Abstract

Limited availability of fossil energy requires us to find for alternative energy to meet our needs. Solar thermal collector with thermosifon system is one of environmentally friendly alternative energy. The thermosifon system is a natural pump which work based on density difference between cool water and hot water, so that no electric pump is needed. The purpose of this research was to create a mean of collecting solar thermal energy with thermosifon system. The research steps consist of designing, manufacturing, and testing. Thermal collector was made with dimension of 1,5 m long, 1,0 m wide and 1,0 m high, with storage tank capacity of 20 lt.  Collector testing was conducted by putting the equipment at an open space from a clock 08:00 – 16:00. It was found that the highest efficiency of solar collector (11,2 %) occurred on July 11, 2012 with an average solar intensity of 756 W/m2, where as the lowest efficiency  (8,8 %) occurred on July 7, 2012, with the average solar intensity 479 W/m2. The highest average temperature of the storage tank was 44,7 ºC on July 13, 2012 while the lowest average temperature was 35,3 ºC on July 12, 2012. Abstract

ABSTRACT This research entitled "Implementation of the Supreme Court of Indonesia's Jurisprudence Against Car Parking Obligers to Loss Loss of Motor Vehicles", the purpose and objective to describe and analyze the management of parking is related to Law Number 8 Year 1999 on Consumer Protection, Business Actors,  and  the  implementation  of the  Supreme  Court's  Jurisprudence  to  the Parking Manager's liability to compensate for loss of motor vehicle. Based on the results of research on legislation, court decisions, and other relevant and relevant sources  that   the   implementation  of  Supreme   Court   jurisprudence  on  the obligations of the parking manager has not been fully implemented. There is still a parking manager who includes a standard clause that reads "any loss or damage is not the responsibility of the parking manager", in this case there is an exoneration clause containing conditions limiting or even removing entirely the responsibility that should be charged to the producer or in this case the manager parking, which is not in accordance with Article 18 Paragraph (1) of the Consumer Protection Act. As a result, there are still cases of disputes in court between the consumer as the owner of the vehicle and the manufacturer as the parking manager that occurs due to loss of motor vehicles in the official parking area.

Abstract

Islamic education in Indonesia has been the main priority of the Indonesian Muslim community since the beginning of the development of Islam. This is in line with Islamic education activities in Indonesia which were born and grew in line with the development of Islam in Indonesia. In addition to the magnitude of the meaning of education, the importance of Islamization plays a very important role in encouraging Muslims to carry out Islamic teachings even though the system is simple and carried out informally. This is because the religion of Islam came to Indonesia brought by Muslim traders, while trading they broadcast the religion of Islam and whenever there was an opportunity they provided education and teachings of the Islamic religion. The emergence of meunasah, skeleton, Dayah as a traditional educational institution is closely related to the transfer of the education system from Madrasah Nizamiyah to the Aceh region which is combined with the government system so that a close relationship can be found between adat and religion. The education system in the reign of Sultan Iskandar Muda was a government program that was structured to take care of education. Based on the level and level of education in Aceh, it is known that Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago such as Meunasah (elementary level), Rangkang (junior secondary level), Dayah (upper secondary level), Dayah Teungku Chik (diploma level) and Jami'ah Bait al- Rahman (university level). As Islamic educational institutions in the archipelago, Rangrang, Meunasah and Dayah have different learning systems according to the level of scientific quality.

Abstract

Education is essentially an effort to pass on values, which will be the helpers and determinants of mankind in living life, and at the same time to improve the fate and civilization of mankind. Education for human life is an absolute need that must be met throughout life. Without education, it is impossible for a group of people to live and develop in line with their aspirations (aspirations) to progress, prosper and be happy according to their concept of life view. In Islamic education there is one thing that is very important, namely the existence of a value in education, where this value is inherent in humans both as conceptions, beliefs or standards of behavior. The value here is not in the understanding of numbers or symbols obtained from students as symbols of their achievements, but the essence of something that causes people to be chased, owned by humans to improve the quality of their resources. Islamic education should instead be developed towards the process of internalizing values (affective) coupled with cognitive aspects so that a very strong urge arises to practice and obey the teachings and basic religious values that have been internalized in students (psychomotor). The product of the purpose of this value-based education in substance is aimed at creating human beings and combining them with the concept of human nature.
