Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partnership model between Trade Unions and Management in the face of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The total sample used was 100 employees in the field of vehicle assembly. The processed data produced there is a "Very Strong" influence between Employee Readiness on the Industrial Revolution 4.0. The results of the analysis obtained the results of the partial t test, the t value of 37.640 t table 1.660 which means that the readiness of employees has a very strong influence on the Industrial Revolution variable. While the correlation results show a value of 0.967, which indicates that there is a very strong influence between employee readiness for the Industrial Revolution. This is because trade unions from labor and workers' associations play a very important role in bridging communication relations with company management so that what is desired of workers / workers is to adapt to the development of the industrial revolution itself. Where workers must improve their competence in facing changes in the field of digital technology by formulating work programs that are aligned in encouraging productivity of company performance.

Abstract

This research is aim to analyze how the influence of financial compensation and non financial compensation towards job satisfaction in Karang Setra Hotel, Spa Cottages. In collecting the data will use closed questions which is consist of four sections. The first section contains four questions in connection with demography, the second section contains sixteen questions in connection with financial compensation (X1), the third section contains sixteen questions in connection with non financial compensation (X2) and the fourth section contains twenty questions in connection with job satisfaction (Y). It could be concluded and suggested that compensation financial and compensation non-financial have strong enough relationship with job satisfaction. The impact of this research, management karang setra hotel should improve the system of compensation financial and non financial.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek tingkat pendidikan, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan questioner kepada 46 responden. Metode pemiliham sampling menggunakan simple random sampling sehingga diperoleh 46 orang untuk menjadi responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan pengolahan menggunakan software SPSS Versi 21.00. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa hipotesis penelitian secara parsial dan simultan tingkat pendidikan dan motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Besarnya kontribusi kedua variable tersebut terhadap kinerja karyawan ditunjukkan dengan nilai R square adalah sebesar 72%. Berdasarkan koefisien regresi variable yang menunjukkan dominasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menujukkan bahwa motivasi merupakan faktor dominan.
