Abstract

This problem is motivated by the use of Samsung brand smartphones. The research objectives are: 1) To determine the partial effect of motivation, attitudes and perceptions on consumer behavior in using Samsung brand smartphones in the Koto Baru Hiang Kab community. kerinci, 2) To determine the effect of motivation, attitudes and perceptions partially on consumer behavior in using Samsung brand smartphones in the Koto Baru Hiang Regency community. kerinci. The population in this study is the people of Koto Baru Hiang Kab. Kerinci. The sample for this study amounted to 90 respondents with the sampling technique of accidental sampling. The data analysis tools used are Likert Scale, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Partial and Simultaneous Coefficient of Determination, t-test and f-test. Based on the results of the study indicate that: Motivation has a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05. Attitudes have a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05. Perception has a significant and positive effect on consumer behavior 0.000 <0.05

Abstract

The title of this research is the effect of work experience, competence and work discipline on the work performance of employees at the sub-district office of Air Warm, Kerinci Regency. The problem studied in this study is the employee's work performance as seen from the indicators of work experience, competence and work discipline. This study uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through the distribution of questionnaires to the employees of the Kerinci Air Warmer District Office. The population in this study were 30 respondents with a sampling technique using saturated sampling with Likert scale measurements. The data is processed through the SPSS version 20.0 program with technical multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work experience, competence and discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee work performance at the Kerinci District Head Office. From the results of the t test proves that partially the variables of experience, competence and discipline have a significant effect on work performance. Then the results of the F test prove that work experience, competence and discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on work performance at the Kerinci District Head Office with the F-count value greater than the F-table. Based on the results of this analysis, it can be concluded that work experience, competence and work discipline have a significant influence either partially or simultaneously on the work performance of the employees of the Air Warm District Office of Kerinci Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Work Skills, Work Discipline and Work Environment on the Performance of Employees of the Community and Village Empowerment Service of Sungai Penuh City, totaling 23 respondents. Data collection in this study is primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. This research method uses qualitative methods, while the analytical tools used are multiple linear regression, t test, f test, and coefficient of determination test. he results showed that partially there was an influence between work skills (X1) on employee performance (Y) as evidenced by the value of t arithmetic t table (2,239 ˃ 2,09302) with a significant value = 0,037 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work skills on employee performance is 8,5%. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline (X2) partially on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (2,729 ˃ 2,09302) or Sig = 0,013 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of work discipline on employee performance is 11,2%. There is an influence between the non-physical work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) it is proved by t arithmetic ˃ t table (4,213 ˃ 2,09302) or sig = 0,000 < 0,050. Where the magnitude of the influence of the non-physical work environment on employee performance is 33,2 %. There is a simultaneous influence between work skills, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the office of community empowerment and village in sungai penuh city is 53,0% while the rest (100-53,0%), which is equal to 47% explained by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to see the influence of Return On Assets and Current Ratio on Company Value with Company Size as a moderating variable in Transport Sub Sector Companies listed on the BEI for the 2013-2022 Period. By using a sample of 2 companies and the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) analysis tool, t test, F test and determinant coefficient, the result was that Return On Assets did not have a significant effect on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub Sector Companies Listed on the BEI for the 2013-2013 Period. 2022, with a t_count value of 0.282 < t_table of 2.101 while the Sig Return On Asset (X1) value is 0.781 > Sig 0.05, the Current Ratio has no significant effect on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2013 Period -2022, with a t_count value of -0.695 > t_table of - 2.101 while the Sig Current Ratio (X2) value is 0.496 > Sig 0.05, Company Size does not moderate the influence of Return On Assets on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub Sector Companies Which Registered on the IDX for the 2013-2022 period, with a calculated t_value of 1.431< t_table of 2.145 while the Sig. 0.173 > from the Sig value. 0.05, Company Size does not moderate the influence of the Current Ratio on Company Value (PBV) in Transport Sub-Sector Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2013-2022 Period, with a calculated t_value of 1.564 < t_table of 2.145 while the Sig. 0.139 > Sig. 0.05 (alpha).

Abstract

Turnover intention is the tendency or intention of employees to voluntarily stop working from their jobs or move from one workplace to another according to their own choice (Mobley, 2011). Turnover intention does not stand alone, there are things that encourage the behavior of these employees. Someone will not leave the organization without a reason/factor that triggers the desire to move/turnover intention. Many factors affect Turnover intention including organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction (Mobley, 2011). This study aims to see the influence and magnitude of the influence of organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction on Turnover intention of PT. BPR Kerinci. By using validity and reliability tests on research instruments, the samples in this research were employees of PT. BPR Kerinci as many as 30 people. With multiple linear regression analysis tools, determinant coefficients and hypothesis testing with t test and F test it is obtained that partially organizational commitment and compensation have a negative and significant effect on turnover invention, while job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover intention . Simultaneously, organizational commitment, compensation and job satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention at PT. BPR Kerinci.
