Abstract

Abstract: Multiple Micro Nutrient (MMN), Moringa Oleifera, Hemoglobin. Pregnant women are one of the vulnerable groups that may have anemia because hemodelusi events that occur during pregnancy. Multiple Micro Nutrient (MMN) is a supplement that contains multivitamins, iron and folate were given to pregnant women as one of the programs of the Ministry of Health of Indonesia in its efforts to prevent anemia during pregnancy. A survey found that 70% of pregnant women do not like the taste of Multiple Micro Nutrient (MMN) and in addition also the mother complain nausea, dizziness, palpitations, shortness of breath so hot and these supplements are not consumed and not consumed until exhausted if 120 tablets, See the above phenomenon it is necessary to alternative solutions, such as by utilizing vegetables such as Moringa oleifera. Iron content in 100 gr dry leave Moringa oleifera is 28,2 mg. The purpose of this study was to prove that no difference between the influence of Multiple Micro Nutrient (MMN) and Moringa oleifera against hemoglobin levels of pregnant rats. Experiment laboratory study design was a randomized design with a pre-post test with a control group. The population is the first day of the pregnant rats, large samples of 24 rats. Twenty-four pregnant rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. Statistical analysis using Independent T-test. Significant value in this study was p <0.05. The results Independent T-test showed that Moringa oleifera has the same effect with Multiple Micro Nutrient in preventing a decline in hemoglobin levels in pregnant rats (P = 0,537).

Abstract

Abstract: Sarikurma, Pregnancy, Anemia, Hemoglobin. Dates also have many benefits including increasing the number of platelets, preventing blood clots, prevent strokes and heart attacks, prevent uterine bleeding, thin brain during fasting, increase energy, hindering the process of aging, prevent constipation and smooth bowel movement, reduce blood cholesterol, keeping eye health and good for the nervous system. Aim. To determine the effectiveness of the addition of palm juice against anemia in pregnant women at health centers Wedi Klaten district. This type of research is experimental, quasi-experimental approach, using a pretest-posttest control group design. population (N) = 303 people, found the number of samples (S) as many as 50 people. Of the 50 people, will be dividedinto two equal groups, 25 people will be used as the treatment group (giving palm juice) and 25 will be used as the control group (without a date palm juice). In the group without extract dates, respondents consumed MMN. Data were analyzed using t-test. Results.Anemia hemoglobin levels of pregnant women who were given MMN average was 10.4 mmHg. Hemoglobin levels of pregnant women are anemic before given Sarikurma average of 10.38 and after Sarikurma by an average of 10.84. Conclusion. Sarikurma more effective compared to MMN with p = 0.045 (p <0.05).

Abstract

Abstract: Lavender Aromtherapy, Ginger Aromatherapy, Nausea Vomiting, Pregnant Mother. Aromatherapy is a therapy modality or alternative treatment by using a pure aromatherapy extract in the form of volatile plant fluid material and other aromatherapy compounds from plants. Knowing the Effectiveness of Aromatherapy Lavender and Ginger Aromatherapy on Reduced Frequency of Nausea Vomiting in Trimester Pregnant Mother at BPM Trucuk Klaten. Quantitative type with this research design using quasi experiment (quasi experiment). The population in this study were all trimester I pregnant mother who checked their pregnancy at BPM Trucuk Klaten during may until Juni 2017. The sampling technique is accidental sampling is 32 pregnan. Data analysis using paired t-test and independent t-test.Results. There was a significant difference between mean intensity degree of vomiting before and after ginger aroma therapy with p value = 0,000 (α<0,05). There was a significant difference between mean intensity of degree of nausea of vomiting before and after aromatherapy therapy with p value 0.000 (α <0,05). The scent of lavender therapy is more effective against nausea and vomiting (8.50) than in the ginger aroma therapy group (6.50), so it can be concluded that the aroma of lavender therapy is more effective than the aroma of ginger therapy.

Abstract

Absctract: Music Therapy, Pain Intensity, Active Phase Of The First Stage Of Labor. Pain during labor is a physiological condition. In the physiology of labor, pain began to arise in the latent phase of the first stage of labor and the active phase. The intensity of pain during labor affects the psychological condition of the mother, labor, and fetal well-being. To know the effect of instrumental music therapy on decreasing the intensity of pain labor during the active phase on the first stage of labor in 3 indepndent midwives practice in ngemplak Boyolali district. Type of pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. Population of this study is mother actice phase in the first stage of labor in three independents midwives in Ngemplak Boyolali between October 2013 to December 2013. The sampling used purposive sampling technique with a sample of 32 respondents. The measurement technique used a pain scale. The Data was processed by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating. The Data was analysed used a paired sample t-test. The majority of respondents aged between 20-35 years (93.8%)with 2 children (43.8%), the level of high school education (56.3%), the overall family support (100%) and less anxious (65.6%). Numerical pain l evels before therapy is the majority of severe pain (68.8%) and after music therapy decreased the numerical pain becomes moderate pain (78.1%). The level of pain behavior before the majority of instrumental music therapy is severe pain and being with each 16 persons (50.0%) and after intrumentalia music therapy decreased pain is pain with the majority being about 18 people (56.3%). There is effect instrumental music therapy to decrease pain intensity numeric and the intensity of pain behavior in the labor Kala I active (0.000 < 0.05). There is the effect of instrumental music therapy on decreasing the intensity of pain inthe actve phase of the first stage of labor.
