Abstract

Pregnancy is a life-changing journey by itself, even when the pandemic does not hit the world Anxiety in pregnant women can have an effect on the health of the mother and the fetus. Covid-19 pandemic as one of the influences of maternal anxiety in the face of childbirth. according to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, so far, data show that pregnant women have a higher risk of developing the Covid-19 virus due to changes in the immune system that occur during pregnancy, can make pregnant women more susceptible to infection and more at risk of experiencing symptoms of severe and fatal diseases.The purpose of this devotion is to increase the knowledge of pregnant women about covid-19 and To increase the knowledge of pregnant women about mental preparation about facing childbirth during the covid-19 pandemic. The method of activities carried out is to provide health education that is useful to reduce the anxiety of pregnant women facing the preparation of childbirth during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of activities carried out by all pregnant women who participated in the class of pregnant women already know about the readiness to face childbirth during the pandemic.

Abstract

Child marriage is one of the factors that boost the high stunting rate in Indonesia, as many as 30-35 percent of stunting cases in children are born to women who marry at a young age, there must be education about good reproductive health and preparing for a healthy pregnancy. This approach needs to be done early, including psychological and economic preparation. Therefore, pre-marital preparation, providing pre-marital counseling to prevent stunting, provide an understanding of reproductive health. The government is currently trying to achieve the target of reducing stunting prevalence in accordance with the target in the 2020-2024 RPJMN by 14% by the end of 2024. The National Strategy for the Acceleration of Stunting Prevention (Stranas Stunting) has established adolescents as one of the important targets in efforts to accelerate stunting prevention. Therefore, intervention in the adolescent age group, especially adolescent girls, is one of the main interventions that must be carried out in preventing stunting. Actions that need to be taken in overcoming the high prevalence of stunting are prevention. Prevention of stunting is carried out through nutritional and non-nutritional approaches, the targets of the importance of improving nutrition and health are adolescents, prospective brides, and pregnant women. So far, many people do not understand the importance of conditions before the conception process (preconception phase), so that prospective fathers and mothers only concentrate on preparing for pregnancy and childbirth. A healthy pregnancy requires physical and mental preparation from every mother. Planning a healthy pregnancy must be done before the pregnancy period. A well-planned pregnancy process will have a positive impact on the condition of the prospective mother and fetus. In connection with this, it is necessary to increase knowledge about premarital preparation as an effort to prevent stunting in a healthy pregnancy. The purpose of this service is to increase adolescent knowledge about premarital preparation as an effort to prevent stunting in healthy pregnancy, to increase adolescent knowledge about adolescent reproductive health education, to provide an overview of adolescents about premarital preparation as an effort to prevent stunting in healthy pregnancies

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process that is not easy to do. Exclusive breastfeeding coverage can not be separated from the problems that occur in the breastfeeding process including the false belief that breast milk comes out a little or breast milk is insufficient for the baby. This condition is caused by several factors including food and drinks consumed by the mother, the psychological or emotional condition of the mother, abnormal breast shape. New methods introduced to prevent and overcome this problem include endorphin massage and Lactation massage massage massage technique performed on the head or neck, back, spine, and breast areas that aim to stimulate the hormone prolactin and oxytocin. The purpose of this devotion is to increase the knowledge and skills of nursing mothers in doing endorphin massage and lactation massage. The method is to provide training starting with the material of the correct way of breastfeeding. The results of training that has been given to breastfeeding mothers who follow posyandu already know and skill in practicing endorphine massage and lactation massage
