Abstract

Islamic cultural institution in Kiru-kiru, known as Parewa Sara', consist of Imam, Kalte', Bilala', and Doja. It goes hand in hand with Parewa Sara' or Ade', made up of Warenneng as the custom leader, Pabbicara, Parennung,  and so on. The term Oadru' or Kall, a title in Parewa Sara', was not known until 1920, when it was established by the leader of Swapraja Soppengriaja, entitled Arung Soppengriaja Parewa Sara' is sample of the cultural basis for  the establishment of the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Indonesia Republic It handles the management of mosques, religious preaching, corpse interment. marriage and divorce, almsgiving, inheritance, and the like.

Abstract

Traditional politic in Barru is a unity which is governed with the confederation/ Passiajingeng in Buginese language. All are cohesive; Datu ri Tanete, Petta ri Berru sibawa Mallusetasi, Arung ri Soppeng Riaja. Hence, intersection of Barru has a monument on display 4 toppings of kingdom closely and the government will be no doubt about the attention of history which makes the existence of diversity in the politic institution in Barru. With the cultural institution as the tradition system, it has the potential to be given facilities based on the decision from the kings at the date of May 29 to 30 2007 in Makassar which suggests the system of cultural politics in each region and province.

Abstract

Coppo’ wilayah berbudaya di Tanete, di sana tempatnya istana Saoraja La Pinceng; selain fungsinya kediaman Raja, juga tempatnya setiap Pemangku Kerajaan dinobatkan. Coppo’ salah satu peninggalan sejarah; secara kultural Coppo’ diwarisi keturunan Pemangku Arung Tompo Bulu Matajang. Coppo adalah tanah Arajang bahasa Bugis, namun sejak 1960 di tangan Koperasi Tujuh lahannya berubah dikuasai masyarakat seluas 20 ha. Di atas lahan tersebut, akta kepemilikannya di Land Rante tercatat an. Dg Pasolong, seperti halnya kepemilikan di atas tanah berdiri Istana La Pinceng Kerajaan Balusu an. Dg Parani. Hubungan antara kedua pemilik di atas silzilahnya terkait antara Tanete, Soppeng dan Barru; Dg. Pasolong dan Dg. Parani; keduanya pemilik tanah Ornament, yang pekarangan Saoraja di Kabupaten Barru; La Pinceng di Coppo’ Kerajaan Tanete, La Pinceng di Bulu Dua Kerajaan Balusu. Di Coppo’ disebut Ale’ Bola, di Bulu Dua disebut Jongke Bola. Dengan demikian, antara keduanya terkait di dalam satu lembaga, sehingga institusinya digelar Rumah Tangga Kembar Dua. Balusu dan Kiru-Kiru di Soppeng Riaja dalam kekerabatannya diumpamakan Lego-lego’na dan Dare’-dare’na, serta Jongke’ na Tanete

Abstract

This research aims to describe pamali in trading of Pattae society. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected by observation, interview, and documentation. The findings showed that pamali culture in trading of Pattae society is a legacy from ancestors that descended from generation to generation. It is a belief that is never done and has become a habit of society. However, some people do not trust the tradition any more because they think it is not in accordance with this era and it also makes people difficult to carry out trading activities.
