Abstract

On the system currently running at LPPM, Bina Insan University, monitoring and evaluation of research result and community service activities that have been carried out by lecturers and students is done manually, Lecturer submits the output of research and community service results that are printed to the LPPM section, then the data input into Microsoft Excel for further processing. From the manual process, it will cause problems and the loss of data or files in printed form. Based on the problems faced by LPPM Division of Bina Insan University in the process of monitoring and evaluating the research results and community service activities by lecturers and students, the LPPM division needs to develop a dashboard application for monitoring and reporting research and community service for lecturers and students. The development of this application applies the waterfall method which consists of several stages, namely analysis, system design, coding and system testing. The system is designed using the Unified Model Language (UML) in which the system is developed with object-based concepts and the programming language used is PHP and MySQL database. From the development of this application it can save time and minimize the occurrence of errors and can assist LPPM in recording, evaluating and reporting on the performance of research and community service for Bina Insan University lecturers and students quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Sistem uji plagiasi merupakan sistem yang digunakan untuk mendata serta memproses data jurnal-jurnal mahasiswa untuk dilakukan uji kelayakan menggunakan turnitin, karena saat ini penggunaan turnitin di Universitas Bina Insan masih sangat terbatas maka mahasiswa yang akan melakukan uji plagiat terhadap jurnal nya harus mengirimkan jurnal nya ke sistem uji plagiasi guna dilakukan uji plagiasi oleh tim LPPM, saat ini sistem uji plagiasi tersebut belum dilakukannya analisis terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna dari sistem uji plagiasi tersebut. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode PIECES dalam mengukur tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa setiap variabel pada karangka PIECES berpangaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kepuasan penggunaan sistem uji plagiasi.

Abstract

Currently processing counseling guidance data still uses manual methods, that is, every time there is a violation of the rules and regulations committed by students, it will be recorded by the BK (Counseling Guidance) teacher or officer using paper media, because there are so many violations that this school has difficulty in processing it. counseling guidance data and the use of paper as a medium for recording violations is no longer relevant, and also the less effective function of parental summons letters which are rarely delivered by students who violate school rules, the aim of this research is to build a monitoring system for counseling guidance in SMPN Selangit is based on mobile web to make it easier for the school to process student violation data, the system development method used in this research is waterfall, waterfall is a method that provides systematic and sequential approaches for software developers such as requirements specifications, software design implementation , trials, and so on, the implication of this research is that the existence of this counseling guidance information system can make it easier for the school to process counseling guidance data and make it easier for parents to monitor their children at Selangit Middle School.
