Abstract

Law on Governing Aceh instructs is Wali Nanggroe an institution for the benefit of the people and the future of governance in Aceh. as the 'Wali' in point 1.1.7 of the Helsinki MoU and Law. No. 11/2006, must be traced to its roots in the context of the Imamate, socio-political, legal and moral. The person who bears the title "Wali" to get an important position in the social system of Islam, either because of their spiritual qualities as well as the social roles they play.This paper attempts to look at the extent to which the position of the Wali Nanggroe the application of Islamic law in Aceh. Wali Nanggroe Institution is an independent organization that is not the executive, legislative and judicial branches. "It is clear that, Wali Nanggroe no authority in politics. In Article 96 and 97 of the Act (Act) No. 11 of 2006 expressly stated that the Wali Nanggroe have a duty as an adhesive Acehnese society through custom approach and not a political institution.

Abstract

Construction of Krueng Pase irrigation dams in the village of Pulo Blang, sub-district Meurah Mulia, North Aceh pursuant to Presidential Decree number 65 of 2006 concerning amendments to the Presidential Decree number 36 of 2005 concerning the implementation of land acquisition for the construction of the public interest, is a development in the public interest. Reservoir development Krueng Pase dormant until now, due to delay in land acquisition dam site. Based on the legal analysis to legal facts, it turns out several stages of land acquisition for the construction of irrigation dams Krueng Pase was not conducted in accordance with legal procedures. In land acquisition guess laden with irregularities.

Abstract

إن أهداف هذا البحث للتعرف على أنشطة الطلبة والمدرس عند تطبيق طريقة القصة بالصور والتعرف على فعال طريقة القصة بالصور في ترقية قدرة الطلبة على سيطرة مفردات اللغة العربية. أما المجتمع في هذا البحث الطلبة بالمدرسة الابتدائية 12 وكان عددهم 150 طالبا. والعينة في هذا البحث هو الطلاب من الفصل الخامس وعددهم 25 طالبا. الأدوات التى استخدمتها الباحثة لجمع البيانات هي قائمة الملاحظة وقائمة الاختبارات التي تتعلق بالاختبار القبلي والبعدي باستخدام تحليل البيانات الإحصاء الوصفي، والاختبار – ت مزدوجة، باستعانةSPSS 22 . وأما نتائج هذا البحث فتدل أن أنشطة الطلاب والمدرس تحصل على الدرجة جيد جدا عند تطبيق طريقة القصة بالصور، لأن الدرجة المحصولة من الملاحظة المباشرة تحصل على الدرجة 87% و 90% . هذه الدرجة تدل على أنها في الحد 81-100 % وحصلت على درجة جيد جدا.وإن تطبيق طريقة القصة بالصور فعال لترقية قدرة الطلبة على سيطرة المفردات. والدليل على هذا أن نتيجة من الاختبار ت ((Uji paired sample T-test 15،535- بمستوى الدلالة (Sig) 0،05 > 0،00.
