Abstract

Emotional development is oneof the stages of development that will affectc hildren'sinteractions with other people. Children learn to controltheir emotions whentheyare in arelationship withtheirparents, friends, and theirenvironment. The useof gadgetscanhavevariousimpacts on children, includingchildren's emotions. Thisstudyaims todetermine the emotional developmentofchildrenwhouse gadgets. This research is anobservational research with a non-analyticdescriptiveresearch design. Sampling bypurposive sampling method. The samplesize is 56 respondents. The resultsshowedthat23 respondents (41.1%) whoused gadgets had emotional development as expected and33 respondents (58.9%) withverygood emotional development. The useof gadgetscanhave a positive impact on children'sdevelopmentifdonecorrectly, such as choosingthe right contentthat is able to provideexamplesofgood emotional behavior in childrenand thereshouldalso be controland supervision from parents.

Abstract

Stunting berdampak pada pertumbuhan fisik anak. Penyebab stunting diantaranya faktor gizi, pemberian ASI eksklusif, tingkat pendidikan, pengetahuan ibu dan riwayat BBLR. Dukungan asupan gizi yang baik untuk anak memerlukan kemampuan ibu dalam memberikan pengasuhan pada anak. Latar belakang pendidikan orang tua juga merupakan unsur penting dalam menentukan status gizi anak. Tujuan penelitian mengidentifikasi hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan kejadian stunting anak usia 12-59 bulan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian analitik korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 88 dengan teknik sampling yang digunakan accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan sebanyak 55,7% responden dengan pola asuh buruk memiliki anak pendek dan sangat pendek dan terdapat  hubungan pola asuh ibu dengan kejadian stunting anak usia 12-59 bulan dengan p-value  0,01. Saran kepada pihak instansi pendidikan, puskesmas, dan ibu yang memiliki balita hendaknya saling bersinergi untuk meningkatkan status gizi balita yang dimulai dari menambah wawasan atau pengetahuan pentingnya pola asuh yang baik agar mengurangi resiko stunting.

Abstract

Nutrition is one of the basic needs that greatly affects human resources. Good nutrition and quite closely related to mental development, intelligence, health, skills and growth of children. Adequate nutritional intake will support a child's normal growth according to his age. Measurement of nutritional status is very necessary and important to monitor children's growth as well as the ability to see and hear. This study aims to determine the nutritional status, the ability to see and hear children in kindergarten Aisiyah XV Bustanul Athfal Banjarmasin. This research was an observational research with a descriptive non analytic research design. Sampling with a total sampling method. The sample size was 58 children. Data analysis was done descriptively. Of the 58 children who obtained the majority of good nutritional status based on BW/BH, there were 38 children (65.6%), under five nutritional status (15.2%) and over nutritional status as many as 10 people (17.2%), and underweight as many as 5 children (8.5%). The results of TDL and TDD tests for all children are 100% in the normal category. Nutritional status in children in TK Aisiyah XV Bustanul Athfal is mostly categorized as good for sight and hearing in normal conditions. Keywords: nutritional status; TDL; TDD ABSTRAK Gizi merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar yang sangat mempengaruhi sumber daya manusia. Gizi yang baik dan cukup erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan mental, kecerdasan, kesehatan, keterampilan dan pertumbuhan anak. Asupan gizi yang cukup akan mendukung pertumbuhan anak secara normal sesuai umurnya. Pengukuran status gizi sangat diperlukan dan penting dilakukan untuk memantau pertumbuhan anak begitu pula kemampuan melihat dan mendengar. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui status gizi, kemampuan daya lihat dan daya dengar anak di TK Aisiyah XV Bustanul Athfal Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian observasional dengan rancangan penelitian deskriptif non analitik. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode total sampling. Besar sampel yaitu 58 anak. DAnalisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif. Dari 58 anak yang didapatkan mayoritas berstatus gizi baik berdasarkan BB/TB yaitu sebanyak 38 anak (65,6%), status gizi kurang sebanyak 5 balita (15.2%) dan berstatus gizi lebih sebanyak 10 orang (17,2%), serta berstatus gizi kurang sebanyak 5 anak (8,5%). Hasil tes TDL dan TDD seluruh anak 100% dalam kategori normal. Status Gizi pada anak di TK Aisiyah XV Bustanul Athfal sebagian besar berkategori baik sedangkan untuk daya lihat dan daya dengar dalam kondisi normal. Kata kunci: status nutrisi; TDL; TDD

Abstract

ABSTRAK Stunting merupakan sebuah kondisi di mana tinggi badan anak lebih pendek dibanding tinggi badan anak seusianya. Kejadian anak stunting di Kalimantan Selatan khususnya di Kab Banjar masih berada pada angka kejadian yang sangat tinggi 13.3% dan di Puskesmas Tatah Makmur 38,06%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui hubungan riwayat penyakit infeksi, riwayat imunisasi dasar, riwayat ASI eksklusif dan pemberian MP-ASI terhadap kejadian stunting pada balita di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar.Penelitian ini merupakan survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah ibu yang mempunyai balita mengalami stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tatah Makmur Kecamatan Tatah Makmur Kabupaten Banjar tahun 2018 sebanyak 537 orang. Sampel berjumlah 50 orang dengan teknik pengambilan accidental sampling. Analisis data melalui uji Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian sebagian besar memiliki riwayat penyakit infeksi sebanyak 26 orang (52%), telah mendapatkan imunisasi lengkap sebanyak 32 orang (64%), pemberian MP-ASI sebagian besar cukup 32 orang (64%), riwayat pemberian ASI parsial 40 orang (80%) dan balita sebagian besar pendek sebanyak 33 orang (66%). Terdapat hubungan riwayat penyakit infeksi, kelengkapan imunisasi, pemberian MP-ASI, riwayat ASI eksklusif dengan kejadian Stunting. Puskesmas hendaknya meningkatkan pemberian informasi kepada ibu hamil tentang faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya Stunting sehingga bahwa faktor risiko dapat dikendalikan lebih dini. Stunting in Banjar District by 13.3% and in Tatah Makmur Health Center 38.06%.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between infectious diseases and basic immunization against the incidence of stunting in infants in Tatah Makmur Health Center. The study design was an analytic survey with cross sectional approach. The population is mothers who have toddlers stunted in Tatah Makmur Health Center in 2018 as many as 537 people. Samples amounted to 50 people with a purposive sampling technique. Analysis of data through the Spearman Rank. The results of the study of toddlers mostly have a history of infectious diseases as many as 26 people (52%), have received complete immunization as many as 32 people (64%) and toddlers are mostly short as many as 33 people (66%). There is a relationship between the history of infectious diseases, the completeness of immunization with the incidence of stunting. Health centers should increase the provision of information to pregnant women about factors that influence the occurrence of stunting so that risk factors can be controlled earlier. Abstract

