conducted, there is still a need for revision or improvement of the curriculum that is being carried out because it is still in the curriculum phase of the 2013 curriculum. It is not necessary to replace the curriculum at this time. 5) the inhibiting factor in the implementation of the curriculum is the difficulty in presenting media from natural materials when learning. The characteristics of the developing child make it difficult for the teacher to condition the class and deliver the material. Factors supporting the implementation of the curriculum in the form of sufficient funds, complete facilities and infrastructure, and good human resource capabilities. 6) the level of customer satisfaction in the 2017/2018 school year has been achieved with the implementation of curriculum management in Primagama Creative Kindergarten KB schools.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This research is a research on school development design based on 8 National Education Standards. The problems examined in this study are about the gaps in SD N 6 Danger and what programs will be carried out after the school development design is carried out. The purpose of this research is that schools can design or plan school development based on 8 SNPs. In addition, the goal to be achieved is for schools to determine programs to develop schools. The method used is descriptive qualitative research with the research subject is SD N 6 Danger. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The result of the research is that there are gaps in schools including the standard of facilities and infrastructure, and also from the standard of financing. The programs to be implemented are training programs for teachers, making printed books and educational aids (APE), and making requests for assistance from the central government.

Abstract

This research discusses anxiety and ego defense mechanisms . The author discusses this novel because first, this novel is very interesting and challenging to read because of the complexity of the relationships between the characters and the anxiety that is so great and the story is so interesting by the author that the writer feels challenged to analyze it. Second, get evidence about anxiety and ego mechanisms performed by the characters. Third, the authors relate the events in the Novel Dada with the phenomena that exist in real life.The objectives of this research are; 1) to describe the forms of anxiety experienced by the characters, 2) to describe the ego defense mechanisms that were carried out by the characters to reduce anxiety. 3) linking the phenomenon of the condition of society to one of the worries experienced by the character. The subject of this research is the novel Dadaisme by Dewi Sartika published by the publisher Mahatari Yogyakarta. The object of this research includes the forms of anxiety, the factors behind the anxiety and ego defense mechanisms to reduce anxiety in the novel Dadaisme by Dewi Sartika. The data collection methods used the description method, the literature review method, and the reading notes method. The research instrument used a data card. The method of data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of the research that have been done are (1) the forms of anxiety faced by the characters are neurotic anxiety , morality anxiety , and realistic anxiety , (2) the factors that cause anxiety are factors that originate from the characters themselves and from outside. the character's self, which occurs as a result of past and present trauma, (3) the ego defense mechanisms used by the characters to reduce the anxiety they face include repression, regression, fixation, projection ( paranoia ), displacement , and sublimization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the response of students to the academic administration services to the students of class 9 in junior LAB Hamzanwadi Pancor , and aspects of what has the most excellent response and aspects that need to be improved from the manager. The method of research this is a study case with qualitative research in Intitiu Global Nusantara Education (IPNG) . The data source used was 9th grade students , Administration, and document sources in the form of Academic Guidelines for Junior High School LAB 2019 . Data obtained from interviews with source triangulation techniques and triangulation methods. Analysis of the data is done with meaning through the following phases: the data collection , the data reduction, data display , and data verification. Research findings on aspects of academic administration services in SMP LAB Hamzanwadi Pancor in general, students stated quite well. In the aspect of learning by teachers in the classroom are generally well categorized. Expectations on administrative and academic services indicate that there are still many aspects that need to be improved and need to get clear supervision and continuous controlled maintenance. The aspects that have the best response are the aspects of personality, communication, mastery of learning material , learning plans and learning strategies. While aspects that still need to be improved are the problem of wify ( hotspot ) and the availability of learning facilities in the classroom and in the Library.

