Abstract

ABSTRACKCompensation in the enterprise is a very important role in managing human resources in order to provide results or performance is optimal in achieving the targets to be achieved by the company, as well as providing motivation and system, the right career to be able to improve the performance of employees so as to make the achievement of the target company Well done. This study aims to determine the compensation for partial determination of the performance, to find the motivation partially on performance, to determine the career system partially on performance, and determine compensation, motivation and career systems simultaneously on performance.            The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was collected using a questionnaire. Secondary data was collected from the documentation such as company profile. The samples in this research using random sampling techniques. The sample size was calculated using the formula slovin. Hypothesis testing is done by t-test for the partial test and F test to test simultaneously.           Based on the results of hypothesis testing showed that partial compensation is determined significantly to the performance, the motivation is determined significantly to the performance and the career system is determined significantly on employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation, motivation and career systems is determined significantly on employee performance.

Abstract

Abstract            This study aimed to analyzed the determination of training, competention, and compensation on employee job performance. This study uses three independent variables, training, competention and compensation with one dependent variable namely performance. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good performance in the office of . Samples were Civil Servants in the office of xxxx and spot Batam 52 people.            Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test the coefficient of determination R2. Keywords: training, Competention, Compensation, and Job Satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBusiness competition in services is very competitive, especially services of Tour and Travel. Finally, these services businesses competing to attract customers using the services of Tour and Travel respectively. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of service quality, price, and promotion of the service user satisfaction PT. Trans Panorama Travel, the sample size of the sample used in the study was 86 customer respondents. The analytical tool used in this research is simple regression analysis as well as a means of data collection questionnaire respondents. Based on the resulting value of R Square of 0.961 and the value of Adjusted R Square of 0.959 - 95.9% means that customer satisfaction can be explained by the quality of service, price and promotion by 95.9%. While the remaining 4.1% can be explained by other factors. The results of this study indicate that there is significant influence of the variable quality of service to customer satisfaction PT service user. Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aimed to analyze the determination of building construction, service and price on volume of house sales. This study uses three independent variables construction, service and price, with one dependent variable namely sales volume. The use of variables in this study is expected to determine how the process is going on and what are the factors driving the creation of a good sales volume in PT. Adi bintan Permata Batam. Samples were the buyers of the house in Citra Permata Residence 154 people. Samples were taken by sampling techniques. Data analysis method used is quantitative analysis, the validity, reliability test, classic assumption test, multicoloniarity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of data analysis showed that: the variable construction has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.068 > 0.05, service variables have significant effects on sales volume with a value of 0.179 t test sig > 0.05 price variable also has a significant influence on the performance of the test value t sig of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on calculations Test f, together variable construction, service, and price have a significant effect on sales volume with the value of F sig 0.000 < 0.05.Keywords: Construction, Service, Price, Sales Volume
