Abstract

Pendidikan berkualitas melalui peningkatan kompetensi guru secara terus menerus penting dilakukan, agar guru mampu menerapkan pembelajaran secara tepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik.Hasil supervisi di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 02 Ampalu Kecamatan Lareh Sago Halaban  dari delapan orang guru, lima diantaranya masih kurang mampu dalam merancang rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang menciptakan pembelajaran PAIKEM sehingga mengakibatkan  pelaksanaan pembelajaran tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan dan berujung rendahnya hasil belajar peserta didik. Untuk itu dilakukan penelitian tindakan sekolah penerapan pembelajaran lesson study melalui workshop, dengan tujuan meningkatnya kemampuan guru dalam menerapkan pembelajaran pada SD. Motode penelitian tindakan dengan dua  siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari dua  kali pertemuan. Alat pengumpul datanya adalah lembaran observasikegiatan workshop.  Hasil penelitian pada siklus I diperoleh rata-rata kemampuan guru mengikuti workshop 66,6%  mampu merancang RPP62,5%, penerapan pembelajaran 72,36% dan mampu merefleksi pelaksanaan pembelajaran 65%. Pada siklus II  kemampuan guru mengikuti workshop75%,  mampu merancang RPP 78,5%, penerapan pembelajaran82,23%, dan  guru  mampu merefleksi pelaksanaan pembelajaran 77,5%.  Data pada silkus II menunjukkan bahwa indikator keberhasilan yang dirumuskan sebesar 75% telah tercapai bahkan terlampaui. Hal ini memberi arti bahwa penerapan pembelajaran lesson study melaluiworkshopdapat meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran.  Kata kunci: peningkatan kompetensi guru, lesson study, workshop

Abstract

The role of the Local Government in improving the people's economy is still very important and is the responsibility of the government in prospering the community. Provincial Government Funding to Villages (BKP2DK) in Jambi Province, is one of the sources of funds that contribute to the implementation of development in the village with the aim of improving the welfare of the community and reducing the number of poor ducking in the village / Kelurahaan. This research aims to see how the implementation of Jambi Provincial Government Funding to Villages in Jambi Province. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method with sampling using purposife sampling method against village devices and rural communities in Jambi Province. While the analytical method used descriptive analysis by describing the conditions of the studied variables, and statistical analysis using gaps tests. The findings of this study show that the implementation of Provincial Government Funding in the field of infrastructure is more widely used for the development of BUMDES, while the field of institutional strengthening is more allocated to syara/guru ngaji officers. In this study it was also found that there is still a lack of coaching and supervision roles carried out by the Provincial and Regency/City Evaluation Teams so that there are some uses of financial assistance that have not been in accordance with the instructions that have been established. However, jambi province's funding was able to improve the welfare of the villagers judging by the dwindling number of poor people and the number of poor families, as well as the increasing number of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) and Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises (MSMEs) in the village that sampled the research.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence between variables (1) Systemreward with teachers performance inSMP Kampar Timur of Kampar Regency, (2) Achievementmotivation with teachers performance inSMP Kampar Timur of Kampar Regency, (3) Rewardsystem and Achievement motivation together with teachers performance inSMP Kampar Timurof Kampar Regency. This researchcarried outby spreadingthe instruments by using questionnairefor78 teachers inSMP Kampar Timur of Kampar Regency by using proportionate randomsampling technique. The instrument used to collect the data of all variables using thequestionnaire. Validity was tested using Pearson product moment formula. Instrument reliabilitycoefficient was calculated using Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed a positiverelationship between: (1) System reward toward performance of teachers with a correlationcoefficient rx1.y = 0.27 and the regression equation v = 90,126 + 0,257X1. (2) There is apositive influence between achievement motivation toward teachers performance withcorrelation coefficients rx2.y = 0.23 and the regression equation v = 98,147 + 0,180X2. (3)There is a positive influence between reward systems and achievement motivation towardteachers performance with rx1x2 y. multiple correlation coefficient = 0.28 and the regressionequation v = 89,351+ 0,221X1 + 0,042X2. The results of this study are expected to be useful forthe improvement and enhancement of teachers performance inSMP Kampar Timur of KamparRegency by increasing reward systems and achievement motivation as a teacher.
