Abstract

Sport for all (SFA) merupakan salah satu topik yang kurang populer di Indonesia. Istilah ini merujuk pada aktivitas fisik atau olahraga yang bersifat inklusif dan rekreasional; siapa pun bisa berolahraga di mana pun dan kapan pun, tidak peduli latar belakang sosial, ekonomi, dan pendidikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan berjenis kualitatif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan peran sekolah dalam meningkatkan kesadaran tentang SFA. Dalam studi ini, peneliti mengambil sumber berupa artikel ilmiah, buku, situs daring, dan media massa untuk memperoleh data dan merumuskan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SFA memiliki manfaat besar apabila bisa dilakukan secara konsisten dan dilembagakan, setidaknya mulai ditanamkan di sekolah. Sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menyosialisasikannya. Ada tiga langkah yang harus dilakukan, yakni 1)  sekolah harus bisa mengakomodasi SFA dalam kurikulum atau rancangan ajar, 2) guru harus suportif, dan 3) sekolah harus menjalin komunikasi yang baik dengan wali murid.

Abstract

Volleyball learning materials are transitioning from face-to-face learning to online learning. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of online learning of volleyball material at MAN 1 Tegal and to find out how much effectiveness online learning had on cognitive learning outcomes. The type of data used is mixed methods research. The sample used is class X students at MAN 1 Tegal. At the quantitative stage of data collection using recap documentation, data analysis using the mean value. At the qualitative stage of data collection using interviews, data analysis using data reduction. Recapitulation of cognitive aspects of volleyball material obtained results of 100% of all respondents passing volleyball material with an average value of 73.31. The conclusion of this study is that the implementation of online learning for class X volleyball in MAN uses the emergency curriculum 13, there are many obstacles that hinder online learning, recap of the cognitive scores of 100% of all respondents passing the volleyball material with an average value of 73.31. Based on the results of this study, it can be seen that all deficiencies in the learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic are expected to be corrected, so that learning media can be found that are suitable for use in physical education learning.

