Abstract

This research analyzes the leadership of the madrasa principal in building a school climate, and the example of the madrasa principal in building a school climate in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu, Air Joman District, Asahan Regency.This type of research is a qualitative research approach, through observation, interviews, and document review. This method is used for several reasons, first, adapting this method is easier when dealing with reality. Second, this method presents directly the nature of the relationship between the researcher and the respondent. Third, this method is more sensitive and more adaptable to the many sharpening of joint influences on the patterns of values encountered. The interview targets/respondents in this study included the head of the madrasa, the deputy head of the madrasa, and teachers and all madrasah residents. The formulation of the research problem is 1)How is the leadership type of the madrasa principal in building the school climate in Indonesia? Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu, Air Joman District, Asahan Regency; 2)How is the exemplary leadership of the madrasa principal in building a school climate?in Madrasah Aliyah Al-Washliyah 49 Pasar Lembu, Air Joman District, Asahan Regency.The results of the research findings include 1) the type of leadership of the madrasa principal is democratic and fatherly, 2) the exemplary madrasa principal applied includes providing maximum service to all school members.

Abstract

Formulating a strategic plan in developing a culture of quality education at the Islamic High School of Sheikh H. Abdul Halim Hasan Al Ishlahiyah Binjai by: first, formulating the vision, mission, and goals; second, forming a Strategic Plan Drafting Team; third, the formulation process; and fourth, the ratification of the strategic plan. The Strategic Plan Drafting Team consists of the Head of STAI, Deputy Chair, Head of the Quality Assurance Unit, Ka. Study programs, and lecturers. Each party involved in formulating programs and strategies in accordance with their respective fields and for educational quality goals manages facilities, from procurement, maintenance and repair, to development that can create a clean, neat, and beautiful campus environment so as to create pleasant conditions. both for lecturers and students to be on campus. Preparation of strategic programs, namely the development of study programs, facilities and infrastructure, governance and management, development of human resources (HR), funds and funding, quality assurance, research, community service, and cooperation by developing a quality culture, namely: open and continuous communication, mutually supportive internal partnerships, teamwork, discipline, and responsibility. The next step is to socialize it to stakeholders, the academic community, and public and private agencies so that the strategic plan that has been prepared will be successful.

Abstract

The results of this study are (1)Guidance and counseling programs implemented at MAN 1 Medan, namely guidance andcounseling programs that are truly in accordance with the implementation of guidance andcounseling services in general. The guidance and counseling program consists of annual,semester, monthly, weekly and daily programs. Preparation of this guidance and counselingservice program to meet the targets or objectives of the implementation of guidance andcounseling services. (2) The implementation of information services in fostering discipline inMAN 1 Medan students by providing information including how to divide time, arrange aschedule of learning activities, how to learn effectively, how to choose learning techniques,and information about learning discipline. (3) Information services play a role in improvingstudent discipline, that is, students are able to absorb social knowledge and understanding indepth towards themselves.

Abstract

This paper aims to determine the effectiveness of SIM SIAGA on PAIS teacher management services at the office of the Ministry of Religion (KEMENAG) Medan City. Descriptive qualitative research is used in the article. Data collection was carried out for 3 months, starting from August to October. The technique used in this research is Triangulation (Interview-Documentation-Observation). The results showed that the effectiveness of SIM SIAGA for PAIS teacher services and management at the Ministry of Religion office in Medan City was very satisfying. This can be seen and compared with the EMIS application. Many features help PAIS teachers in bridging the activities and activities carried out. However, this SIM SIAGA application is still in a new category. Therefore, improvements or the best innovations are needed to be able to compete in the future.
