Abstract

This study aims to analyze how children's learning achievement in online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach.  The data collection techniques in this study used deep interview techniques and documentation which was based on valid data.  The result of the study was that the Covid-19 pandemic had a major impact on children's learning achievement.  In learning in online learning students experience more difficulties in learning.  The learning achievement of children is difficult to monitor directly by the teacher.  The application of effective and efficient learning methods in online learning will affect good learning achievement.  There are other factors, namely external factors, namely the family which greatly influences children's learning achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Marketing Strategy in Sales of Crackers (Kuritos) Products in Linau Village, Kaur Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data and Sources of Data, Primary Data includes data obtained directly by researchers without any intermediary, data obtained through interviews and direct observations to owners and employees of the Cracker Industry (Kuritos). The secondary data used are written sources such as the problem under study, namely the marketing strategy in selling Kuritos crackers. Collecting data using observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis consists of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions. Based on the research results obtained, namely (1) in terms of product marketing strategies are carried out by improving product quality, making innovations such as a more attractive packaging appearance. (2) In terms of price, the marketing strategy is to provide discounted prices and observe market conditions. (3) In terms of promotion of marketing strategies carried out through word of mouth and publications delivered through mass media such as (Whatsapp, Facebook, Instagram) (4) In terms of distribution channels, which are carried out by utilizing more strategic locations, such as placing souvenirs in the center and tourist attractions and also collaborate with distributors.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are: 1) to determine the calculation of the cost of production based on orders for clothing production at Raffi's shop (2) to determine the selling price of clothing production at the Ampera Manna Market, South Bengkul. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques are analytical techniques whose measurements use numerical calculations to see the cost of production produced using the full costing formula or method. Based on the results of this study, it can be said that: The production of making clothes at Raffi's shop uses the stages in setting the selling price by adding up the production costs or dividing by the number of products. In this study, the authors set the selling price by calculating the entire cost of production using the full costing and variable costing methods which the authors hope can help the production of clothing at Raffi's shop get a good profit, from the results of the pricing, the price setting for clothes with semi-wool raw materials is obtained. amounting to RP 2,431,000 while according to the variable costing method of Rp 2,403,000. This difference is caused because the variable costing method does not calculate in detail the fixed factory overhead costs. While the method of calculating the overall cost of the price as an input in setting the selling price wants to get a good profit and can cover all production costs to be able to maintain its business continuity. The price setter using full costing can determine the desired selling price for the suit product. the shop Raffi took the expected profit of 20%.

Abstract

Akilah 2R Bengkulu store is one part of the UMKM. Which is a trading business managed by an independent business entity or individual. Akilah 2R Bengkulu shop is a shop that sells various kinds of Bengkulu city specialties, one of which is Chocolate Leaf Moringa. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on the purchasing decision of Moringa Leaf Chocolate at Akilah 2R Bengkulu Store. The results of the study stated that the quality of the Moringa Leaf Chocolate product as many as 35 respondents who answered the questionnaire very well, none of which was where the criteria were located at (81-100%) if the percentage was 0%, those who answered the questionnaire were good, namely 30 people were located in the criteria (61-100%). 80%) if the percentage is 0.86%, those who answer the questionnaire are quite good, namely as many as 5 people are located in the criteria (41-60%) if it is presented, it is 0.14%, and those who answer the questionnaire are not good, there is no where the criteria lies in (20 -40%) if the percentage is 0%. Meanwhile, for purchasing decisions, it is known that the purchasing decision of Moringa Leaf Chocolate at Akilah 2R Bengkulu Store as many as 35 respondents who answered the questionnaire did not exist in the criteria (81-100%) if it was presented at 0%, those who answered the questionnaire were satisfied that as many as 33 people were in the criteria. (61-80%) if the percentage is 0.94%, those who answer are quite satisfied, namely as many as 2 people are located at (41-60%) if the percentage is 0.06%, and those who answer are not satisfied there is no where the criteria lies in ( 20-40%) if the percentage is 0%. There is an influence on the quality of the Moringa Leaf Chocolate product on purchasing decisions at Akilah 2R Bengkulu Store. This is obtained from F arithmetic > F table (30.04 > 4.20) and the level of influence is 92.7%.

