Abstract

ABSTRACT Anemia can cause fatigue, decreased learning concentration, decreased immune system therefore it is prone to infection.The objective of research was to determine the relationship between menstrual patterns and the level of iron consumption with anemia in adolescent girls.The design used is a descriptive narrative design with a literature review approach (literature study).Sources of data used are from research journals that have been previously researched, this research uses 6 journals.The result obtained there is relationship betweenmenstrual patterns and the level of iron consumption with anemia in adolescent girls because anemia influenced of (menstrual cycle, menstrual length and menstrual blood volume) and the level of iron consumption, besides anemia, is also caused by several other factors, namely direct factors and indirect factors. Direct factors, namely: the presence of infection caused by hookworms, malaria and tuberculosis, while the indirect factors that cause anemia are low socio-economic conditions, level of education and knowledge of nutrition. Conclusion: The conclusion of menstrual patterns, iron consumption affects anemia in adolescent girls. Keywords: Menstrual Pattern, Iron Consumption, Anemia, adolescents girl

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted at D-IV Midwifery, University Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. This type of research is a descriptive correlational research with a cross sectional quantitative approach, because it aims to determine the relationship of motivation to become a midwife with a cumulative achievement index for semester VIII D-IV Midwifery University Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. The sample in this study were 53 students. This research instrument uses a questionnaire to retrieve data about motivation to become a midwife. Analysis of the data in this study using the chi-square test analysis showed that the value of P value = 0,000 is smaller than the value of ɑ = 0.05 (p <0.05). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivation to become a midwife with a cumulative achievement index for semester VIII D-IV Midwifery students University Muhammadiyah GorontaloABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan di D-IV Kebidanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian desktiprif korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif cross sectional, karena bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi menjadi bidan dengan indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa semester VIII D-IV Kebidanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 53 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner untuk mengambil data tentang motivasi menjadi bidan. Analisa data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa uji chi-square menunjukkan bahwa nilai P value = 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai ɑ = 0,05 (p<0,05). Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan motivasi menjadi bidan dengan indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa semester VIII D-IV Kebidanan Universitas Muhammadiyah Gorontalo.

Abstract

This research aims to know the relationship of knowledge towards the attitude of expectant mothers about the granting of colostrum on babies in the region of PuskesmasTelagaBiru. This research uses quantitative research design with analytic observational and cross sectional approach. The data collection is done at the same time Sampling techniques used is accidental sampling with the total sample as many 39 respondents pregnant women in work-area PuskesmasTelagaBiru. Data analysis was done on univariate statistical tests with bivariat and chi square with a level of significance at α = 0.05. The results of this research show that there is a significant correlation of the relationship of knowledge towards the attitude of expectant mothers about the granting of colostrum on babies in the region of PuskesmasTelagaBiru p value = 0.008 <α 0,05.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan terhadap sikap ibu hamil tentang pemberian kolostrum pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian observasional analitik dan rancangan penelitian cross sectional serta cara pengumpulan data dilakukan sekaligus pada waktu yang bersamaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 39 responden ibu hamil di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru. Analisa data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan uji statistik chi square dengan tingkat kemaknaan α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikan hubungan pengetahuan terhadap sikap ibu hamil tentang pemberian kolostrum pada bayi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Telaga Biru p value = 0,008 <α 0,05.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process, but often mothers do not succeed in breastfeeding properly, therefore mothers need help so that the breastfeeding process can be successful. Objective: to determine the effect of correct breastfeeding technique education in primiparous postpartum mothers on breastfeeding skills at Toto Kabila Hospital. Methods: This study used a pre-experimental one group pre and posttest design. Samples were taken using positive sampling technique of 53 respondents. Results: The results showed that the posttest breastfeeding technique showed a mean value of 94.45 with a standard deviation of 4.685, a minimum value of 82 and a maximum value of 100.Where is greater than the pretest value, the mean value is 53.43 with a standard deviation of 8.664, a minimum value of 41 and The maximum value is 76. Based on the calculation results, the Z value obtained is -6,366 with a p value (Asymp. Sig 2 tailed) of 0,000, which is less than the critical research limit of 0.05 so that the hyphesis decision Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant difference between the pretest groups. and posttest. Where there is an effect of correct breastfeeding technique education in primiparous postpartum mothers on breastfeeding skills at Toto Kabila Hospital.