Abstract

Hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan guru mata pelajaran PJOK di kelas X MIPA-4 SMA Negeri 14 Semarang, menunjukan bahwa secara umum siswa memiliki kemampuan menengah ke bawah dalam ketrampilan gerak  dasar operan bola basket. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan adanya hasil pembelajaran siswa yang belum memenuhi KKM yang telah ditetapkan. Berdasar permasalahan tersebut tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas model pembelajaran jigsaw dalam meningkatkan hasil  belajar gerak  dasar operan bola basketpada siswa kelas X MIPA-4 SMA Negeri 14 Semarang Tahun Pelajaran 2018.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yaitu siklus pembelajaran 1 dan siklus pembelajaran 2, dengan prosentase indikator pencapaian keberhasilan untuk siklus 1 dan 2 adalah nilai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) ≥70, dan 75 % dari jumlah siswa yang telah mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Analisis hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif presentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pada pembelajaran siklus 1 jumlah siswa yang pada awal pembelajaran53,% telah memenuhi KKM meningkat menjadi  64 % ,dan  pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus 2 jumlah siswa yang sudah mencapai nilai KKM meningkat menjadi 100 %, sehingga siswa dinyatakan  telah memenuhi nilai KKM. Berdasar hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Jigsaw dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam belajar gerak  dasar operan bola basket. Disarankan guru pendidikan jasmani olahraga dan kesehatan dapat menggunakan model pembelajaran Jigsaw untuk pembelajaran materi yang lain. Kata-kata kunci: hasil belajar, operan bola basket,  model pembelajaran  jigsaw.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas; mengkaji kelayakan model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas; mengkaji efektivitas model aktivitas fisik untuk meningkatkan kebugaran jasmani pada siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development). Model pengembangan yang digunakan yaitu ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Uji efektvitas dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Balapulang dengan sampel berjumlah 20 peserta didik yang diambil secara random sampling. Instrumen untuk menguji efektivitas dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tes kesegaran jasmani dari pusat kesegaran jasmani dan rekreasi tahun 2010 untuk anak umur 16-19 tahun. Uji efektifitas menggunakan pre-test dan posttest. Sebelumnya dilakukan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Teknik pengumpulan data pengembangan produk saat validasi ahli menggunakan teknik Delphi. Teknik pengumpulan data uji coba di lapangan (skala kecil dan skala besar) menggunakan angket. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Model pengembangan menggunakan metode ADDIE, yang meliputi lima langkah yaitu tahap analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi, uji efektivitas produk; Model aktivitas fisik selama pandemi bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas layak digunakan sebagai panduan aktivitas fisik yang tepat selama pandemi. Penilaian ahli materi rata-rata yaitu sebesar 88,33%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Penilaian ahli media rata-rata sebesar 90,63%, masuk dalam kategori sangat baik; Uji efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa kebugaran jasmani meningkat setelah menggunakan model aktivitas fisik dengan p < 0,05. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa model aktivitas fisik selama pandemi bagi peserta didik Sekolah Menengah Atas efektif terhadap kebugaran jasmani peserta didik. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using a buoy on the results of the 50-meter breaststroke swimming exercise, to determine the difference in the effect of high, medium and low leg length on the results of the 50-meter breaststroke swimming exercise for beginners KU IV Club Spectrum Semarang. This research method is experimental with a 3x3 design sample of 29 novice athletes for the pretest. The highest and lowest results were omitted, so a sample of 27 KU IV novice athletes was taken by purposive sampling. The instrument for the test is to provide exercise treatment using a pull buoy, fishing net and board. Associated with the length of the category of leg length are high, medium and low. The results showed (1) There was a significant difference in the effect of the results for students who used a pull buoy, fishing net, or board in the 50-meter breaststroke swimming exercise (2) There was a significant difference in results for students with high, medium, and long leg lengths. low in the 50-meter breaststroke. (3) There is no interaction between the legs' length and the buoy type in determining the results of the 50-meter breaststroke swimming exercise. Conclusion: The fishing net buoy results are more significant than using the board buoy and pull buoy; it can be seen that the average result is 56.67 seconds, compared to the pull buoy 72.33 seconds and the board buoy 72.33 seconds. Leg length in the high category has more significant results than in the medium and low leg length category; there is no interaction between leg length and the type of buoy in the 50-meter breaststroke swimming speed results..

Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Producing interactive learning media for volleyball games based on the adobe flash professional application to improve student learning outcomes, 2) Knowing and analyzing the level of effectiveness of using interactive learning media adobe flash professional application-based volleyball games to improve student learning outcomes 3) Producing a product that can be helpful to accepted by teachers and students as a means of facilitating the learning process volleyball game. This research uses research and development (R and D) methods with experimental design (before-after). The population in this study was junior high schools at SMPN 1 Tegal, SMPN 5 Tegal, SMPN 6 Tegal, SMPN 7 Tegal, SMPN 8 Tegal, SMPN 14 Tegal, SMPN 15 Tegal, SMPN 17 Tegal, SMPN 18 Tegal and SMPN 19 Tegal. The sampling technique used a saturated sampling of 58 students. The results of this study: 1) Volleyball interactive learning media products based on the adobe flash professional application, which is an application that can be accessed via smartphones and computers. 2) Volleyball interactive learning media products based on the adobe flash professional application are effectively used in learning volleyball forms volleyball theory and practice i. Then the product v itas effect test research showed that volleyball learning media based on adobe flash professional applications have "Excellent" quality with an average percentage of 81.8% in the volleyball learning process. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that an adobe flash professional-based interactive learning media product has been produced, and the results of the product assessment show that teachers and students have a high interest because they have a good level of product effectiveness .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contribution of anthropometry and physical condition to the spike ability of the Semarang City Praporprov Volleyball Team in 2022. The research method used is the quantitative method with a descriptive approach. This research uses survey methods and techniques, namely test and measurement techniques. A study sample of 28 athletes. The instruments studied are components of anthropometry (height, weight, arm length, leg length and sitting height) and physical condition components (strength, speed, flexibility, explosiveness, and agility) to spike ability. Research shows that 1) there is a distribution between anthropometry and spikes that is normal, and 2) there is an influence of distribution between physical conditions and regular spikes. 3) there is a positive relationship between anthropometry and spike ability with a strong relationship category 4) there is a positive relationship between physical condition and spike ability with the category of relationships that the relationship is moderate. 5) there is a contribution of influence made by anthropometry and physical condition on the spike ability of the Praporprov volleyball team in Semarang City in 2022. Conclusion There is a relationship between anthropometry and the spike ability of the Semarang City Praporprov volleyball team in 2022. There is an anthropometric contribution to the spike ability of the Semarang City Praporprov volleyball team in 2022. The physical condition contributes to the spike ability of the Praporprov Semarang City volleyball team in 2022. There is a contribution of influence made by anthropometry and physical condition on the spike ability of the Praporprov volleyball team in Semarang City in 2022.