Abstract

This study aims 1). to find out the factors that affect the difficulty of learning Social Science subjects Economics class X SMAN 01 Bengkulu city.2). to find out how much these factors affect student learning difficulties. The tool used is descriptive analysis to manage the factors, the results of the study found that the factors that influence student learning difficulties. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of this study, it was found that the factors causing learning difficulties in Economics subjects were caused by the school environment and family environment, namely the school environment, the factor of inadequate educational facilities in schools, the way in which the subject matter was delivered by the teacher and the most dominant factor that became the learning difficulties of SMAN 01 Bengkulu city students is a way of delivering lesson material by the teacher.

Abstract

Sudah menjadi rahasia umum bahwa pendidik pada lembaga pendidikan formal mulai jenjang sekolah dasar hingga perguruan tinggi pada umumnya sering ditemukan lebih suka menggunakan metode Cermah dalam pembelajaran di kelas karena metode ini sangat simple dan lebih praktis serta mudah diterapkan meski disadari bahwa metode ini sering kurang effektifi dan tidak memuaskan dalam pencapaian tujuan belajar mengajar. Untuk itu sebagai solusi penulis menawarkan salah satu pendekatan mengajar yang telah terbukti sangat effektif yaitu Metode Pendekatan Pembelajaran Peta Konsep yang merupakan cara dinamik untuk memahami butir-butir pokok informasi secara komprehensif sehingga membantu daya serap siswa dalam bentuk proposisi-proposisi melalui proses belajar alamiah dan berpikir. Metode Peta konsep diharapkan dapat membantu guru melakukan pembelajaran yang relatif mudah dipahami oleh siswa, dan menumbuhkan motivasi belajar siswa. Islamic values as universal truth of teachings and moral ethics are absolutely essential good deeds to be applied in daily life including in running an entrepreneurial business venture so that the multi-benefits of the success of business ventures and various positive impacts of business that benefit evenly for all parties can be achieved satisfactorily For ths reason enterpreunership education which contains islamic religion teaching and ethilues are considered very important and needs to be increased its quality so that the percentage of reliable entrepreneurs number in Indonesia who are still very few can be increased so that the prosperity of Indonesian people's lives can be realized evenly There are so lot of companies found that produce wares product or services both large and small are forced to close due to neglect ethical aspects in running their entrepreneurial business so that the number of workers who have to be laid off has made unemployment increasingly then number of criminal cases increases sharply as a result which could ultimately exacerbate the national security in our country Indonesia The purpose of writing this paper are to explain for answering the following questions 1) What is entrepreneurial ethics? 2) What are the principles of entrepreneurial ethics? 3) What are the factors that influence entrepreneurial ethics? 4) What are the goals and of applying Islamic religion teaching and ethics in entrepreneurship? 5) How do we implementate the entrepreneurial activities according to Islamic teachings? Abstract

Menjalankan Bisnis dengan sistem MLM tergolong tidak mudah untuk itu perlu dilakukan sosialisasi dan pelatiahan tentang MLM kepada pengelola, warga belajar program paket Yayasan Putri Sungai Lemau Bengkulu dan member/calon member Bisnis MLM Leafhea  agar mereka paham dan terampil menjalankan system bisnis tersebut dalam kegiatan bisnis sehingga dapat memperoleh omset penjualan produk atau jasa sebanyak-banyak. Ada delapan butir pokok yang menjadi target yang diharapkan dipahami, antara lain adalah pembaca dapat: 1) Memahami definisi/pengertian MLM; 2) Perbedaan MLM dengan isnis biasa; 3) Jenis-jenis Multi Level Marketing; 4) Keunggulan dan Kelemahan Multi Level Marketing; 5) Sistem Kerja Multi Level Marketing;  6) Pandangan Al-Islam terhadap Bisnis MLM; 7) Delapan Bisnis MLM terpopuler di Indonesia; 8) Mari Bergabung  dengan  Bisnis MLM PT. Leafhea  International  Network; 9) Prospek Produk Kesehatan Kulit “Leafhea” dengan Sistem MLM; 10)  Prinsip Etika Wira usaha yang Harus diterapkan dalam menjalankan Bisnis MLM.