Abstract

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi penerapan kegiatan keagamaan siswa MI NW No.4 Pancor dengan metode context, input, process, dan product (CIPP). Tujuan yang kedua adalah untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat dan pendukung dalam kegiatan keagamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Keabsahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan triangulasi data. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan serta pengujian kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) context menunjukan adanya landasan hukum, pengaruh lingkungan sekolah dan masyarakat, dan pentingnya pengenalan nilai keagamaan sehingga penerapan kegiatan keagamaan perlu dilaksanakan di sekolah MI NW No.4 Pancor. 2) input dari penerapan kegiatan keagamaan  adalah kurikulum, SDM, dana, sarpras, organisasi, dan administrasi. 3} process penerapan kegiatan keagamaan dalam KBM, penilaian, adanya kegiatan insidental dan kegiatan terstruktur. 4) product dari penerapan kegiatan keagamaan ini adalah hasil lulusan yang beriman, bertaqwa, dan berakhlakul karimah. 5) faktor penghambat dari penerapan kegiatan keagamaan adalah kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya buku penunjang, dan keterbatasan dana. 6) faktor pendukung dari segi internal dalam proses penerapan kegiatan keagamaan adalah, SDM yang berkompeten dalam melakukan pembimbingan dan melaksanakan kegiatan keagamaan, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana yang mendukung kegiatan keagamaan. Faktor yang mendukung dari segi eksternal adalah keterlibatan stakeholder yang membantu proses penerapan kegiatan keagamaan.

Abstract

The current pandemic that is engulfing the world has had a profound impact on institutions in the world. education. So that the learning process during the pandemic is carried out with a bold system. Courage-based learning is also carried out by schools in elementary schools in the Sekarteja village, East Lombok. So this research was conducted in the Sekarteja sub-district which has three schools, namely SD N I, 2, and 3 Sekarteja. The author conducted this study in order to correlate IT skills with learning outcomes, by comparing the values ​​obtained before bold learning and after daring learning in the same subject. The data was obtained by providing an online questionnaire which was distributed through the walisiswa Whatsapp group. Questionnaire value data obtained through the SPSS application. The author processes the data with the analysis of Descriptive Statistics Frequencies in processing the data that has been processed so that it becomes the average value of the subjects related to the value components: questionnaire scores, B. Indonesian subjects scores, Subject scores, Natural Sciences, subjects scores, Mathematics, Social Studies subjects scores, and mean scores before bold learning on similar subjects. Bivariate correlation analysis was used to compare the average value on the map concerned in the face-to-face learning and learning process with the aim of classifying the results of data processing into criteria to become information and evaluation. The criteria made by the author are: very less 0-25, less 26-50, enough 51-75, good 76-100. This research is carried out so that schools can find out the correlation of courageous learning with student learning outcomes, so that schools can make improvements to the bold learning system.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) the researcher wants to analyze data about classroom management strategies in Indonesian subjects at MTs Jamiyatul Islamiyah, East Lombok. 2) describe the inhibiting factors and supporting factors for classroom management strategies, and 3) improving aspects of language skills. Then the researcher will carry out the applied research process which aims to draw policies. The research approach used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The object of this research is the Indonesian language teacher and the eighth grade students (8) totaling 26 students. Data collection techniques in qualitative research are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing and testing conclusions. The results of this study are 1) classroom management has not been done well. Some teaching tools are incomplete and not available. 2) study groups are proven to work well and improve students' language skills. 3) there are several factors that inhibit and support the process of implementing the learning process using the study group method, including students feel unfamiliar with this method because it is the first time it has been done. Because of this, students are confused with concepts and the learning process. One of the supporting factors is the teacher who is interested and enthusiastic in practicing this method. 4) In the form of applied research conducted, the researcher suggests several things that schools need to do in order to improve school readiness for students. Some things that need to be done include planning for the procurement of equipment that is not yet available. In addition to the procurement of equipment, there needs to be training carried out by teachers in the learning process. Teachers need to have creative models and teaching methods. Schools also need to provide interesting supporting books to increase students' reading interest.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Imtaq education in MTs Negeri I East Lombok in terms of context, input, process, and product. The second objective is to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing Imtaq education. This research is a qualitative descriptive study using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) method through a qualitative approach. Data validity is done by using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and tests. The results showed that: 1) context showed a legal foundation, stakeholder influence, and a high level of juvenile delinquency so that the implementation of Imtaq needed to be implemented in MTs Negeri I East Lombok schools. 2) inputs from the implementation of Imtaq are curriculum, human resources, funding, study facilities, organization, and administration. 3} Imtaq implementation process is carried out in the KBM, assessment, incidental activities and structured activities. 4) the product of the implementation of Imtaq is the result of graduates having faith, piety, and morality. 5) the inhibiting factor of the implementation of Imtaq is the poor motivation of students, the lack of supporting books for Imtaq activities. 6) internal supporting factors in the Imtaq implementation process are, the availability of funds, competent human resources in guiding and implementing Imtaq activities, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure that supports Imtaq activities. The external supporting factor is the involvement of stakeholders who help the implementation process of Imtaq education.