ABSTRAK Masalah kesehatan yang paling sering terjadi pada anak- anak yaitu demam,  demam merupakan gejala dari suatu penyakit yang jika tidak teratasi dengan baik dapat mengakibatkan komplikasi seperti kejang demam pada anak. Penting bagi orangtua untuk  mampu melakukan penanganan demam dengan baik dan benar. Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang manajemen demam guna mencegah atau mengendalikan terjadinya kejang demam pada anak. Metode yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara ceramah, tanya jawab serta demostrasi  tentang manajemen demam yang dapat dilakukan oleh orangtua saat anaknya mengalami demam. Hasil dari kegiatan didapatkan peningkatan pengetahuan orangtua sebesar 10 % tentang manajemen demam. Kata Kunci: Edukasi, Kejang Demam, Manajemen Demam  ABSTRACT Healthy problems that most often occur in children are fever. fever is a symptom of a disease which if not handled properly can lead to complications such as febrile seizures in children. It is important for parents to be able to handle fever properly and correctly. This community service activity is carried out to increase knowledge and understanding of fever management in order to prevent or control the occurrence of febrile seizures in children. The method used is by means of lectures, questions, answers, demonstrations about fever management that can be done by parents when their child has a fever. The results of the activity showed an increase in parents' knowledge is 10 % about fever management. Keywords: Education, Fever Management, Fever Seizures

Abstract

Nutritional problems can occur in various groups, especially at a very vulnerable age, namely the infancy and toddler period because of the high nutritional needs to support growth and development at this time. The current condition of the Covid-19 pandemic can affect these nutritional problems due to the increasingly difficult economic conditions of the community, such as a decrease in family income which has an impact on the ability to meet daily family needs, so that it has the potential to cause various problems, especially nutrition and health problems. In addition, the mother's knowledge of proper nutrition presentation patterns can also affect the condition of the family's nutritional status, especially during this pandemic. The consequences of nutritional problems in this pandemic era will cause short-term and long-term problems in the health, social and economic sectors. This study aims to determine the description of family income and mother's knowledge about food serving patterns during the Covid 19 pandemic. This type of research uses a description with a frequency distribution table, the population is 367 families with toddlers using accidental sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that most of the family's income is still below the minimum wage and knowledge of mothers about food serving patterns is still lacking. Suggestions to the relevant agencies need to increase community empowerment for small businesses to increase family income and increase counseling efforts on the presentation of family nutrition and provide training on processing nutritious food without requiring a lot of money.Keywords: Family income, Mother's knowledge about nutrition, Covid 19 Pandemic

Abstract

AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak pada perubahan kebiasaan mahasiswa terutama kondisi sedentary lifestyle akibat banyaknya kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara virtual dan berubahnya pola konsumsi makan. Status gizi dapat dipengaruhi oleh asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi dan aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan sehari-hari, dimana gizi yang baik dapat meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh sehingga penting memperhatikan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi status gizi seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan level aktivitas dan  pola makan dengan status gizi pada mahasiswa tingkat satu. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. menggunakan uji Spearman Rank. Sampel berjumlah 105 orang menggunakan tehnik purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan antara level aktivitas fisik dengan status gizi, dan ada hubungan antara  variabel pola konsumsi makan dengan status gizi. Status gizi seseorang bisa diperbaiki atau dikontrol dengan meningkat pola konsumsi makan kearah yang lebih baik dan bisa didukung dengan aktifitas fisik sesuai dengan kemampuan tubuh masing-masing orang, guna mencegah munculnya berbagai penyakit akibat kurangan ataupun kelebihan gizi.Kata kunci: aktifitas fisik, pola konsumsi makanan, status giziAbstractThe Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on alterations in student behavior, particularly the state of sedentary lifestyles as a result of the numerous virtual learning activities and alterations in eating habits. Good nutrition can boost body resistance, thus it's necessary to pay attention to things that can affect a person's nutritional status. Nutritional status can be changed by nutritional intake taken and daily physical activity. This study aims to determine the relationship between activity levels and eating patterns with nutritional status in first-year students. The design of this study is a correlation study with a cross sectional approach using the Spearman Rank test. 105 people make up the purposive sampling sample. The findings revealed a relationship between the variables of food intake patterns and nutritional status, but not between the amount of physical activity and nutritional status. In order to prevent the appearance of various diseases owing to lack of or excess nutrition, a person's nutritional status can be improved or regulated by increasing food consumption patterns in a healthier direction and can be supported by physical activity according to each person's body's capabilities.Keywords: physical activity, food consumption patterns, nutritional status
