The research aims to describe the traditional game in development of logical mathematical intelligence to children aged 4-6 years, then what kind of traditional games that can be applied in development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 4-6 years. The research method was descriptive qualitative and quantitative to describe the complete exposure of research results through observation techniques conducted in the field in detail and description related to the development of logical-mathematical intelligence to children aged 4-6 years using traditional games. The data were obtained and conducted in kindergarten institutions it Kuta Alam, Banda Aceh in 2018. The results were obtained: (1) traditional games in development of logical-mathematical intelligence proved effective applied in learning children aged 4-6 Year, (2) traditional game of simbang batu and simbang batu developed logical- mathematical intelligence of children aged 4-6 years. The results of this research as an insight, further research development studies to develop the intelligence of other children and continue to explore various types of traditional games that can be used in early childhood learning

The objective of the research is find out the effect of self efficacy and job satisfaction on the teacher’s employee engagement. The research was conducted at Vocational High School in Aceh Timur. The research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in the hypothesis and 98 sample selected by simple random sampling. The research techniques is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: 1) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on employee engagement; 2) there is a positive direct effect of job satisfaction on employee engagement; 3) there is a positive direct effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction.

This study aims to determine: Public perception of the discourse on the expansion of the new district of Bandar Khalifah in East Aceh. This research is a type of descriptive research. The population in this study is the people of East Aceh, while the sample in this study is an object/subject that has certain attributes determined by the researcher and then conclusions are drawn. Method. Data analysis used is validity test, reliability test, t-One sample test. The results of the study show that: the results of the calculations in the one sample test table can be seen that the t value (count) is 52,719. The value of df (degrees of freedom) or degrees of freedom is 0.000. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that the community has a good perception of the expansion of the new district of Bandar Khalifah in East Aceh is "accepted".