Abstract

The objectives of this study: (1) Evaluating the context of the coaching program, including background, AD/ART, Vision-Mission, and objectives of the coaching program; (2) Evaluating the input of the coaching program, including human resources, facilities, and infrastructure and funding sources, (3) Evaluating the program process, including the Coach Admission System, the Athlete Admission System, the Use of Facilities and Infrastructure, coordination and consumption; (4) Evaluate the product of achievement and welfare coaching programs. This research uses a context, input, process, and product evaluation model that produces comprehensive final information on the futsal coaching program. The source of this research is the administrators, coaches, and futsal athletes of AFKOT. Data collection techniques with observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and data triangulation. The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively with the following scarcity: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion. The results of this study show that; (1) The context of the background futsal coaching program, AD / ART, Vision and Mission, and objectives of the futsal coaching program is suitable for AFKOT; (2) The input of the AFKOT program has good human resources, the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure is excellent, and the source of funds that still has limitations: (3) The process of implementing the training program is the right of the coach, but there is input from the management because the management is also involved in recruitment. Transportation and coordination have been very well carried out in AFKOT. (4) The product of the futsal coaching program is for futsal achievements in Palu City to be good but to defend the champion is still not stable in 2019-2022. The conclusion of this study is whether the context, input, and process are good. At the same time, in the Palu City futsal product, the achievements have been exemplary because Palu City often participates in Indonesian futsal championships, but defending the champion is still unstable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the difference in the effect of hanging ball training methods and self-throwing ball training methods, above-average arm length and below-average arm length, and whether there is an interaction between training methods and arm length on the ability of spike back attacks in junior volleyball athletes. This study used an experimental method with a 2x2 factorial design. The population in this study was 25 junior athletes of Bina Taruna Semarang volleyball club. The sample of this study was 20 athletes taken by purposive sampling technique. The instruments in this study used an anthropometer and a Robert E Laveaga spike test. Data analysis in this study used the ANOVA test (two-way) followed by the Tukey test with a significant level of α = 0.05. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is a difference in the effect between the training method (hanging ball and self-throwing ball) on the ability of spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 9.308 with a significance of 0.008. (2) There is a difference in arm length (above average and below average) on the ability to spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 6.231 with a significance of 0.024. (3) There is an interaction between the training method (hanging ball and self-throwing ball) and arm length (above average and below average) on the ability of spike back attack, as evidenced by the calculated F value of 6.231 with a significance of 0.024.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the training program for beginner swimmers is still ineffective and the personality and abilities of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong are still unknown. The aim of this research was to determine the interaction of breaststroke and freestyle swimming training on the swimming ability, speed, personality and style mastery of beginner swimmers in Rejang Lebong. This type of research used by quasi-experiment, the sample population is 40 people, the sampling technique in this research used by purposive sampling, namely with certain considerations, the data collection technique used by observation, a swimming ability test, namely a speed of 25 meters, filling out a questionnaire, and documentation. The data analysis technique used by normality, percentage and homogeneity tests with normality results of 0.200 > 0.05 with a normal distribution, a percentage of 87.50% with a very good category, and homogeneity test results of 0.000 < 0.05, namely there is a significant difference between results of swimming 25 meters breaststroke and swimming 25 meters freestyle in pretest and posttest. The conclusion of this research is that there is an interaction between the training methods of the breaststroke group and the freestyle group on the swimmer's personality and ability.
